Haven't been here in over a year and should've read the reviews before wasting time parking. Walked up, saw the big fat Letter Grade "C", and went back to the car.

I placed an order at 9:12 pm. I got a notification saying my order is ready. Guess what it is 9:56 and I keep getting the runaround. Not ready. The person at the entrance doesn't care, clearly just says wait we are too busy. At the end, they gave me the wrong order. I want a refund. this place is a joke.

The parking SUCKS!!! Placed an order an hour and a half early! Today is my birthday and I was craving some seafood boil. So my son and I went in to pick up our order and the girl cutting butcher paper was rude and not very friendly! She said our order wasn't ready because they didn't have crawfish and if I wanted to substitute it for anything else (NO!). No one at this place called me when it clearly gives you the option to "CALL ME" if something isn't available. No one called. Now we had to wait another 10minutes for them to put it together. Mind you, we got there early and still had to wait! I will never come here again. Spent $120 for our order and the girl walks out with a small bag. It obviously felt light and I knew they messed with our order! What a joke! We will NOT be returning!!!!

Super delicious food. I really wanted to go to a seafood boil on my birthday and it didn't disappoint. It's a pretty busy place. Once you get there you can get yourself on the waitlist. It goes by pretty fast, we were like number 22 as a party of 4. We just went next door to have some drinks. We got our text that we were next and everything was great from there. Fast service and food came out quickly. I'm iffy about seafood boils cause I don't like boils that are sweet. The flavor of the seafood boil here reminds me of the boiling crab but more saucier with butter. Only downfall of this place there is only two bathrooms. One per each sex. It can be bit of a wait and to even just wash your hands. They need a hand washing station if anything. Other than that, easy 4/5.

The food was amazing! the service was friendly & communicated well. It was our first time, nothing to really complain about.

This was my first time trying The Blazin Claw, as well as sea food boil. I personally think it was good. I ordered the 1lb of headless shrimp with blazing sauce and no spice. The flavors were good and it was a great experience overall. The waitress was very nice and helped us out with the menu for our first time. I recommend trying this place especially with friends and family. I didn't give it a 5 because I'm not a big sea food person but for those who enjoy sea food, this place is a great place to try.

This was just what I wanted for a Friday take out! The place was full, so we ordered our food to go. Combo #2 was good for 2 adults and a kid. You can tell that their food is fresh and very well seasoned! The take out comes in a bag with a wax paper to use for your food. Loved the easy-peasy cleanup! I cant attest for the cleanliness of the place but the service I received was good and pleasant. The family says that they'd gladly order food here again Thank you!

Food was delicious. service was mid. I ordered a peach margarita and they game me a regular one.( I just took my losses and drank it.) I had my food to go and they gave me everything cold which was odd since I had to wait 15min for it. I asked for butter on the side and it was cold and I paid $2 for it. They didn't add any utensils to my bag. They also didn't give the usual lime and salt with pepper.

Ordered take out. It took 30 more then originally told. Also had this nasty potato put in our sea food bag.

Use to love this place but I feel like lately they stop caring about customer service. Food took way longer then originally told and this nasty potato was put in out sea food bag.

The food is always excellent here my server ROSIE was excellent tonight!!....but the young lady that tried to help her was rude had an awful attitude she brought some food to my table a slide it walked away never asked if we needed any condiments and as I tried getting her attention to ask who they belong to cause we sat at the bar she snapped back and was making snarky remarks and faces (saying well you ordered it right than it's yours) I told her she didn't have to be rude and laughed walked away and proceeded to engage about it with associates and point fingers and laughed... I've worked in restaurant business for year's this is so unprofessional and than talking to other associates and laughing and still making faces and making smart remarks we love coming here but it's not the first time we've had her and her attitude we would still love to come here as long as she ain't scheduled to serve me and my family

Do they take reservations or is it first come first serve? If they do take reservations how can we request it ahead of time?

They don't take reservations, it's based off on first come first serve.

Are they doing inside dining yet?

No especially not now because of the recent cdc shut down

Why every time I call..the line is always busy? Is the number even active?

If you hear a busy tone, then it’s busy. We get very high call volume. Thank you for question.

Are the different types of seafood cooked separately? Because I love seafood but I am allergic to crab.

No, it's boiled together. I'm sure it's the same water to boil other customers orders too. So if you have allergies, speak to them first to see if they can help you.

What is the best sauce to try ? First time customer?

    Blazin sauce medium !!!

Does this place have a working phone number or is their phone line blazin'!? Sadly the phone rings but never an answer. How does any food delivery service get a hold of this restaurant without ordering in person?

Personally asked a crew about this issue and they said they purposely ignore the phone when there are plenty of in-store customers

    What is in the Michelada?

Your choice of beer, clamato, chamoy, tajin and lemons

Do they sell fried crawfish or fried lobster?

No, perhaps call for a special request. The crustacean itself is on the menu but I have not seen fried.

