We ordered combo 3 and added an extra lobster tail for $15. We pulled a lobster tail outta the bag and it was just the shell. The actual lobster meat was MIA. We let the server know and she brought us another one. We chose a double serving of shrimp and one serving of mussels. It's an extra $3 a pound for peeled shrimp. We chose Mild w/Garlic butter seasoning. The seafood was good but the seasoning was too salty for me. Since my friends loved it. 4 stars The fried calamari appetizer was good but was a tad over fried. 3.5 stars It's a casual atmosphere but I'm not a big fan of tea or soda served in a wax paper cup when you spend $130 on lunch. I'm convinced that anyone giving The Blazin' Craw five stars has never had truly good Cajun seafood. I am okay people giving this place 3 stars and that's being generous, but based on my experience, I want to give a ZERO star. My wife and I ordered Combo #2 with king crab, shrimp, and crawfish. The king crab was an extra $25, which I was fine with, until it arrived overcooked to death. Same story with the shrimp and crawfish. On top of that, there was barely any Cajun sauce, which made already dry seafood even worse. When you're paying this much, rubbery seafood is unacceptable. The sauce was another disappointment. Cajun seafood lives and dies by its sauce, and this one was mediocre at best. They were bland, forgettable, and lacking depth. Nothing bold, nothing crave-worthy. Sides somehow managed to be worse: Garlic bread was so overcooked it was basically a seasoned crouton. Rice tasted like it was 2-3 days old--dry, hard, and unpleasant. I've worked in kitchens before, and I know day-old rice is normal, but this was far past acceptable. Service didn't help the situation at all. Not once did anyone come by to check on us or see if we needed anything. No refills, no follow-up, nothing. And then there's the restroom, which honestly sealed the deal. Disgusting. No soap, filthy conditions, and graffiti everywhere. I literally had to rinse my hands with water and hope for the best. If this is how they treat the restroom, it makes you seriously question what's happening in the kitchen. (I personally did not see the health grade posted, but many other Yelpers mention that this restaurant has a B grade and based on what I experienced--especially the restroom--that wouldn't surprise me). Bottom line: overcooked seafood, bland sauce, stale sides, nonexistent service, and unsanitary restroom. read more

Absolutely worth every dollar you pay. The service was fast and the food was amazing. The restaurant was clean even for how busy it was. We got the lobster with the pick two items, we chose the shrimp and mussels and let me tell you! The mussels were delicious with the perfect medium sauce. We poured everything on the paper placemat and got to work and no gloves needed. I got a little sauce on my shirt because I didn't want to wear my bib lol. Experience was horrible, we have been coming to this place for years and never dealt with a rude waiter. Our waiter, Ashley, was rude when we had sat down after she had already arranged our seats. The food at Blazing Crab is very good, which is why we keep coming back. But the cleanliness of the restrooms is a recurring problem. This isn't the first time they've been dirty, and today--right at opening--they were still not clean, which is unacceptable. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told they wouldn't be in until 1:00, but another employee 2 min later said they could get one. That inconsistency was frustrating. Super delicious food. I really wanted to go to a seafood boil on my birthday and it didn't disappoint. It's a pretty busy place. Once you get there you can get yourself on the waitlist. It goes by pretty fast, we were like number 22 as a party of 4. We just went next door to have some drinks. We got our text that we were next and everything was great from there. Fast service and food came out quickly. I'm iffy about seafood boils cause I don't like boils that are sweet. The flavor of the seafood boil here reminds me of the boiling crab but more saucier with butter. Only downfall of this place there is only two bathrooms. One per each sex. The parking SUCKS!!! Placed an order an hour and a half early! Today is my birthday and I was craving some seafood boil. So my son and I went in to pick up our order and the girl cutting butcher paper was rude and not very friendly! She said our order wasn't ready because they didn't have crawfish and if I wanted to substitute it for anything else (NO!). No one at this place called me when it clearly gives you the option to "CALL ME" if something isn't available. No one called. Now we had to wait another 10minutes for them to put it together. This was my first time trying The Blazin Claw, as well as sea food boil. I personally think it was good. I ordered the 1lb of headless shrimp with blazing sauce and no spice. The flavors were good and it was a great experience overall. The waitress was very nice and helped us out with the menu for our first time. It helps that we stopped by on a weekday, before 4pm, so we got some happy hour items. They've got combos you can select from or you can follow the step by step process: 1) pick seafood, 2) pick seasoning, 3) spice level, 4) add extras. We got shrimp and mussels in our bags, they were properly cooked and the flavor was delicious. I appreciated not getting heart burn later in the day, like I have at other kasian restaurants. I underestimated the size of the blazin claw combo so we had leftovers. Super satisfied with the food (we got lemon pepper fries and rice too). The waitress who checked on our table seemed over the job, but luckily we didn't have to ask for much while eating. Lots of decor inside and large tables that could comfortably sit 6, if you're going as a group. They've also got several tvs which featured different games. If you come in person, you'll appreciate that plenty of napkins are provided, you can get a bit, gloves to wear, salt, and lemon. It eventially started fillfilling up around 5. I usually order my cajun shrimp boils from Kickin Crab or Boiling Crab, but they are a bit further away. Thankfully this spot is much closer and hits my craving. Service here is great. Polite staff and attentive service. The restroom can get really messy and gross, depending on the time you go. Earlier dining time before dinner means toilets are much cleaner. I've dined in and picked up to-go many times. While I love dining in so I don't have to cleanup, they make it easy to also eat at home by packing butcher paper, bibs, and lots of napkins! The last couple times we ordered to-go, the flavor was on point but 1/4 of the shrimp was overcooked (mushy). Despite that, the shrimp boil was still tasty. read more

Waitresses were too busy gossiping by bar and talking had to walk up to ask for a drink and gloves then never saw them ever again during our meal . We paid for extra sausage and potatoes but received the normal amount of potatoes and less sausage than what is advertised that comes with the base combo. The shrimp was old and the vein was like half the shrimp. We also asked for a side of the medium sauce when we ordered, didn't get it when the food came out so we had to ask again which isn't a huge deal, but when we got it it was a apple sauce consistency and was also room temperature, the waitress was stirring it as she walked to bring it to us which was concerning.
