Whoa I had driven down this road many times but totally missed glances over here. Maybe I looked…read moreonce but thought it wasn't for the public. You see US Foods is one of the big wholesale food distributers that restaurants big and small use. They will deliver big loads of goods whether food or supplies right to the restaurant, usually on pay terms so no cash is handled. And for busy restaurants this is a must, as they constantly need raw goods coming in weekly if not daily. This is the first time I saw a 'US Foods' store. I think they took over something else. But it is a big store/space where almost everything is in bulk and/or wholesale form. For the home cook there is really nothing here that would fit their needs/kitchen unless you like to buy in bulk. 20 - 50 pound bags of beans, sugar or flour is usually just too much for an average Joe to carry to the car, let alone store in a home pantry. But if you like to entertain/cook for a large group like a big birthday, a bbq outing or big holiday get-togethers, then this place may serve you a purpose. I browsed one day and got a good feel for the place and here are my observations. If you go into the fresh produce area or the meat/dairy areas, you will have to go into a refrigerated room. The whole room is about 35 degrees so if you go in there in shorts and/or a t-shirt, then you will not be able to stay in there for too long. Produce not really extensive but you will be able to find some basics. Some things are in cases/big bags but not everything. Actually lots of things in smaller packaging like 2-3 pounds which is doable for a home fridge/usage. I'd say the offerings here are somewhat similar to what you could get at Costco. Meats are a mixed bag. Lots of processed meats like deli meat in whole form. Lots of cheese too but much too bulky for a home fridge. There are pork and beef but all in big/whole chunks. Nothing will be cut into steaks. Big packs too like minimum 10 pounds or more. But if you're cooking for a big group, you're gonna need a minimum of 10 pounds so this may be a draw for me. The bad is for the beef selection, even though the pricing did seem good, there is no 'choice' grade. They use 'select' grade here, which is a notch down from choice. But if you're just braising or slow cooking then this grade would be just fine. Costco only serves 'choice' grade or higher so theirs is more premium. Pork is fine here, I got some pork tenderloin in 2 packs, which is one of the smallest packages I saw, ideal for home usage. Good selection of restaurant ware. Pots, utensils and storage containers. This is a big draw for me as I love restaurant quality storage containers. They are sturdy, with tight lids and many are stackable. These are even hard to find at Costco and Smart and Final. On a weekday morning there is zero traffic here, complete opposite of Costco. Now this is more geared towards restaurants, but knowing if I can get something here or Costco, I will choose this, as the parking and ease to get in and out is an amazing asset to me. I was gonna give them 3 stars for not really being friendly for home usage but given those certain occasions where I'm cooking for 10 or more people, then this place will get a heavy consideration. And drum roll please******no membership card needed. Open to the public. **cymbal crash**

I like shopping here because the prices are pretty good and less crowded than other brand stores.read more

It's close to the Disney Store, Crate and Barrel, and the Zwilling outlets, whereas Gilroy has nothing else kitchen related around it. I picked up several items in the Pink Satin color (shell pink was mostly sold out as I've generally found) and I was checking out I was able to have a great conversation with the super friendly associate about the different pink colors. She seemed to be a true Le Creuset fan, which I love to see. The honey and I have remarked both times that we love the free tote bag we get buying from the Le Creuset Outlet stores, and were able to get a large bag with this purchase we love and will absolutely be using at the farmers market. All in all, we highly recommend this outlet and will definitely be back.

I was greeted nicely by an older lady today and she was very helpful. She what I was looking for which was a round braiser with glass lid, in white and it was wrapped already! Also was looking for trivets since I bought huge Le Creuset pots for each of my cousins and I wanted them to use them instead of laying it on their marble counter tops or cabinets. They did not have them but had silicone ones in white which were fine. She rang me up and I was off my way. I never have a bad experience shopping at Le Creuset! I have tons of their pots and pans by the way and their quality is out of this world. Price means nothing when I shop there! Thank you for making that easy!

The service was friendly and helpful and we were able to choose a few items for the house. I will say they heavily lean Staub and I was very tempted by several of their bowls, but they only had 2-3 colors (red, blue, yellow) so none of them fit our color scheme. All in all, we would definitely return and it would likely be a gold mine for those who prefer Staub in the primary color palette.

As a young kid I saw just how important a decent oven pan is - it was a perfect experiment - a large batch of cinnamon rolls divided between a heavy pot and a cheap one. The cheap pot yielded flat rolls with burned bottoms and the expensive heavy one created these materpiece baked goods 2x the size as the others. When you walk into a store like this you might be shocked to find a pan that is 10x the price of the cheap junk you normally buy - but let me tell you - if you bake often it is worth it. A tiny little pound cake form - how much could it be? Sit down for sticker shock at first but then realize everything is marked down lots less bc its an outlet. Store help was great. Helped me choose a color - partly based on having something that wasn't going to be phased out soon. Great shopping experience and products.

This store pretty much has all their vanities on display so you can see the different wood finishes and size options, which ones come with a sink and which ones have a separate sink. The prices are great compared to other custom vanity places. The store is huge and seems overwhelming. They carry a lot of products for your kitchen, bathroom and other rooms in your home. Since I was focused only on purchasing a vanity, I tried my best not to look at all the other products they carry, such as floor tiles, wood floors, bathroom tiles, shower fixtures, toilets, mirrors, shower doors, etc. So much to look at!! Richard helped me with my questions. He was knowledgeable and patient. He showed me comparable products around the floor then put my order together. Most items are in stock! That's great!! There, we met Andy. Firstly he thanked us for coming in and asked what we were looking for. There we said a fridge and ideally one that has two vertical doors. From there he answered any/every question we had about the fridge, we compared the amount of space vs our existing fridge. Something to note about my mother is that she's always looking for the best deal, whereas I prefer a one stop shop. Andy made sure we had both, he brought up every single retailer you could imagine in front of us to make sure we're getting the absolute best deal. He also helped make sure it would fit in our existing space, asking all of the right questions that I wouldn't have thought of.
