They speed up on pricing for my work clothes price wise. Every time I I went there it was 75-150 dollars. I never made complaints because I'm not a rude person. I started to notice buttons on my satin shorts melted off, stains I pointed out to get removed not removed. I said something nicely the second to last time I went in about them not getting a smell and stain out of two shirts. When I went back in after I had paid 85.00 dollars the prior visit for the damaged clothes the woman told me they only did, " dry cleaning only". I then went on to tell her these are dry cleaning only, please read the label. She went silent and said she'd try to fix it. Came back to find she couldn't do silk or polyester because they don't do cleaning of stains or smells. I took the same shirt three times it costing 7 dollars per visit alone for that shirt on top of 3 dozen others. Went home and washed them myself in the washer; no buttons melted, no stains, no smell, no damage. I do NOT recommend this place. They ruined half my clothes and still charged me for it. They verbally told me they didn't know how to get deodorant out of silk or polyester then went on to charge me 75.00 dollars not including the shirt they didn't wash for the second time. I'm normally a very polite person and was never rude and very unprofessional. Uptown cleaners I would recommend 100% .

Nowadays shirts are about $4-5, jackets are a bit pricier like $10-$12, pants $4-6 or so (estimating from my recent visits). They're extremely considerate and will put aside any pins or accessories if you accidentally drop them off. Parking is generally very easy in the little plaza. It's especially nice that they're open for a little while on Saturdays for people that can't make it during normal work hours.

I went in one day to dry a pair of suit pants, a suit jacket and a white dress shirt I asked when it would be ready and they told me the very next day, that is unheard of. I thought my cleaning would be finished at the end of the day, but I got a text saying that my clothes were ready in the middle of the day. Really fast service. I tried A-1 with a comforter and they were so much more professional and friendly. Charli (front desk person) is amazing and great with customers. I ended up taking all of my laundry and dry cleaning to A-1 and now won't go anywhere else. Not the least expensive but worth it to not have my clothes ruined. They do everything on site so nothing gets sent out and lost. I'm retired now so I don't need to go as often but this will be my cleaners from now on. Also nice touch -- they text when your order is ready. Too many times, my previous cleaners would say "ready x, y, or z" and then say - "not back yet, come back tomorrow." Never again.

For context, I agreed he could alter the back and close up this absurd gap between the halter tie and the seam. He said it would make the fit look more flattering, and it really made a huge difference. On top of that, he had it ready for me two days earlier than I thought! I only had about a week before the wedding (because I'd ordered/returned so many options that didn't work from the bridesmaid online shop). It was my first time going to Le, so I didn't know what to expect. I'd read reviews and had friends in the area recommend him. I'm glad I listened. And let me tell you, the end result looked SO much better when I picked it up! Everything he said to me, he was absolutely right about.
