Hello, hello! Leaving my items and pick up, had to call out several times because it seemed no one was there. $10.95 for pants, $10.95 for shirts. 3 regular items cost me $35. Last, lady on pick up gave me spiel on how I have to note certain things if she's not there. She was kind enough to expound on what days she works to get a deal but I figure if the price is $10.95 for regular cleaning then a 20% discount is still not enough to make it worth my business. read more

Took two large comforters (one queen, one king) it was about a weeks time with the drop off and clean, the price was $65 per comforter, wasn't discussed prior to, thought was a little high, the 25% off that was discussed on the Monday drop off was not honored because they were household items, that too wasn't discussed. I dropped off my item at your location on 6401 Woodway Drive, Houston, TX 77057. It was a brand new dress. I dropped it off on Tuesday, November 4th at 10:30 in the morning. It was confirmed that my item would be ready by November 5th by 6:00pm. Ashley received my item and she was really kind and provided great customer service. However, I did not receive confirmation that my item was ready for pick up when the promised time came. So today, November 6th, I called to check in on my item. I called and right off hand Cecilia answered the phone, not the representative I originally dropped off my item with, had TERRIBLE customer service. She did not provide me with any information on whether my item was ready, was frustrated from the beginning, she didn't know if it was even at their facility, or which facility if not, or when it would be ready. Simply no information but many excuses. She stated that my item must have been damaged and got delayed, however, it was a BRAND NEW dress. I tried to explain the situation over to her on the phone and she was very rude. She argued with me, cut me off while speaking, and hung up on my face. I called back and she ignored my many attempts to speak with her, or any other associate. When I arrived at the facility, she stated that they are not supposed to answer the phones if there are customers inside the store, however, I am also a customer, a NEW customer at that. I kept my composure entirely when speaking with her afraid that she might retaliate and damage my item. I simply was just seeking an update on my item, I was completely okay picking it up late as long as it would be today, but I was met with nothing but unprofessionalism. I have recorded the conversation with your employee and will not ever be returning to any of your facilities. UPDATE: I changed my review to 3 stars due to the manager reaching out to me and apologizing once I picked up my new item and he also accommodated me by not charging me. read more

I'm gonna assume this is a one off. I dropped of a letterman jacket with leather sleeves. I was asked to sign a paper making them not liable for any damage and told to come back in 3-4 days. I return in 5, only to find they jacket was never cleaned. They said there were no cleaning instructions. No one notified me though. I was then told to return on Tuesday to get it. It was still not at the building. After listening to the employee make a few calls and go back and forth about blame, I told them I'd come back to get the jacket tomorrow. In the end, I visited three times to get a jacket that was never cleaned. I'm not sure where the ball dropped on this, but it was a horrible way to be introduced to a business. read more

I don't usually go to the dry cleaners, but I needed to take my boyfriend's shirt to have it cleaned and pressed for his grandma's funeral. I called Comet, they answered promptly, and let me know when it would be ready if I brought it in within that same hour. It was ready for pick up the next day before the time they gave me which was great since I worked overnight and had to leave by 5pm to make it on time.
