Month ago I took a pair of pants and a shirt to be cleaned here. A week later I came back and I got my pants but my shirt was not there but a different one was. I gave them the other person's shirt and if not been able to get my shirt back it's lost... I've tried for a few weeks now by phone and in person to get in touch with a manager or the owner to talk about this. I'm now giving up on getting this straightened out. I'm going to the cleaners for years and years and never had any issues like this. This used to be an excellent place great service and good prices. Reliable and affordable. They get the job done! I tried different cleaners in the area, but found that polo cleaners met my needs the best. Although it doesn't offer amenities such as free pick up and drop off, and 24 hr drop off, it's close enough to my home where it's not an inconvenience. Give them a try. read more

You can't get more "mom and pop shop" than this. If you don't need glitz and glam from your cleaners, I'd definitely recommend these folks. I'll warn you, the exterior isn't the most inviting, and it's pretty junky when you walk through the doors. But they do good work despite the less than appealing appearance! I've been using Polo Cleaners for the last 6 weeks, and I haven't discovered any damages on my clothes. Everything comes back in great shape, plus, I've gotten some minor alterations here too. Polo is by far the most economical cleaners in the area, charging $2 for women's shirts and pants. Most places in the area charge about $1-$2 for men's shirts, BUT hike the price for women's shirts on an average of 4X, making 1 work shirt almost $5 for service!!!! Heck no! read more

I've only gone for alterations, so not sure about their dry cleaning service. This is definitely a hole in the wall- I would have NEVER stopped by this place if my friend hadn't taken me there. The place is small, kind of messy with clothes everywhere haha, and there's no legitimate changing room. In the corner of the store, they put up a curtain for you to change when doing alterations. This is also a VERY tiny area for you to change in- I'm on the more petite side so I don't mind so much. The price is very good for alterations. I got two bridesmaid dresses hemmed for a total of $55. After asking around with the other bridesmaids on how much their tailor charged them, I definitely got the best deal. We used this cleaner approximately 8-9 times and the quality has gone from mostly good to just not worth it. They don't listen to customers, make charging errors, and leave press marks on clothes. My husband requested a button to be fixed several times over of multiple visits. He was also charged multiple times for another alteration job and was never refunded. These issues in addition to the fact that at least 1 shirt out of every dry cleaning trip has to be re-ironed means that we will not return again. read more

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! I wish give them negative stars Stay away from this place! First of all, when I dropped off the shirts and ask lady how much is honna be she said that will be 1.10 +tax. I wanted leave it paid but she sais that I have to pay when I picked up on Thursday. On Thursday @ 10 am I was there and she said the only 2 shirts was ready (I dropped 6) and it will be done at afternoon. When I stopped by to pick my shirts was surprised with a charge of $9.46! I questioned and the guy at counter says that it's because 2 shirts was 3 dollars each and another one was dry cleaning blablabla I complaint that the lady that received the shirts told me that will be 1.10 each and told him about the delay and he laughed on my face. I pointed it out, one of the lady gave me a look, and found a not very matched thread to fix it within one minute. Charged me 15 dollars for one cuff and one hem mending. I'm not sure what they did to my clothes, but they smell ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE after getting them dry cleaned there. I was nauseous after taking them out from the bag. I will have to throw those clothes away because the smell is so bad. They did not have an odor when I dropped them off. I'm very upset with the cleaner. My fiancée takes our clothes in when we both have busy schedules. They have lost 1 item before but I'm livid by my experience today! After putting out completed laundry, I noticed that a Herve Leger was not in the pile. When my fiancée called, they blamed him for not making a big deal and when I called they tried to put the blame on us. They also stated they are really busy and don't have time for this now but to double check because we don't have it and it's not their fault. As a business, how are you not going to have a process to secure your clients clothing? Inexpensive and courteous, I came here because of the yelp reviews and it's become my Go To basic dry cleaning spot. I was not as impressed with their clothing repair work and I wouldn't take something here really expensive or something exotic that required specific instructions. Why then the 5 stars? This is probably the best dry clean/alternation place you can find in this part of town. The facility might need a little touch-up, however, just a look at the luxury cars parked in the front you'll know how great of a job they do. I mean, $6 FULL SUIT dry clean, can't beat that. I agree with the other reviewers: this place does a great job at a good price although they have raised their prices a bit now. But it is still a great deal. Cleaning is not good and it's not bad either....just enough. My shirts were badly pressed. They have no concept of the customer; they believe that if they are cheapest in town, cheap people will always open their doors...learnt my lesson...You get what you pay for. The straw that broke the camel's back was making nasty comments in their language about customers. People tend to forget that lots of people are multilingual nowadays. I can deal with the sweatshop/no AC atmosphere. What I can't deal with is their completely negligent tailoring. Brought them 4 items and they screwed up every one them. 2 are completely beyond repair. They rush and do not take proper measurements. If you care about your clothes or don't want to make 3 trips just to get cuffs on slacks correct, stay away. read more
