Our Everlights went out right before Christmas! Half the system went dark. My outlook about Everlights was already low, but Maximus saved our holiday and restored my faith in Everlights. He came out and repaired our system (replaced a burned out bulb) just in time for the holidays. Maximus communicated his arrival with me and was efficient and thorough in his assessment and repair. May 2026: One of the light strands failed in Mar 2026 resulting a suboptimal operation. After troubleshooting, customer supoort diagnozed this as a failed bulb and assured me it will be fixed under warranty. I got periodic emails that the case is backlogged and then updates stopped coming. Emails went unanswered and phone call goes to a voice mailbox. I am not sure this business is setup to handle operations in a busy metro area like the SF Bay Area. Something to watch for if you are considering spending a good deal of money on getting this product. I hope someone from Everlights reads this and gets back. read more

Jared from Corp Customer Service sent Ethan from 90 miles away (Sacramento) to repair, and Ethan had up back up in less than an hour. So far as stayed lit through two rain storms with a third on the way today. If we make it through April - high hopes for the rest of the year. Down to one star - broke again, company is ghosting me on repairs. The warranty is an empty promise!

Dalton Day wasn't just the "sales guy" who explained why EverLights stands out--he really made us feel like we were making this decision together. Not a fan of this Company... If your someone who likes a return phone call or service in a timely manner, this is not the Company to purchase Holiday Lighting for. We've placed 3 service calls in the short time we've had these lights for a bad control box to lights being different shades to the rest... First service call took 2 months to get someone out here... When you call for updates, you get a message that basically says "don't call for updates we have your call and will reach out when someone's in the area". We spent a lot of $$ for Holiday lighting and communication and quality have been horrific. We have another issue and called to express our frustration with calls backs and the person we spoke to said "don't worry we will have someone call you tomorrow", that was 5 days ago so here we go again. Lights look good when they work, but had I known this was the service we would expect post install given all the $$$$, we would've given our business to another Company. We emailed support@myeverlights.com last month, that "Jane" left on her comment, not sure where the disconnect is. read more

From Stacie the sales rep to Marcus the installation tech, the service is top notch. It's fairly expensive but well worth the avoidance of my husband having to climb ladders into our later years.
