We've been going here for years. They take good care of clothes, but if you forget any valuables in them, they will lose them for you. They lost our passports that were in the pocket of one of the jackets that was accidentally taken to dry cleaning. They said they found them and they put it in a bag and returned it with the clothes, but we were not told at the time of pick up that there were passports, and we did not find them in the clothes that we brought back. With a valuable like passports if I found them, I will pick up the phone and call the person, why couldn't you do that? read more

It was fast, clean and very professional. My item was ready before the time promised and the text notifications are very helpful.

This place is a complete joke. Not only did they charge me $172 for 7 items, the items was not even ready for pick up i called from 11-4pm still waiting for my items and they're clueless where the delivery driver and clothes are. Completely ridiculous read more

Tide Cleaners generally does a good job with laundry and dry cleaning; however, I will not be returning due to their lack of accountability when mistakes occur. They lost a $195 shirt and offered only $25 in store credit as reimbursement. This is a poor business practice, especially for a company that positions itself as one of the most expensive cleaners in the market. read more

It was great--until it wasn't. Beware: Do not use this dry cleaners. They damaged a men's dress shirt beyond repair. I get it--accidents happen. But as I tell kids, when you make a mess, you clean it up. The in-store employees have always been kind and professional. Unfortunately, the only person authorized to handle damaged items is the store manager, Danny. Not only does he ignore calls and refuse to offer compensation or refunds--he's so absent that the staff don't even know what he looks like. They literally couldn't describe him to me. I'm deeply disappointed. I won't be returning--and I wouldn't recommend this place unless they hire a manager who's actually willing to do the job. Update: After over one month, I was able to get a full refund for the cost of the shirt. read more

Tide Cleaners completely failed me. I dropped off my son's pants before 9 AM for same-day service, as advertised. We had a mishap, and they needed to be dry cleaned in a hurry for an important event the next morning. When I returned after 5pm, the pants were missing. I was told to come back in the morning at 7:30 AM which I did --but still, no pants arrived. All very stressful. The front desk was kind, but when she called the Renwick warehouse (on speaker), Danny, the manager, said, "I'm not speaking to a customer." When I started crying in disbelief--over what I was hearing and his rudeness--Danny laughed and then began yelling at me saying we can't find the pants and nothing can be done and hung up on us. He offered no apology, no empathy, nothing. For a moment I wondered if I was being pranked. It was all so bizarre. Had I known when I dropped off my clothing that I may or may not see them again--and that same-day service is apparently not guaranteed--I would never have trusted them with something so important. These pants had special alterations. The pants have still not been found. No one has contacted me, shown any concern, or taken responsibility. So here's your reminder: if you use Tide Cleaners, you may never see your clothes again--and they certainly won't care. read more

They lost my suit jacket, repeatedly failed to answer the phone when I called for updates, were unresponsive when I DID reach them, and then offered me $60 for a $450 suit. read more

A little pricier than other cleaners I've tried but definitely worth it, especially if you need your items within a certain time frame. I had 3 items I needed by the following day. They were all ready same day at no extra charge. They also gave me coupons for next time. Great work and fast turnaround! I will be back. read more

Tide Cleaners - Margaret is awesome! She remembers me and dry-clean stuff that I left here 2 months ago. Very friendly and cheerful - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Bellaire, Texas

The staff and services at Tide Cleaners are top of the line. I am new to Houston/Bellaire and was in urgent need of a dry cleaners before a wedding that same weekend. I found Tide Cleaners easily as it was visible and accessible from Bellaire Blvd. Despite not having an account, the staff was able to get me in and out in under 5 minutes during my short lunch break, which was much appreciated. Even more, they had my clothes ready by the end of work the next day. The quick turn around time coupled with their text express pick up services makes the customer experience smooth and hassle-free. Furthermore, the staff went above and beyond when they noticed a stain remaining on one of the shirts when I came to pick up my clothes and offered to dry clean it again for free. It was this attention to detail, excellent customer service, and ease of drop off and pick up that will keep me coming back to Tide Cleaners. read more

Excellent service! Margarita is awesome and they do a nice job. Reliable professional and good tech. You get what you pay for!

I need dry cleaning monthly for my job and this is one of the best locations I've been able to find. They are competitively priced, do great work, and are up front about time and cost needed. Teresa that works here is exceptionally kind and remembered me from our first meeting. She is a wonderful employee and I will continue to use this location because of her and the store's overall service. Highly recommend using this as your go to for dry cleaning needs. read more

I rarely use dry cleaners, but my daughter found this super cool yellow coat at a goodwill and it was a mess. I dropped it off on a Thursday and it was ready the following Tuesday. $34 and some change that coat looked as good as it could for the condition it was in. I dealt with two people- one named Margaret at drop off, she was very to the point, informative and precise. Then upon pickup John was cordial, upbeat and helpful. John had an excellent attitude and customer service with a smile. I would go there again. read more

The superb customer service and great dry-cleaning are still there, Doris is awesome, but the prices have skyrocketed since Tide acquired them (used to be MW Cleaners) and it was already pricey. Also, you'll need some aspirin to help you cope with the awful new wall colours, they'll give you a headache! I'm looking for a new cleaners, and I'm sorry for that because I'd been going here for a long long time. read more

Amazing Service and great job with shirts and dry cleaning. The only concern is the dry cleaning cost $8 per item. That seems excessive. But quality work and fast turnaround with great communication. read more

Margaret has the best customer service. My clothes are always done so professional. You go and you get in and out. I love the way you can text 10 minutes before you go and you don't have to wait in a line. And I definitely appreciate how they are taken care of first responders, healthcare workers and Frontline workers. And the safety is great. Keep up the good work and we appreciate your service. read more

Not satisfied at all, I brought my suit jacket in at 4:42pm on August 29th 2019 to get a simple press to get the wrinkles out. I was told I'd have it by 6pm the next day. I showed up today at 6:10pm and not only is my jacket not even at the location the plant is not answering the phone. This was the a very special event i was tonight. I was clearly told that if I dropped off my jacket before 9am i could get it back the same day (which didn't happen). And there was another gentleman in the store when I walked in complaining that his dry cleaning was not done correctly. This was my first and last time using this place. Not a good first impression especially for the high price they charge. read more
