This is still my favorite and only dry cleaners !! I love how professional and prompt everyone is. I pull up and they know me, they have my clothes ready. My company offers heavily discount dry cleaning and I do not use that service because support and always recommend Hi Cleaners, basically because they make me feel appreciated. My job requires me to be in suits and fitted formal ware 365, I have heavy shedding dogs and everything is always cleaned proper. Thank you ! read more

Brought my dress here to be cleaned. When I picked up my dress 3 days later it had a hole on the sleeve and the wire inside was sticking out of the dress. When I pointed this out the lady managed to repair the wire but sadly all that could be done about the hole is stitching it up which didn't really resolve my issue because it's still noticeable and now instead of just a hole in my dress I have a stitched up hole in my dress which is just as ugly. Won't be able to wear this dress and most importantly there was zero customer service or resolution to my damaged dress other than a simple "sorry about that." Won't be back read more

Been going here for a few years now, but had been a while since last visit. They're friendly, quick for intake/turnaround, and they do a great job of getting everything all presentable again (including cleaning up around the collar for my dress shirts). Definitely recommend. read more

I dropped by based off of Yelp reviews and wasn't disappointed. 3 suits and 3 shirts cost me $30 and everything came out perfect and stain free. The lady at the counter was very friendly and it was a good all around trip to the cleaners. One thing to point out, prepare for a tough time parking. They have a tiny little lot that holds four cars and it's a tough entrance/exit from busy West Gray. Like someone else's review said, with that death defying parking lot and still averaging 4-5 stars per review, they must be doing something right. read more

Been going here for years and has mostly Been good but then I found a used condom in one of my pants that I got back! How did this happen?! Did someone put it in there to get rid of it? DO NOT GO THERE! TERRIBLE QUALITY, EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I got 4 men's dress shirts back with a huge rip on sleeves so went to the cleaner to talk to the owner lady. Right off the bat, she became incredibly defensive and even accused me for rubbing the shirts against something before bringing to the cleaner. I have been working in a desk environment for 15+ years and never had an issue with my dress shirt sleeves until this place! Apparently, she faked to be a friendly person to get your business, but when there are issues, she decided to yell and accuse a customer instead of offering any help or remedies to fix the issue. This was not the first time I had an issue with my clothes at this place, but I did not bring them back because I did not want to waste my time. However, 4 dress shirts (including Brooks Brothers, Banana Republic shirts) were all messed up at once and the owner is being not apologetic but rather accusatory? NOT ACCEPTABLE!! read more

If I could give no stars I would. My Husband and I are going to have to replace both of our wardrobes. We are busy business professionals and decided to give this place two chances. They stretched all of my dresses so much that they are now extremely loose and my husbands business slacks are now baggy on him. Not only did they ruin it twice but would not believe us- so much so that we had to try the clothes on in front of them to show what had been ruined. Buttons break off and they want to charge us for new ones to replace. ALSO, don't get your clothes altered there. Friendly service, very professional and knowledgeable. I have a weighted blanket and now it's really hard to find a dry cleaner that can clean them. Unfortunately This dry cleaner is not one of them. However, I was promptly communicated with that this would be an issue and why it would be an issue. She also took the time to call another dry cleaner, a washeteria, and even google how to clean them so she could try to present me with another option. Great customer service. DO NOT GO HERE. I work a job that is 80+ hours a week. I finally had 30 minutes to spare to drop my dry cleaning off and pick it up the next day. When I got home and unwrapped my pieces the next morning to wear to work, they REEKED. They smelled so terribly I couldn't breathe, and not like body odor, it was something from the dry cleaners. I took another 30 minutes the next day when I found time, and took back my clothes and explained that they smelled terrible. The woman continued to smell each piece of clothing like she didn't believe me. They said they would clean them again for free. I should have learned my lesson and checked as soon as I got them back, but I didn't, and when I came home and unwrapped them, they STILL smelled terrible. I have tried everything to air them out and get rid of the smell, but nothing has worked. I am going to have to take them to another cleaner (and waste more $ and time), and I really hope that my clothes are not permanently ruined. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Very fast, same-day dry cleaning service and will definitely use again. The ladies in front were very helpful and quick in processing my clothes. I don't do dry cleaning often, but for $13 and some change for two button downs and a suit, this was excellent service! I will definitely be back again. Be forewarned that there are less than 5 parking spots in their lot, so consider residential street parking if it's full or hard to get into. read more

