I didn't have to worry, I was really impressed by the way they handled my clothes. I went in one day to dry a pair of suit pants, a suit jacket and a white dress shirt I asked when it would be ready and they told me the very next day, that is unheard of. I thought my cleaning would be finished at the end of the day, but I got a text saying that my clothes were ready in the middle of the day. Really fast service. Also, I think she was the owner, but she thanked me for coming in and being a new customer and was very kind. I called back to ask a question and she answered so politely. I highly recommend this cleaners. My clothes look fabulous, they were done quickly and they are really professional and really nice people

I tried A-1 with a comforter and they were so much more professional and friendly. Charli (front desk person) is amazing and great with customers. I ended up taking all of my laundry and dry cleaning to A-1 and now won't go anywhere else. Not the least expensive but worth it to not have my clothes ruined. They do everything on site so nothing gets sent out and lost. I'm retired now so I don't need to go as often but this will be my cleaners from now on. Also nice touch -- they text when your order is ready. Too many times, my previous cleaners would say "ready x, y, or z" and then say - "not back yet, come back tomorrow." Never again.

The man was condescending, argued with me about the incredibly vague rules that they had when it came to damage clothing. After a year of using this cleaner, I have decided to find another cleaner because of how they handle problems. They told me that my clothing would not get damaged and then when it did, they told me that "all dry cleaners are like this/do this" and that they would not reimburse me. They also quoted their policies that are on the wall, which also happened to be incredibly vague and could mean just about anything. From the conversation we had, he was making up rules as he went. The only point I attempted to get across is that if they are going to tell me, they are capable of doing something and then they do not do it, and what they did leads to damaging my clothes, they should be able to reimburse me as quoted in their policies. There was no integrity on their end.

They speed up on pricing for my work clothes price wise. Every time I I went there it was 75-150 dollars. I never made complaints because I'm not a rude person. I started to notice buttons on my satin shorts melted off, stains I pointed out to get removed not removed. I said something nicely the second to last time I went in about them not getting a smell and stain out of two shirts. When I went back in after I had paid 85.00 dollars the prior visit for the damaged clothes the woman told me they only did, " dry cleaning only". I then went on to tell her these are dry cleaning only, please read the label. She went silent and said she'd try to fix it. Came back to find she couldn't do silk or polyester because they don't do cleaning of stains or smells. I took the same shirt three times it costing 7 dollars per visit alone for that shirt on top of 3 dozen others. Went home and washed them myself in the washer; no buttons melted, no stains, no smell, no damage. I do NOT recommend this place. They ruined half my clothes and still charged me for it. They verbally told me they didn't know how to get deodorant out of silk or polyester then went on to charge me 75.00 dollars not including the shirt they didn't wash for the second time. I'm normally a very polite person and was never rude and very unprofessional. Uptown cleaners I would recommend 100% .

Mr. Le did an amazing job on my bridesmaids dress. The dress itself was poorly designed clasps…read moredidn't work, no silhouette, awkward material -- and he made it look polished and sophisticated. For context, I agreed he could alter the back and close up this absurd gap between the halter tie and the seam. He said it would make the fit look more flattering, and it really made a huge difference. On top of that, he had it ready for me two days earlier than I thought! I only had about a week before the wedding (because I'd ordered/returned so many options that didn't work from the bridesmaid online shop). It was my first time going to Le, so I didn't know what to expect. I'd read reviews and had friends in the area recommend him. I'm glad I listened. And let me tell you, the end result looked SO much better when I picked it up! Everything he said to me, he was absolutely right about. He even fixed the side clasp and steamed it for me, which I appreciated very much. Pricing is also very reasonable. Takes cash or check, by the way!
