WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They will leave your clothes smelling horrible and ruin them to the point where they themselves are not able to remove the smell and then blame you for not giving them enough time to fix it. They then tell you that other people have the same issue but they were patient enough to wait 3WEEKS to get it done. They will not pay you for the clothes value that they ruined, only the service they charged. After coming here for years and having several issues with them like making holes on some of our items, or even leaving stains on them, they have reached the limit with this. And just FYI they kept my clothes for almost a week to "fix" the issue. After trying to pick them up twice, I decided to just take them as they are and took the money back for the service. But now I need to see to fix the items myself or once again have to buy them. DON'T come here. The owners are rude and will not help when problems like this happen. I laugh about it now, but she went as far as to call me ugly for telling her that this was too much and I find it unfair to not take responsibility for the ruined clothes. Rarely you will find a cleaners with 5 star reviews and they deserve every single star! The best customer service I've ever had from any cleaners location!! I love the two ladies that work in there. I moved out of state for a while but continued to use Beh's when I'd come into town. The last few times they have not gotten my measurements right. I had them do a Calvin Klein suit shirt and it was about an inch too short on the sleeves. It was not fixable so my expensive shirt was garbage. I had to get a cheaper shirt on the fly. The i has them do a Michael Khors dress shirt. This time they cut the length too short. It is no longer usable as a dress shirt. It is only a casual shirt now because I have to leave it untucked. Finally I have a blazer that I went to pickup and the sleeves were too short. Luckily I tried it on before I left the store this time and realized it. Also luckily it looks like they had enough fabric to let it out and I should be ok but in the event it's no longer right then thats 3 strikes for me. I really liked this place and I hope I won't be disappointed because I want to be able to recommend them. read more

Man I can't say enough good things about this spot. I've been there twice already for alterations. The first time I dropped off five pants, three jeans and two track pants. I got the jeans hemmed and tapered and the track pants hemmed. Not only was the work excellent, but the price is probably the most competitive in the area. I came back the next day with two dress pants to get tapered and hemmed. This time I asked Ms. Beh to get them done the next day by noon because of my travel plans. They did a great job on my dress! It needed to be taken on the sides and also, needed to be shorten it was too long for me . I made the huge mistake of going to this place with some expensive clothes for alterations based on the reviews on google!! Not only did she mess up the alterations , she did not return the cut piece which i specifically asked her to give back to me as it was a large piece and very expensive material. I was looking around the area for alterations on my pants and decided to give Beh's a try. I am sure glad I did. I know especially for men, altering pants is simple and pretty hard to mess up, so the prices other alteration stores give are really expensive. In fact because of that, I didn't believe the price Beh gave me over the phone until I actually went in and said what I wanted. When hemming your pants/jeans they put the original hem back on so that you can't tell they've been altered. My only complaint is that she doesn't charge enough. This lady is awesome. I live inside the loop and avoid taking stuff to be dry cleaned. My daughter's mariachi uniformed was $40 in rice village area. At Beh's it was $11. If you're ever on this side of town, drop a bunch of stuff off. She is amazing. read more