We took our duvet, and down comforter here because they said they could launder and sew the buttons that had come off the duvet back on as well as secure the remaining buttons. They had these items for over a week and a half. Never called to say when they were ready and when we called after a week to see if the items were done they said it would take a few more days for them to sew the buttons on. After we went to pick them up I saw that the buttons had not been put back on and were also not returned. Had to call and then make a second trip back to the cleaners to pick up the buttons. No one communicated to us about any of this. Poor customer service, and communication skills. Definitely will not be going back. read more

Hi cleaners has good prices and very good turnaround. They offer sewing/clothing repair and do a good job with it. Generally if I drop something off I can get it that afternoon if I drop it early enough, or the next day at worst. More than that, the lady who runs this place is so so nice. You can really tell everything means a lot for her - I once came in and dropped clothes and a shirt to be repaired. She quoted 2 days for me, and I came back the next day for the dry cleaning portion. She didn't have it done but was incredibly distraught that she might have messed something up. Yesterday was my first time trying out this cleaners since I moved into the area about a month ago. I dropped off a 4th of July shirt and a newly purchased pair of ripped jeans. Because of all the great reviews I didn't think twice about just dropping them off and walking right out the door but I was wrong! The following day I come back to a BIG black stain on my new jeans and as soon as I walk in the lady at the front tells me I brought them in as such! I'm beyond upset. As a business if I tell you I didn't bring them in like that then the customer should always be right. I'll never come here again. Nothing was done and I wasn't compensated for my jeans. Consistently good service and friendly staff. They were able to get some tough stains out of a cream skirt with no problems. Prices are good too: $4 for a skirt and $40 for a queen sized comforter. The other comment about the small parking lot is true though - it can definitely be hard to get in and out when other cars are there. read more

I came to Hi - cleaners to get some clothing repaired in addition to some standard dry cleaning. The dry cleaning was done to the level you expect and it was reasonably priced and was done by the next day 4- stars(What else do you want in a dry cleaner?) Where the big daddy 5 star comes in to play is the repairs that were done to some of my clothing, including some suits that i brought in. They look like the day I bought them. Particularly a suit I thought I would have to throw away, is now completely repaired perfectly. Looks like I just took it off the shelf. Incredible. At any rate if you are looking to get a suit fixed, this is the place to do it and they can fix it in a day so if you are time crunched they got you. read more

My husband dropped off some items to be dry-cleaned and they were ready the next day. We arrived a few minutes after the 7pm closing and the lights were off, gate locked. However, a female employee (possibly the owner) spotted us about to pull out of the parking lot and stopped us to let us in so we could still pick up the suit and a couple shirts. My husband was starting his new job the next day, so this was such a relief. She also told us we could just call next time if we were running a few minutes late and they would stay open. Exceptional customer service. Would highly recommend. Update: Clothes were cleaned properly. We came back a few days later with a tux, which was also properly cleaned. When I went to pick up the tux, I called ahead to ask if they would be able to shorten the straps on the dress I was wearing that day (they said yes). I came in wearing the dress, the owner did some pinning, and I changed into another dress while she took about 10-15 minutes to shorten the straps. Turned out perfectly. read more

From the reviews, it seems like this dry cleaners sports a great price for men....sadly, the same can't be said for females. Not sure I understand this disparity, but I've found the pricing rather expensive. In addition, they have been unable to remove stains on my clothing as well as overlook stains. I just took two dresses to be dry cleaned - one to be redone (stain wasn't removed first time). This came down to $8...honestly not worth it. The second dress' stain wasn't even removed entirely. I actually enjoy popping into Hi Cleaners to get my dry cleaning, and my boyfriend's laundering done. The people are really nice and listen to your concerns. They do a great job and have never ruined any of my clothes. I'm holding out on that last star because they currently have a silk shirt that another local cleaner apparently ironed blindfolded (creased wrinkles all over the damn place) - hoping Hi Cleaners can save the day!
