Very expensive, though the clothes were finished nicely. I will try other businesses.

Despite moving further away I still come to this location because the are amazing! Service is fast and friendly and my clothes look terrific. Highly Recommend! read more

I bring my work attire in and ask for a hard press to stand the collar up instead of laying flat. After this third attempt I will be finding a different dry cleaner that will take note of what I need. I have to re-iron my clothes when I get home because it is not how I asked. 2-pants and 2-shirts (have to re-iron because not done correctly) $25. NOT WORTH IT. The ladies don't seem to care but the guy does. I.e- the collar is laid flat read more

Esteem Dry Cleaners - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Houston, Texas

I've been coming here for over for 8 years. They are timely, efficient and well run. I recently misplaced some dry cleaning and thought they had not given it to me. They handled it very professionally while I figured out my mistake. I couldn't recommend highly enough. A+ establishment. read more

We are new to the area since being displaced by Hurricane Harvey. Now I'm a Yelper to my soul and usually use Yelp to fact check when doing business with a new merchant. Learned an expensive lesson and didn't do that this time. I did some old fashion reasoning and thought if I drove a bit away from Post Oak I would get better pricing. Big Mistake. I dropped off our dry cleaning, which had 21 items. In Cypress my dry cleaning bill is usually $25-$35 dollars for this many items, depending on how many are mine vs how many are my wife's. They have no prices listed and did not give me my total at drop off. When I picked them up the lady casually said $133.82. What??! For what??! Did you all scan my body and altar them for me??! I disputed the amount and she gave me the owner's phone number. I told him to please drive up here and tell me to my face that I owe them $133 for 21 items. He declined that offer. After some not so friendly negotiating we settled on 1/2 the price. I regrettably paid $66 to this criminal shake down joint. I learned a life lesson today for $66, trust your Yelp, not your gut. read more

NEVER GO HERE!!! I wish I could give it 0 stars. They rip you off for crappy service even ! $7 for a polo is insane. And they won't give you prices at drop off. I wish I goggled them before I went here. Never again and neither should anyone ! Crooks!!!! read more

I have used Esteem Cleaners on San Felipe for many years. A few years ago the former owner ruined a silk top. I was given credit to use and he was very apologetic. Within the last year, ownership of this business has changed. I took a brand new dress that had been worn once, picked it up and put it in my closet. As I was putting it on to wear again, I noticed the same kind of stain that had occurred on my silk top. It was dry cleaning fluid that left a lighter stain. I took it back in, with their dry cleaning tag attached. They needed it to be left to work on the stain. When I went back, the stain was still there. I asked to speak with the manager. He came out and argued with me and was beyond rude. I can't believe he spoke to me the way he did. Needless to say, he will not do anything to solve the issue. I told him I will not be going back. He told me that was fine. The man who works the register apologized for the manager's rude attitude. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Do not waste your time or your hard-earned money! This place is a complete and utter rip off. Clothes came back not completely cleaned and one linen jacket had to be sent back for a re-do. The pocket flaps were not ironed flat and had creases where no creases should have been. All that from THE MOST expensive dry cleaner I have ever sent clothes to (I spent 10 years having clothes dry cleaned in New York City, where everything is over inflated). I should also note that the woman behind the counter, presumably the owner's wife or daughter, as it is a family owned business, inspected the re-do jacket as if I had worn it and was trying to pull one over on her the morning after picking the jacket up the first time. She had total attitude and will not be getting any more of my business. read more

I'm always in a rush and this business is very accommodating. Its a good place to take your clothes.

This place is definitely a rip off with overpriced laundry. Just a simple men's shirt is $7.50. They don't post their prices. You are their mercy on what the want to charge. Sometimes, the clothes come back smelling like a carpet refresher. Disgusting and as much as you try to same it stinks, they don't get it. Go to the laundry place on Del Monte and it is half as much as they charge. read more

My Wife just came home with our dry cleaning that she was charged extra ordinarily high prices, $96 for 5 dresses that aren't even worth that much new! 5 Laundered men's shirts for $45, that's $10 a shirt when other places are only $2 per shirt. Stay away from this place! read more

Oh MY GOD! This place is such a rip-OFF (as previously reported) I WISH I had checked yelp before letting these people steal from me. Over 7 $ for collared shirts!!!! A 46$!!!!!!! Charge for ONE JACKET!?!? Get real.. This is Houston people, we have options. 7 items for 100$ is just under 15 $ per item last I checked.. read more

People stay away from this place! I would have given them zero stars. $6.99 for pants and $7.95 for ladies' top. Are you serious? They are here to rip people off. On top of that they staple the tags on the shirt and pant. I have told them not to do that. I would not recommend my enemy to go there even. read more

Run away as fast as you can!!!!! $6.99 for pants. Are you kidding me????? These people are taking advantage. Save your money and just buy new clothes. If I could give negative stars I would. The price explains why they were vague when I asked how much it would be when I dropped off. read more

Gouged! $6.49 for pants?! Never again. I wish I'd read the Yelp reviews first. The service doesn't even justify the price. When the lady saw my look of sticker-shock, she rolled her eyes and let out a heavy sigh. I guess this happens a lot. read more

The level of professionalism is amazing and the people at this location are very helpful, sweet and genuine. They do a great job. This place is so over priced and for the amount that they charge you it is retarded. what here to pick up my clothes to pick up 3 items it was $30 at the cleaners I normally go to I could clean all my work clothes for the week about 10 items for almost 20 dollars. the cherry on top though was that half of my clothes was not even ready upon pickup I will never come here again. save your money and go somewhere else!! read more

Horrible experience!! I drive by this place all the time and decided to give it a shot. I dropped off a comforter and my normal weekly dry cleaning.Note: I spend about $ 45.00 a week on average. These guys charged me over $120.00 for the same amount. When I commented on the OUTRAGEOUS amount I was stunned to see the female attendant shrug her shoulders and smile. All the while holding her hand out to take my payment. Besides being completely overcharged the quality of work was terrible. Slacks with broken creases, shirts that were wrinkled.DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. Hell ...Even if your a trust fund baby...DONT GIVE THEM unearned $$$$$. read more
