The worst shopping experience ever! I was there today to buy kitchenwares, and my 7 yo tagged along. Being a curious one, he likes to touch stuff, and from the moment he walks in I can sense constant staring from an employee. Repeatedly, she tells my son to stop touching, and I was fine with it, but when I went to the counter to pay, she accuses my son of putting stuff in his pocket. So, I ask "did you see him take anything?" and she goes, "no, but I think he was touching stuff and they are not there." I really did not want to use any obscene words in front of my son, so I ask him, and out of frustration, he shows me his empty pockets. And the employee goes, "oh." "Oh?!?!?!" Are you fkn kidding me???? No apologies, no let me explain myself. This is how they treat their customers??? By humiliating and falsely accusing a 7 yo and his mother??? Again, not wanting to cause a scene, I continue pay, and they begin to bag my stuff. While bagging, they are having a tough time putting the items (approx $600) in one bag. And, I suggest putting the items in two bags as they clearly won't fit and too heavy for one bag. This is when that same employee, Olivia, interrupts and tells the other employee, "did she pay for the extra bag?" I really wanted to throw something at her to shut her up, but remained calm, and told them I will PAY for the bag. Seriously, after purchasing $600 worth of merchandise, you are going to charge the customer for the bag, because they don't fit in one??????? Some friendly advices: If your store is not kids-friendly, put up a sign. If you can't stand people, don't work in retail. If you think you are a detective, quit and join the police. If you hate your job, no one told you to show up. If you can't find normal employees, don't open a store.

Cast iron pot colors. They have other colors as well. The top red one is a heart shape.

It's close to the Disney Store, Crate and Barrel, and the Zwilling outlets, whereas Gilroy has nothing else kitchen related around it. I picked up several items in the Pink Satin color (shell pink was mostly sold out as I've generally found) and I was checking out I was able to have a great conversation with the super friendly associate about the different pink colors. She seemed to be a true Le Creuset fan, which I love to see. The honey and I have remarked both times that we love the free tote bag we get buying from the Le Creuset Outlet stores, and were able to get a large bag with this purchase we love and will absolutely be using at the farmers market. All in all, we highly recommend this outlet and will definitely be back.

Kitchen remodelling is one of the most intricate and very detailed oriented task to tackle. It is…read morethe heart of the house. Being said and before you decide to do kitchen remodelling, make sure you have the time to work closely with your contractor! I worked closely with KF from the design to execution throughout the completion of the project. Let me share my experience with KF in details. Working with their sales rep was a smooth process. We worked with Dean through the selection of cabinets, floors, countertops, sink and faucet. Then here comes the selection of appliances. We shopped around and selected the appliances we will put in our kitchen and then gave the details to KF to incorporate it into the layout of the kitchen. A layout and a 3D model was made for review to visually see how the new layout of the kitchen will look like. This is where the critical part of the work needing your attention. Make sure to check the clearances provided for the appliances are all correct. The designer did not check the size of stove we will use. Mistake was made to our layout. We didn't catch the mistake as well and drawings got released for final approval. Then the execution, demolition to our kitchen took place as scheduled. 2 guys came in to remove all the old cabinets, countertops and appliances. It was a 3 day process to demolish and clear the debris. Prepare the walls for new construction. The electrical work. One electrician started to put new outlets and upgrade our electrical sub panel. This is where it got tricky because the new location of our panel is still part of the walk-in closet. The city inspector pointed out it is against the building code to relocate an electrical panel from a closet to a walk-in closet. The good thing was I was able to divide the walk-in closet into two rooms. I contructed a wall to divide this room into a storage where the new electrical panel is located and a separate walk-in closet. I did this work myself because it was not part of the contract. It will be an additional cost if I have KF do this work! The intallation of the cabinets! This is where we discovered the layout was incorrect. The clearance made for the stove is 36 inches, we ordered 30 inches stove. The location of the cabinet for the garbage was wrong too. KF ended up replacing 5 cabinets at their own expense to correct the layout. Make sure that during this process you check every position and clearances for your appliances are correct. This your final check before countertop measurement! The measurement of countertops and backsplash. A guy came in to make a template for the countertop and backsplash for fabrication. The process is to measure and install countertop first and then measure and install the backsplash. Make sure to check the level and squareness of the backsplash and countertop. I checked the backsplash and it was out of square. I have them corrected it on the spot! This is a very critical process and very expensive to correct if installed incorrectly. The installation of new flooring. I picked LVF to replace our carpet and hardwood. There is only one type of floor we use for the entire house. This went very smoothly and efficient. The worker even show up on Saturday to do the work. He knows how inconvenient for the owner is to move things around to clear the areas to install new flooring. Kudos to this worker who did our floor. The installation of appliances. It went smoothly except the anti tipping bracket of the stove was not properly place to capture one foot of the range. I went back and forth with the installer to correct it but I ended up correcting it myself to get approval from the city. The final touches. Ensure you are there and inspect every square inch of the cabinets and walls. You have to point out to the workers to put caulking on every holes you see. KF workers were not very thorough on their final touches. The final inspection. This is where the city will come in to inspect the electrical work, the wall I constructed, the undersink cabinets and do some testing on new circuits of the kitchen. Check and check their work. If you are not satisfied with their work. Make them correct it. This is your only time to tell them to correct things you are not satisfied. For example I have them replaced the valve of the faucet where one of the hoses has tight bend. Check fittings for leaks. This is very important! As I elaborated above, KF has the means to do the work. The coordination with their project manager was not very proactive. You need to make many follow ups to get the work done. Some days have no work activities. A couple of days they worked upto 8 in the evening! Overall I am happy with the result of their work but I also spent many hours to work with them. At the end of the day, it is you who will live in the house and it's your kitchen! When it comes to cost and the hours I spent working with them, the overall cost of this project was expensive.

