This is THE place I go to get alterations done. I am pretty short, so I need to get a lot of clothes my altered . The ladies working there always do such a good job! The place is pretty small though. I feel like they charge at a fair rate! read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They will leave your clothes smelling horrible and ruin them to the point where they themselves are not able to remove the smell and then blame you for not giving them enough time to fix it. They then tell you that other people have the same issue but they were patient enough to wait 3WEEKS to get it done. They will not pay you for the clothes value that they ruined, only the service they charged. After coming here for years and having several issues with them like making holes on some of our items, or even leaving stains on them, they have reached the limit with this. And just FYI they kept my clothes for almost a week to "fix" the issue. After trying to pick them up twice, I decided to just take them as they are and took the money back for the service. But now I need to see to fix the items myself or once again have to buy them. DON'T come here. The owners are rude and will not help when problems like this happen. I laugh about it now, but she went as far as to call me ugly for telling her that this was too much and I find it unfair to not take responsibility for the ruined clothes. Horrible service. read more

Needed my Matron of Honor dress hemmed and another dress altered. They provided great input on the wearing of my dresses. Service was quick and affordable. I will definitely use them again when needed. read more

Rarely you will find a cleaners with 5 star reviews and they deserve every single star! The best customer service I've ever had from any cleaners location!! I love the two ladies that work in there. They always do a good job in cleaning and alterations that I need and are very affordable. They do not charge you extra if something needs to be redone. read more

I moved out of state for a while but continued to use Beh's when I'd come into town. The last few times they have not gotten my measurements right. I had them do a Calvin Klein suit shirt and it was about an inch too short on the sleeves. It was not fixable so my expensive shirt was garbage. I had to get a cheaper shirt on the fly. The i has them do a Michael Khors dress shirt. This time they cut the length too short. It is no longer usable as a dress shirt. It is only a casual shirt now because I have to leave it untucked. Finally I have a blazer that I went to pickup and the sleeves were too short. Luckily I tried it on before I left the store this time and realized it. Also luckily it looks like they had enough fabric to let it out and I should be ok but in the event it's no longer right then thats 3 strikes for me. I really liked this place and I hope I won't be disappointed because I want to be able to recommend them. read more

Beh's Cleaning & Alterations - A beautiful dress she altered - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Houston, Texas

She is very professional and good. I will recommend. I came and she did my job in time and exactly how I wanted. Thanks Beh's cleaning

I cane in to have some items dry cleaned. Everyone was friendly & polite & they did an excellent job!

Man I can't say enough good things about this spot. I've been there twice already for alterations. The first time I dropped off five pants, three jeans and two track pants. I got the jeans hemmed and tapered and the track pants hemmed. Not only was the work excellent, but the price is probably the most competitive in the area. I came back the next day with two dress pants to get tapered and hemmed. This time I asked Ms. Beh to get them done the next day by noon because of my travel plans. She did just that and again, excellent quality with a great price. I will certainly keep coming back for all my alterations! Thank you Ms. Beh! read more

They did a great job in installing trussing hooks on daughter's wedding dress train so she could dance in the dress. They took the time to make sure everything was lined up because the dress had several layers and it was perfect work. I highly recommend them. read more

I love beh! I needed a dress altered for a wedding I was attending, but it was too small so I was nervous she would turn me away. Instead she was able to make it my size! I am now in a wedding with a dress extremely too big so I went back and asked her to fix it for me and she did! She works magic and works in a timely manner. Her prices are also very fair for all the work she puts in it. read more

Did a beautiful job dry cleaning my wedding dress, with beading and rhinestones on the bodice and large tulle skirt. Was quoted quite a bit more at two other places I tried first. Beh's did a really good job, in a reasonable amount of time, and the woman who helped me was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend to others, and visit again! read more

I love this dry cleaner. They are so sweet and helpful. They do a great job on my clothes. Being on the shorter side, I often need alterations. My old cleaners never had my clothes ready when they said they would, so I found Beh's on Yelp and I couldn't be happier with them. I've been going to them for over a year and a half now and I could not recommend them more! read more

The highest quality work you will ever have done. Simply AMAZING. Beh also has a fantastic attitude. So kind and friendly!

They did an amazing job on my wedding dress! I got married on the beach in the rain and my dress was very very sandy and dirty. The sand and dirt had stayed on my dress for two months before I took it in. They cleaned it for a great price and it came out spotless. I will be going here for all my cleaning needs! read more

She's the best in Houston, works with you to look your best ... she help me with a suit i got two days before the wedding. It looked fantastic. read more

I made the huge mistake of going to this place with some expensive clothes for alterations based on the reviews on google!! Not only did she mess up the alterations , she did not return the cut piece which i specifically asked her to give back to me as it was a large piece and very expensive material. She first said the piece was in her house and then she said her cleaning lady took it !!! Extremely dishonest lady and sub standard work! Please do not go there if you love your clothes! Did a great job tailoring a suit for a wedding. Read the reviews & was not disappointed. Very good turn around time & very great prices

I was looking around the area for alterations on my pants and decided to give Beh's a try. I am sure glad I did. I know especially for men, altering pants is simple and pretty hard to mess up, so the prices other alteration stores give are really expensive. In fact because of that, I didn't believe the price Beh gave me over the phone until I actually went in and said what I wanted. On top of the great bargain and quality work she does, Beh herself is a great lady. She is very happy and personable. Whenever I need anything else altered, Beh's is the only place I'm going. She has also won my business for any dry cleaning I'll need in the future. read more

Beh is a real doll. Personal service at its best. They always have your cleaning done on time. They are always ready to help when you're in a bind. I have all of my alterations done there. When hemming your pants/jeans they put the original hem back on so that you can't tell they've been altered. My only complaint is that she doesn't charge enough. Please make the switch to Beh's and tell all of your friends. You won't be sorry. read more

Beh is amazing and very reasonably priced. She was able to hem my bridesmaid dress at the very last minute for me. She literally saved me! Thanks so much Beh!!! read more

The owner Beh is such a sweetheart! She is so talented and inexpensive. I had a bridesmaid dress taken in by Beh and she made it look amazing. I don't live by Beh's but I make the drive because of the time she takes on alterations. I will continue to tell my friends and family about Beh!! Thanks Beh! read more

This lady is awesome. I live inside the loop and avoid taking stuff to be dry cleaned. My daughter's mariachi uniformed was $40 in rice village area. At Beh's it was $11. If you're ever on this side of town, drop a bunch of stuff off. She is amazing. read more
