Such a wonderful and memorable experience! Food was tasting great. Honorable favs were the honey cinnamon sweet potato fries and the double smash burger. My wife and I, along with our kids went here for lunch. We were sat down, and 20 minutes later, no one had come to check in with us, offer us water, etc. Multiple servers looked towards us and then just walked past us. The table right next to us had full service with a server coming back multiple times, and nothing for us. We decided to leave. On our way out, I informed the host that we had been waiting for over 20 minutes with no one even offering us water as a heads up for the terrible service. Tried the smash burger which consists of two smashed beef patties and upgraded our side to the sweet potato honey cinnamon fries. We also ordered a side of the Brussel sprouts and broccolini. The favorite of the night was the burger because of its charred and well seasoned patty. It was simple yet delicious. I would drive an hour and a half just to have this burger again. The Brussel sprouts also did not disappoint. It is deep fried in a sweet chili sauce. Now let's talk about the broccoli... flavorless, hard to chew and it's topped with cashews. I'm not sure what the vision was but honestly this was not it. I imagined the broccoli air fried and crispy. It was boiled or sautéed but I'm leaning towards boiled bc it lacked any flavor. They switched up their menu every couple years so that keeps things interesting and everything is fairly good for the price I'm paying. I reserved my judgment on this combo. Then I took a bite and was pleasantly surprised. The goat cheese was had the look and feel of a creamy, thick yogurt. The jam was subtle in its sweetness, but offset the salt from the beef and bacon. The fries were plain, and good. Nothing more to be said. My table also got an appetizer before our entrees. We got this roasted artichoke appetizer. Great combination of flavors. Charred brussel sprouts with almonds and a sweet chili glaze. I'd come here again. Go for the more unique menu items if you are open to it. Your tastebuds will be surprised! Seating is split between indoors and outdoors, with a giant tent overhanging the outside seating. The 'cocktail of the month' was so fabulous that my aunt and I each ordered it twice! I can't recall the name but it was served with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a cinnamon stick. I only eat cow 0-1 times per year and this burger delivered on flavor. The sweet potato fries were a nice addition. We sat in the patio section which offers a relaxed ambiance and wasn't too chilly. It's bit smaller inside and outside has more room for our group of 6. I was too involved in conversation and forgot to take pics, so you'll just have to trust me. Ok first time at this place. We walk in and are seated within 5 mins. We were on the lofted bench tables and it was pretty comfortable. The music was nice level and people were clearly enjoying themselves. The server broke a glass on us and the floors and table were sticky. Also 2 giant flies we tried to kill the entire time. Literally 4 tiny flowers of cauliflower for $10... like, REALLY!? That was bad. This is gonna stick with me. 2. $3 for some truffle cheese? DAMN! That just seems deep for the amount of sauce on the plain fries. 3. The servers were nice, but seemed really distracted. 4. 3 burgers, 1 chicken sandwich, 2 (very small) apps and 2 beers $130.... steeeeeeppp. Overall I am still giving this place a 5 star for the food taste! Service was horrible from the time we walked in. The team seemed scattered and not sure of how to handle the group we arrived with. We regularly attend Eureka in Redlands and love both service and drinks- but tonight the team seemed they didn't want to help nor attend to the group we brought in. At least that was what we were treated with upon arrival. We were waited on and had our first round and when the second round arrived there was a miscommunication between what we had ordered and what arrived at the table- the waitress seemed upset we were displeased with what we were saying. Trying to correct us that we ordered a specific way when we simply were trying to explain what we had originally ordered. At that point, I didn't even care to be much more of a bother than it already seemed we were to the crew that night. It sucked having to get up to leave because we usually have a great time there. But seems that the shift we arrived at wasn't having much of a good night. I manage myself and the customer service and vibes that were over looked and dismissed at first, soon became very prevalent throughout the stay. Sad to say this visit put a bad taste in my mouth. I understand everyone has long days and sometimes there may not be the best of people to deal with, but when you can feel you're being a burden when simply being waited on and spending money at an establishment, I don't feel the need to stay where I'm not welcomed. read more

I use to come here regularly for just the steak salad, I would have to pick my day as it was obviously the wrong day the chef would totally destroy the steak. Came with a big party (12 people) after a special event. When we first walked in and asked if they could accommodate our party, the first server who greeted us looked annoyed since they had closed the outside patio and said there wasn't enough room inside for us to sit together but the server who came right after that helped us throughout the night was super nice and accommodating! This is already one of my favorite place for burgers but they still manage to delight you more each time. I brought my team here for a recognition lunch and they reserved the tables immediately as I waited for everyone to arrive. Because I am a regular I was hoping to have a burger they now only serve on the weekend. The waiter asked the cooks and made the exception for me and more of my team also with a couple requests outside of the daily menu. The place was packed by the time they fully opened and lunch hour was in motion. We had full service and attention even with every table being full.