I walked through Bay Area Cab's Dublin showroom a few times to confirm they have cabinet styles and colors I liked, and the employees were very accommodating in letting me check out cabinet door samples to see in my actual kitchen. I'm so glad I did that, because the color we originally wanted ended up looking dingy in our northern facing kitchen. We went with their Icy Avalanche color, which is a cool toned grey, and have never loved anything more! The design and estimate process was simple and likely less time consuming than even wading through the IKEA kitchen designer yourself. Chrissy was patient, professional and very knowledgeable and made sure every detail was handled to perfection. She even hopped on the phone with our contractor a couple times to make sure every measurement was exactly correct. But her excellent customer service really came into play after our cabinets were delivered and we discovered an issue--due to a slant in our kitchen floors that weren't accounted for in our original measurements, our crown molding wouldn't fit! She and her sister, who heads their other branch, redesigned and supplied a new molding quickly so that our remodel wouldn't be too behind schedule. And if that wasn't enough, when my contractor mis-installed a drawer, Chrissy replaced the broken pieces for me immediately. For just the customer service level alone, I'm so glad I went with Bay Area Cabs. There are already so many small things that can go wrong in a kitchen remodel, and I was so glad to have the cabinets be headache-free! Finally, the quality of the cabinets is amazing. We've been in our new kitchen for about 6 months now and are happy to report that all our cabinets, drawers, shelves and doors are working perfectly. We're so happy we chose Bay Area Cab Supply for our kitchen and hope this review helps more people find out about this awesome family-owned company!

I'm so glad I got my walk-in shower was done in 2 1/2 months finally from this Reborn Cabinets…read morecompany instead of 1-2 days as promised by the salesman. This was the most stressful and horrible experience with this company. My wife wanted me to give it a review with 1 star, but I don't believe it's the company fault. She insisted that the company is only as good as the people who work for them, she does have her point. The story begun when we saw the ads on Facebook, we wanted to change the tub to walk-in for my mother in-law (78 years old) to walk in easier than stepping over the tub for safety. So we answered the ads and the salesman named Jacques (or Jack) came on a Saturday in August. He seemed to be nice, came with a book of all the pictures of options and the company history to sell the company. I and my wife were looking at all the options and due to high prices, we decided to go with the cheapest wall and a nice $3000 door for $13000. We used to remodel our own bathroom so we know what prices of materials were like. The door sold for $3000 is on the internet for less than $1k. But we believe the company needs to make money so they mark up. So what's the problem? Trust, we always trust people, so we signed on a tablet that Jacques had without checking what I was signing. The moral of the story is DO NOT Trust and sign anything on a tablet because it could be modified. Either this salesman had dementia or just plain wanted to cheat us for the door because on the contract (e-contract) we paid $13000 for 3 cheap wall, a cheap shower valves and a tower bar, NO DOOR. We're shocked when the guys came and installed the walk-in showers. He told us we only got the shower bar for shower curtain and no door on the work order. We're glad we only paid for half of the total estimates. The amazing thing was the we had white walls on grey bottom which we normal people would assumed Grey over Grey. Again, we didn't look at the contract and the salesman also had no logic but only had dementia. At least they finished the walls and the showers so my Mother in-law can use the shower. I was also shocked when the valves are connected to the copper water pipes with plastic pipes instead of solder copper with copper. And this is how they're going to guarantee life time. I doubt it very much, but there's nothing we can do because it's the way they do things these days. So the company coordinator asked me to sign the completion work before she create a new work order for the door although there's no door on the contract which is nice, anyone would know no one in the right mind would pay $13000 for 3 cheap walls, shower valves and bar for curtain. The salesman had never call us back to ask about the work. He denied the door was in the contract. So it took three months, we need to buy a curtain for shower, no safety bars, or shelves installed for my mother in-law to use. Then a new coordinator Destiny called and sent us a new work order with a cheap door as courtesy and not the $3000 door we ordered. She warn to send us to Collection if we don't accept the work order and pay the rest of the money. We felt scared and grateful at the same time because they gave us a door out of their good heart because the contract we signed didn't have any door in it. We accepted the cheap door and they came and installed with the safety bars and shelves and I paid the rest of the money. Until now, I have no warranty papers or anything for the life time. I'm not sure if the company exists, if it has any showrooms, or just a website I found on the internet. I'm not sure if this company actually has employees or just sub contractors they found on craigslist. These days, with technology, any company can have a great website. It doesn't matter how many stars the review has as long as the reader understand the truth. It's the results that tells the story. Do not sign on any tablet. Before you pay make sure everything is on the contract with hard copy. Do not trust any booklet that shows the company to be trustworthy because the company is only as good as the employees they hired.

Warning: Avoid Reborn Cabinets…read more I spent over $20,000 for a tub-to-shower conversion, and the salesman heavily emphasized their customer service as a reason to hire them. In reality, they have no customer support. The shower knob fell off, so I called their support line and was told to email their warranty address. I emailed them on Sept 23. After two weeks with no response, I sent a follow-up email. Still nothing. I called again and was told they never received my emails and was instructed to submit a new claim. I did, and this time they responded asking for photos. I sent them--and then never heard back. I sent two more follow-up emails and was ghosted again. It is now Nov 22--two months without a working shower. I finally hired a plumber to fix it, which took him five minutes. DO NOT hire Reborn Cabinets. They do not honor or support their work.
