I recently moved into a new home with no lighting fixtures and had many decisions to make in choosing fixtures for every room. The sales associates at Lamps Plus were extremely helpful in assisting me in getting just the right fixtures for several rooms. They were knowledgeable about style and technology. We came to Lamps Plus because our past experience there was positive so we wanted to give it another opportunity, this time needing to replace all our ceiling fans throughout the house, and all the outdated light fixtures in our bathrooms. We did not want to go to Home Depot or other big box stores because we didn't want the hassle of looking through shelves ourselves and wondering which ones were best for our needs. With the expertise and great service from Mary Sakhizada, Lighting Consultant at Lamps Plus, she was able to provide us with the information we needed, to make the best choices. We were able to leave with 5 ceiling fans and light fixture for one bathroom - only 1 one had to be ordered because it was not in stock. We even got a new lamp for our piano! Tina Harris provided me with EXCELLENT Customer Service. I was looking for two new lamp shades she measured the old ones that I brought in and helped me to get the correct size. Recently purchased and installed 5 new exterior lights around our house. One bulb went out and was able to revisit the store and was helped by Glencora. She made the visit incredibly easy, researched my account, found out which light bulbs the lamps used and provided me a free replacement under warranty. If the bulb does not fix it, she said to bring in the entire lamp and they will replace the lamp. Wonderful and fast customer service. We had purchased a Modern Forms Wildflower 60 a few years ago from this location. I called Modern Forms to find out how to handle our situation (clicking noise at all fan speeds). Modern Forms told me that the fan assembly would be under warranty and suggested the quickest way to get it handled would be to go to the store of original purchase and have them order a complete new fan unit. I called the store and spoke with Leslie in regards as to how to get this handled. Leslie informed me that she would order us a new unit and that it would take approximately 10 business days for it to arrive. Surprisingly Leslie called me 4 days later on a Saturday morning and stated our fan had arrived and we could come in and exchange the defective unit. Wife and I loaded up the old fan and set out to the Dublin location. Went into the store and spoke with Leslie, she asked for a few minutes so she could retrieve a package cart then went out to our vehicle and we swapped the defective unit for the new unit. Went back into the store to complete the necessary paperwork and we were done. The fact that a sales associate would follow thru from start to finish in making sure the customer was happy not only speaks volumes about Leslie's dedication to customer service but also making sure we stay loyal to Lamps Plus Dublin. Overall while you may pay a little over a big box store or online an instance like this is why we hands down would buy from this store again. We had broke a light shade on our master bathroom light fixture. It's an older light fixture so finding a replacement shade in frosted glass was not easy until I contacted Lamps Plus. I dealt with Tina and Vera while trying to get the replacement shades. I didn't have time to go into the store. Tina asked for a pic of our fixture and was able to order the correct shades for me from their warehouse based solely on a pic. It's an obsolete style so I really lucked out that Tina took the initiative to track down 3 new frosted glass shades that fit the fixture perfectly. It's a great store with lots of selections for lamps - table, floor, chandeliers, or the ones installed on the wall, you name it - located in the West Dublin area. Staff was friendly and they greeted us upon entering the store. The store was organized and it was super easy and comfortable to browse at that store. The lamps they carried were nice and gorgeous. My wife and I researched a lot of ceiling fans on the internet for the Master bedroom and our sons room. We thought we knew which fans to purchase. As soon as we entered Lamps Plus we were greeted by Glencora. We told her which brand and models we were looking for due to Ceiling to light measurement, CFM's, Lumens and Air flow. However she also recommended two different fans/brands that fit our requirements and they even looked better than the original fans we came in to purchase. We purchased the Del Diego and the Modern Forms fans. They were just installed and we could not be happier with the purchase.
