My wife and I had the folks at Trimlight Bay Area install permanent holiday lights for us, and we…read morecouldn't be happier! Todd was our primary contact; he was super responsive over email and text, and came out to give us a demo of the lights (installed in the cap of their demo truck). Scheduling was quick and easy (although that's probably because most people probably aren't thinking about holiday lights during the summer). Installation took the better part of a day, but was otherwise a breeze; the crew were friendly, kept everything tidy, and gave us a thorough demo of the controller app after they were done. As for the lights themselves: totally worth it! They're basically invisible during the day, and are super bright at night. You can customize just about everything about them; settings are changed via the controller app on your phone (yay no ladders!), which gives you complete control over the color(s), brightness, animations, and schedule. Looking forward to enjoying these lights over the years!

Finding Intrinsic Electric, JACKPOT!!! 5 stars for David and Joel. Both of these men are committed to all the best qualities of being courteous, professional and accommodating to their customers. Joel pointed out some issues that needed addressing and instead of "winging it" he got on his phone with some colleagues (one came by in person to consult) who knew the answers and double checked with at least one county inspector for verification. Keeping me from having to deal with any later headaches or repercussions. Doing it right the first time! I did only get to see Joel in action for one day but it was a great first impression. David was able to find a stand in worker (Lauren - He gets a 5 as well) who was every bit as friendly, knowledgeable and professional. David is a polite, professional, patient, thorough, knowledgeable, expert! David listens well and makes educated recommendations. He showed as much concern for my project and my home as I do. My wife and I changed our minds on a couple of line items and David was happy to accommodate the changes we made. Through out the entire process he made time to answer any questions and explain anything I didn't understand. This was especially true when relating to billing and invoicing. David always made himself available to me whenever he could, be it phone, email or in person. He went above and beyond to help me with my electrical needs. The icing on the cake is, we passed our electrical permit inspection with glowing approval. The inspector was very impressed with the work he looked at. The Intrinsic Electric business card has a permanent home in my phone book.

We learned about Phrog Electric through several excellent recommendations on NextDoor. We needed…read morerecessed lights and switches installed on a very short notice. Ray, the owner of Phrog Electric called us back the same day we requested a quote via a voicemail, and came over that same night in the afterhours (6 pm) to take a look at the proposed project. Ray understood our time constraints and did everything possible to complete the project on our requested timeline (even working over the weekend, and working a day before taking off for a week-long Grand Canyon trip). Ray made recommendations for placement of lights and getting some small (2-inch) accent lights on swivels to add to the atmosphere of the room. The electrical work was top notch, and the artistic touch with the accent lights has been our favorite in the evenings. Do not hesitate to call Ray for your electrical needs. He is knowledgeable, direct, cost-competitive, safe, and on-time. What more could you ask for from an electrician?
