Now the combination of the two are a crisp bright white with satin finish. The play of the black glossy tiles in the newly designed walk in shower with barn style glass sliding entry door looks modern and sleek. The black marble with the white vein lines running throughout for the walls. Jets in the walls as an additional functional massage chair made possible by the custom bench-style seat built into the corner of the walls make it one of my favorite extras that add a unique custom vibe to the project. It's a lovely refuge and effective massage at the end of a busy workday. Miss Grace offered us so many options that sometimes we felt inadequate to choose. But her experience and expertise were on point and whenever I couldn't make a clear choice she did. she has a knack for envisioning whatever possibilities are at play and we gave her the go-ahead to make whatever looked best to her in her minds eye. He came by in person for a quick consultation so that we could align on expectations and he thoroughly went over my options and answered my 100 questions. Because our roof line is asymmetrical I challenged Issac with how we could find balance and his creative solution was to install some up lights which paid off. I ultimately decided to only have the front of our house done because our neighbors are close by and felt that would be disruptive for them. The team was ready to install 1.5 weeks later and they did a great job at keeping the cords nicely tucked away where possible and neatly tacked. Further they offered an additional service to clean the gutters for an incremental cost which we opted in for as a double whammy. This year the system stopped working entirely. I reported it on September 14, 2026 and have since spent a lot of time on three phone calls with two different employees, plus sending messages and videos of my troubleshooting. I was told the office would contact Govee and order replacement parts, since the company purchased the system and Govee will only deal with the original buyer. Over the next month I sent multiple texts and got no response or follow-up. I still have no repair date and no update. Looking back, buying the equipment myself and hiring someone just for installation would have been cheaper and would have left me in control of the warranty. Ask about post-install support before hiring.
