Alice cabinet are very bad quality. I had an entire kitchen cabinets installed late laat year, and regret it deeply. they scratch when you barely touch them. And to make matters worse, if you have white cabinet, the scratch will be black! They tell me to use the touch up paint, but that too doesn't last! My kiddos are so scared to touch to cabinets! These are the worst cabinet, my 20 year old cabinets didn't scratch this easily! Cheap cheap cheap quality. you are better off spending a little more than regretting it within a few months. not Sure ho read more

We recently remodeled our kitchen with Alice's cabinets. Great quality. Everything is soft-closing and the structure is very solid. They also provide a 5-year warranty which is commendable especially for pre-made cabinets. All items were delivered correctly and packaged properly. No damage at all! I Highly recommend it! read more

We ordered a set of kitchen cabinets from this distributor through HB Kitchen. After only 5 months of use, the paint on one of the cabinet doors start peeling. Without any inquiry, Alice accused us leaving water on the door and refused to take any responsibility. We are meticulous in the kitchen and treat our new kitchen like another child. Stay away from this distributor!!!! read more

I had recently completed an upgrade project to my new condominium using Alice Cabinetry custom made vanity cabinets. The high quality and style of their custom made cabinets are a testament to the Greenguard Gold certification, which is a prestigious standard for low VOCs for indoor air quality and the solid and excellent craftsmanship. My project included many major modifications including replacement of an entire island countertop and installation of a farmhouse sink. The sink installation required rebuilding an existing set of cabinet doors to fit the new sink. I also replaced my existing hood with a different style and brand. The size of the new hood was different from the existing one, so the surround cabinets need to be modified to fit the new one. Their cabinet crew did an amazing job to modify these brand new cabinets seamlessly. The countertop was upgraded to a waterfall style and the look is stunning! The owner Wei had been working with me closely on the project all the way and was very flexible with my requests and design changes. Alice Cabinetry designer Amber provided us with all design rendering and reviews beforehand to ensure accuracy. We had a very wonderful experience working with Alice Cabinetry team and highly recommend them! read more

Just completed a full kitchen remodel using Alice cabinets and could not be happier with the quality and service. Very friendly and accommodating folks that put the customer first. Can't say enough about Diane the manager--she's willing to go the extra mile to make sure her customers are satisfied. Out of the dozen or so overseas cabinets manufactures that I researched Alice's quality was by far the most superior in terms of finish, construction, and hardware. They are about half the cost of comparable cabinets that you would find at Home Depot and others, making them a great value. Highly recommend. read more

Would not recommend these cabinets to anyone. Was hearing they were good and lots of people wanting it. Maybe we lucked out due to covid and decreased manufacturing capabilities. Our cabinets looked they rushed to manufactured them. The paint on them is horrendous. Some of the cabinet door faces have paint rippling. Some of the cabinet boxes have dents. Save some money and go with another brand. This one is not worth it. read more

Their products quality is okey, but their customer service is REALLY REALLY bad, I came up with this conclusion because 1). If you find product flaw and you want them to replace, by default they presume you damaged the product, unless you provem them it's indeed their product quality problem. 2). If you find product flaw again (2nd time, 3rd time, etc.), instead of helping you solve the problem, they think you might have personality problem, why? coz' they think you shouldn't go there for another replacement. If you check the past comments here, no matter good or bad, they don't care at all. So, if you're tolerant to the bad customer service, go for it! otherwise, better to stay away from Alice Cabinetry! read more

The first time I heard about Alice Cabinetry was at my friend's house, he just finished the remodeling of his kitchen; that was a bright and modern kitchen; The cabinetry was the most impressive to me, I felt quiet but full with energy from the cabinetry; of course, I asked where he ordered the Cabinetry, then I was told Alice Cabinetry. When I remodeled my bathroom, I did not hesitate to place my order on Alice Cabinetry. Very good quality, beautiful finish, reasonable price, great customer service. Next time when I remodel my kitchen, I will choose Alice again. read more

I really like that Alice is local so when we were missing anything or wanting extra roller trays they are available for pick up. We had an experience where we had a damage part from another cabinet maker and it took 6 weeks to get. Alice is also a lot more affordable in comparison. Our contractor didn't like putting together their cabinets though. He complained almost the whole time about lack of instructions and how the quality was different from other makers. He pulled together and we were happy with the results read more

I would rate HB Kitchen 1000 stars if I could. They are fully and legally licensed and with substantial amount of experiences in construction and remodeling. They care great deal for their customers, and most importantly they listen and they are able to offer very valuable advice and suggestions. They recently helped some of my clients homes remodel, not only they exceeded my and my clients expectation, their work have Wowed our buyers, they definitely contributed a big part to the outstanding outcome of the sale! I liked what I saw in them and appreciated their work very much! We also hired them to do our own homes bathroom remodel, we got to experience their amazing service first hand this time. Wei, the owner of the company is highly skilled and experienced of that he does. We had an idea of what we wanted and shared with Wei, he respectfully suggested us some ideas around our idea, and we are so glad he did and we listened! Our bathroom came out great! We felt like we are showering in a 5 stars hotel every morning! One of the best part is that they are not only a construction company they are also a huge supplier of materials for themselves and they also supply for many many other company and retailers! Their pricing is very reasonable especially for the quality of work they do because of their advantage with the wholesale price materials. During the pandemic, as we all know just getting the material alone is a problem, forget about the getting a reasonable pricing. Considering yourself in luck working with HB kitchen! We were impressed with their great communication, quick response, high quality of work and service. They also have their own Cabinetry Company - Alice Cabinetry, that's what we have in our new bathroom and we love it! We enjoyed working with them very much, from designing with Wei to picking our materials in their show room with Christine and working with their construction team! Thank you HB kitchen! read more

I have been looking for kitchen cabinets for many months. I looked for custom made and pre made from many different stores. Custom made was outrageously out of my price point. So I look into pre made as a second option, I went to many cabinets shop but the quality was awful! Luckily I meet Christine through a contractor and she introduced me to Alice Cabinetry! The quality of these pre made cabinets is amazing, nothing short compare to custom made cabinets! They are water base paint and they offer a 5 years warranty! Unbelievable warranty for pre made cabinets! I'm a very picky person and I'm so happy with my choice! Christine was extremely helpful and patience with me and my contractor to help us with cabinets design and picking out appliances! I highly recommend everyone to check out Alice Cabinetry line of cabinets you will not regret it! read more

We recently got our kitchen remodeled. We took quotes from numerous places ranging from cheapest ones at KZ to more expensive options like Ricks. We found Alice Cabinetry to be good quality and reasonably priced. While the wood used for cabinets is usually the same, what differentiates Alice Cabinetry from shops liked KZ is the finishing of the cabinets. Also, there price is more competitive than the custom made cabinets. It's a whole sale place so you need to go through a retail store (we were recommended this store by StoneHub Design Center). The entire project from planning and designing to ordering went smoothly. The customer service is pretty good. read more
