Whenever you open walls there is always a high chance that you might need to repair certain things that you didn't plan or you might want to add to the scope of work. Every time something came up Aidan immediately reached out and made suggestions/explained if we needed to do something. The solutions did not end up costing us an arm and a leg. We also added to the scope of work several times and he was very accommodating. I've used GC's in the past who would be very difficult to work with and at times would cause more issues. When i returned the item they did jot accept it first so it was returned back by the hauler. When i called to complain they are charging 25% restocking fee. In the first place why did the sales rep continue the sale even if they dont carry the exact measurement.? And now i have to pay another hauler to deliver it again. Box was literally just opened to see the item, item was never taken out of the box. And they refused to take it the first time.

A lot of contractors and businesses I contacted for quotes ended up either not showing up because the job was too small or they gave me outrageous quotes, but Farr was the only one to give a fair quote and a detailed scope of work. My previous roommate and I were absolutely thrilled with the final result, and the showers were a big selling point when I sold off my condo. Fast forward 2 years later and we purchased our first house which needed a lot of cosmetic renovations. Both bathrooms were very outdated with cracked tiles, smudged or old fixtures, bathtub, vanity, etc so we needed a full gut. We were pleasantly surprised they were able to honor our specific request with no additional surcharge. The price for replacing our countertop and adding unique cabinets was very reasonable, we were very pleased. Pauline helped us and she is very helpful and nice. She was very responsive to our concerns and answered all our questions. As a first renovation, it's important to also never make any assumption and ask lots of questions. Since they are a cabinet and stone place, don't assume they will take care of plumbing or electrical. I asked about this beforehand so I was fully aware what was included and not included in the price. The people showed up that day and finished the job exactly as expected. There is one little thing about the work that day that bother me is that they used one of my clean bowls in the cabinets to store some old faceplates. I prefer they would have asked before touching anything in the cabinets and using them for something. I would have used something else to store the faceplates. My biggest advice is to have a really clear understanding of your kitchen design and what services are provided. My design did not include draws on the draft (not sure how that happened) even though they were listed on the inventory list. I did not realize it until I was putting my dishes back and had no place for my utensils. When I called the store and asked about it, I was given the runaround until Erika stepped in. The only solution was to install drawers in my cabinet. So I lose cabinet space. Unfortunately, if I don't completely open both doors when accessing the drawers, they scratch up the inside of the cabinet door. The other warning is to know that you will spend extra on plumbing and electrical installation because it's not included.

Kitchen is a 6 weeks old and we are gonna need to replace 2 sets of hardware on two drawers because they don't shut all the way. We have the drawers that will shut gently once they are pushed. These two drawers stay open and will not fully close softly like they should. We need to fully close those two drawers by hand. $10k spent on cabinets, quartz and hardware . Two stars is for the nice slabs of quartz and the color of the cabinets . Will not be returning or recommending this business.

We ultimately purchased from them because they carried certain brands and had it in stock.