The Wait & Pro-Tip: Because they seem to make things to order, it can take a bit of time. I waited about 20 minutes for an order of 8 spring rolls and two steamed meat buns. Pro-Tip: Definitely call ahead with your order if you're on a tight schedule! The Food: The Steamed Meat Buns are excellent and very traditional, filled with pork, Vietnamese sausage, and both quail and salted eggs. The spring rolls were also very fresh. Vibe & Value: The interior has a cool atmosphere with murals and a fish tank, though the wall clock is currently "stuck in time" (broken). Savings: They offer a 3% discount for cash payments, and they also accept EBT, which is a great service for the area. Overall, it's a great local gem for authentic Vietnamese food. I was willing to wait cause the craving was REAL but then I saw their score from the health department and looked at their "dings" and said "F THAT! I'm not eating here." So I looked up other places and came across this place which I've heard mixed reviews about. So I decided to give it a try since they had a good health score and it was something new. First off I'm going to start by saying we walked right in with NO WAIT time!! Literally sat down as soon as we walked in! The service was great; our waiter was super friendly and attentive and checked on us multiple times. Not to mention they have really good deals and a lot of other options for those who don't want or like seafood boil. I say that because my bf doesn't care for it but he sucks it up so I can have it every once and awhile and finds something else on the menu which is usually only chicken tenders or fish and chips lol this place had a variety of different options which was really nice! The ambiance was nice and quiet and very clean. The bathrooms were clean and they even have a handwashing station in the front so you don't have to go in the bathroom. The only thing I didn't care for much was their "house sauce" not sure what it was called but it's the one that has all the flavors mixed together! We got the mild spicy and the spice was great but the flavor was a little bland in MY opinion. Didn't taste much like anything! I also REALLY LIKE how they bring you a metal bowl to put your seafood in. That's a GAME CHANGER. Overall I would go back to this place no doubt and highly recommend it! The prices are really good as well and I feel like they have great combo deals! Better than I've seen at other places TBH. The place looked clean and tbh we were the first ones there so there weren't many people. Now the food... We ordered the fried calamari because they looked appealing in the picture off of the menu. I didn't get the chance to get a picture but they looked...sad, soggy and I was surprised because they came out pretty quick. I sent it back and didn't eat it. Me and my partner each got a pound of shrimp and there was no flavor. Not even in the sauce. I got hot and it felt like mild to me (I have a high tolerance). It also didn't have much sauce I had to dig deep at the bottom of the bag to get sauce...disappointing. I also had egg , corn and potatoes in my bag....egg was gross and yolk was very very green...not appealing. Potato had no flavor but the corn was nice and soft so I'll give them that. We also ordered garlic bread and I'm very sad to say that the bread was probably my fave part of the whole meal. Food just isn't worth it in my opinion.

I loved the name and the reviews and the Falconer of Redlands was even better than advertised. Food - 5 stars - the fried calamari was stupendous. Fried just right and good pieces of the squid seasoned perfectly. Good sauce and lots of lemons requested. The Ahi Tuna over the salad was a really nice sized portion with delicious fish and a healthy green mix including edamame. Kathy loved her Sea Bass. The fun menu also features a nice selection of steaks and some cool and familiar British pub grub. We did not drink any alcohol and our fun waitress Yvonne kept checking up on us for my frequent requests for extra balsamic and lemons and soda refills. The top notch service was great and we were not rushed. We sat downstairs in a nice area by the bar. It was not too loud. The entire staff seemed really chill. The fish itself was excellent -- delicate, nicely cooked, and the capers paired well with it. The broccolini was especially good and the carrot was perfectly done, which honestly says a lot about a kitchen's attention to detail. My only criticism was the sauce. It was heavier and blander than I expected for this type of dish, and I ended up asking for pepper to give it a little more life. A lighter, brighter beurre blanc would have elevated the entrée considerably. That said, the service was outstanding. The restaurant was about half full, so our waiter had time to actually engage with us and struck up a fun conversation about the Michael Jackson biopic. No-actually, I think I accidentally brought home a biological weapon when I ordered from here. TL, DR: I ate here and had food poisoning My order: crab, shrimp, potatoes, and corn. Everything looked good, smelled good, and I was genuinely excited. I got home, and in the moment, I thought, "Wow, this is going to be a great dinner." Then, then I dug in. Fast forward a short time after and my stomach said: absolutely not. What followed was a night of betrayal, regret, and a very intense relationship with my bathroom floor. I won't get into graphic details, but this meal came with... consequences. At one point I genuinely sat there thinking, "This can't be how my story ends... because of some pickup crab." While I sat there, sharting my life away, I began reflecting on every bad decision I've made over my entire life. Then, I started trying to figure out where i went wrong in the meal. If you've ever had food poisoning, you know the type of questions you ask. The kind where you start replaying the meal in your head like a crime scene investigation. Was it the shrimp? Was it the crab? Was it the potatoes? Was it the corn? At this point I trust none of them. Maybe, I got a bad batch? All I know is that the seafood boil turned into a gastrointestinal horror movie. I ordered dinner and ended up starring in an episode of "Survivor: Bathroom Edition." If you're considering any meal from this jawn, just know that my stomach and I are still in couples therapy trying to process what happened. I'm writing this review because I didn't even make it out of the house before regretting it. I don't want the same to happen to you. If you're considering eating here, just proceed with caution.
