I went in there for the first time, the place smelled god awful. Then he tells me they actually don't do the dry cleaning. They just drop the clothes off to another dry cleaners. I smell a front. The guy said his prices were better than the other dry cleaners they take the clothes to. I asked him, "then how do you make a profit?" He couldn't answer and it got super weird. Beware. read more

Giving them second chance, but it seems like it's just the way they are. These shirts came out like they were processed at home and steamed instead of ironed. When I picked up, the shirts are marginally cleaned yet they are CREASED EVERYWHERE. I iron better at home. Trying to give some business but ended up disappointed. read more

They shrunk my shirts. I specifically asked them to not wash, but dry clean my shirts and they shrunk 2 of my favorite shirts. I ended up donating my shirts to Houston Pets Alive Thrift!, last week. I won't be back to this cleaners obviously. read more

Bonji is a very personable, professional, and helpful owner. The other day he saw me struggling with my baby in her stroller and ran outside to help.... little things like that mean a lot to me when choosing where I take my business. The prices are reasonable, and most importantly, they do good work. I brought in a very pricey designer blouse of mine that was stained like hell... I dropped off several clothing items just before the pandemic forced the temporary closure of this business. During the time that the business was closed, I was asked by my company to return home to another state, also due to the pandemic. While I completely understand that neither of these things is the fault of A2Z, I have attempted to contact them multiple times via the number listed, as well as one they utilized to reach out via text, without any answer or reply. This is fairly poor business practice. I am hopeful that this review may prompt a response, if so, I will gladly update my review. read more

The owner of this cleaners is very rude and doesn't know how to talk to his customers. I've been here 2 times and on both occasions my clothes had stains on them when I picked them up and appeared to be faded. This place does not value their customers. Please do not come here, go to any other cleaners but here. read more

I borrowed an Indian outfit for a wedding and wanted to return it dry cleaned. I was very nervous about taking it anywhere because of the intricate beading and sequins. I asked the owner beforehand, who very confidently told me they cleaned Indian dresses all the time. In fact, he recommended I take it home and dip it in some woolite and water instead. Since I had borrowed the outfit I wanted to return it professionally dry cleaned. Looking back I wish I had listened to him. Luckily, I only dry cleaned the top. When it was returned, the item was clean and colors of the fabric were vibrant but all the sequins and beading had been melted and discolored from the original gold color. I believe this happened due to being ironed or pressed. I gave three stars bc the owner was very friendly and apologized for the mistake. He offered monetary compensation or to have someone try to fix it but since the item was made in India it probably would not have looked the same and matched with rest of the outfit. Ultimately, I had to return the damaged item to my friend and let her decide what she wanted to do. I believe this business is good for dry cleaning regular clothes but I wouldn't take any dresses or saris with beading. read more

I have been coming here for 3 years! They have extremely well prices for Houston uptown area, they get the job done super fast, and always so friendly ! I have ran across the street in my robe before, to take him my white down comforter that I spilt straight up espresso on, I bundled it up took it to him ice cubes and all, and couldn't even tell! I have taken him some faux fur blankets, that if not done the right way, will get matted and no longer be the original softness... They come out SOFTER ! I take my fiancé dress shirts there, his suits, always perfect ! All thanks to Bonji! Indian guy, glasses, I will continue to be a customer as long as he is there ! This place is great! The owner is a very sweet man who is alway very welcoming and friendly. They do an awesome job every single time I come and the turn around time is quick! I dropped off 10 pieces today and they will be ready by 3 tomorrow, that is awesome! I've used this place a handful of times now and the prices are more than reasonable. He cares a lot about the planet and is more than happy to recycle your hangers as well! I can't say enough good things about this place. I love this place, mostly because of the person who works there. Mr. Bonji - I know that this is misspelled, but he had told me once that it is like "Benji" the dog, but only with an "o" - and it stuck. This man remembers everything. Your clothes, your name, your spouse's name, etc. It is a nice way to be welcomed each time. Quick service because he knows what you are there for and a friendly conversation. The cleaning is good and on time, so no complaints there. Only improvement that I wish could happen is the parking options are too few. But as this is something that they can't do too much about, I guess it is something that you have to take with a grain of salt in a big city like this. read more
