WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They will leave your clothes smelling horrible and ruin them to the point…read morewhere they themselves are not able to remove the smell and then blame you for not giving them enough time to fix it. They then tell you that other people have the same issue but they were patient enough to wait 3WEEKS to get it done. They will not pay you for the clothes value that they ruined, only the service they charged. After coming here for years and having several issues with them like making holes on some of our items, or even leaving stains on them, they have reached the limit with this. And just FYI they kept my clothes for almost a week to "fix" the issue. After trying to pick them up twice, I decided to just take them as they are and took the money back for the service. But now I need to see to fix the items myself or once again have to buy them. DON'T come here. The owners are rude and will not help when problems like this happen. I laugh about it now, but she went as far as to call me ugly for telling her that this was too much and I find it unfair to not take responsibility for the ruined clothes. Horrible service.

We just moved here from Chicago and noticed several Tide vans riding around. We were curious…read morebecause Tide is our go to laundry detergent. Turns out that when we moved to Houston, this location was about 2 miles from us so we thought we'd give them a try. They have an app you can download that's basically just a gui for the website and doesn't really track orders very well. Not all that user friendly or helpful either. I placed an order online to have them come pick up our laundry. We got it back in about 3 days delivered right to our front door. We had a lot of stuff since we just moved in and wanted to wash up everything. It was probably 2 standard laundry bags full all together. It was $155!!! That is the most expensive laundry I've ever paid for! Juan called me after placing my order online to introduce himself, follow up on any questions and advised what I could expect next. Super nice guy and good customer service. The clothes were clean, smelled good, and folded perfectly. Undergarments are put in their own separate bags and the laundry is folded in shrink wrap and then put in Tide branded laundry bags that were very durable. The whites could have been whiter but you can definitely tell they were washed. I don't think they used bleach. Overall, Tide cleaners service should be able to attract business off the strength of its popular name. Customer service was solid, clothes were professionally cleaned and delivery turnaround time is fair. My only issues are the prices and improving the intuitiveness of the app. I am sure labor, delivery and brand all play a part in how expensive it is, but they might want to keep prices within the range of competitors.

Deeply disappointed with this location. I dropped off 3 blouses and 2 pants, flagged makeup stains…read moreon the collars, and noted that my pants should have no creases, (which is also tagged on my bag). The employee (who turned out to be the manager) told me not to bother pointing out the stains and that she would handle it. She didn't. Every stain was still there when I got home, and my pants had creases. I called the store and was told the manager would call me back Monday. Instead, an employee called back minutes later to relay that I could bring the clothes in again, but they couldn't guarantee the stains would come out. These are standard makeup stains on collars. I've had them removed at other cleaners without issue. This wasn't a disclaimer about difficult stains, it was a deflection. Monday came and went. No call from the manager. No refund. I paid for a service that wasn't performed, flagged it in real time, and was met with indifference at every step. I will be following up and will update this review accordingly.
