Very clean and easy to use! Relaxing environment too. Came here for the first time to wash my heavy comforter. The bigger washers start at $8.75 for a regular wash and go to $9.55 if you want to add an extra wash. The regular size washers are $6.75, the bigger dryers are $2.10, and the regular dryers are $1.60. You need to load up a laundry card to get the machines to work, but it's super convenient that you don't need quarters. You can pay with Apple Pay/card, EBT, or cash. Note that it's $1 for the card (I think). They also have a bill breaker. I would definitely recommend it here! read more

Been coming here for a few years to do blankets and comforters. It's about $8 to use the biggest washer and $3 to use the dryer. The cleaners wants $35 each and you can do 3 here for that price. Come on a weekday in the morning or early afternoon and it's not very busy. It's owned by some Vietnamese folks and they keep it spotless. Its cashless here btw, get a card using cash or cc and then there's a slot you lay it on somewhere on every machine. You can save them and come back later to add $ or just get a new card each visit. I only come here maybe 3 times a year so I usually give the card to someone there when I leave if it just has a few dollars on it. Even the vending machines use the same card as the washers and dryers. Restrooms have always been very clean. You can go around the corner and come in behind the convience store to park, it's not as busy back there. read more

I hardly ever use a public washateria, that too when it's already dark outside, but this place totally surprised me. I tried out this laundromat during their grand opening and it was a pleasant experience. The place itself is huge, clean with plenty of machines. The machines work with their reusable card which you can refill using either cash or credit cards. The entire process is seamless and takes very little effort or guesswork. They have vending machines at the back and have clean restrooms (which was a surprise based on my experiences with other public laundromats). They have a few different machines for washers and dryers based on the load and the prices differ accordingly. There's a decent parking lot outside and they have a couch area to relax while you're washing your clothes. The crowd here was also decent which was a big PLUS. The machines are modern, easy to use and the staff is very courteous. A big positive for this laundromat is that you feel safe in here even at night (that's exactly when I visited) and hence, I'd highly recommend this place. read more

I am leaving this review on Sunday, August 11, 2024. I currently have a washer and dryer that work but had lots of throw covers and quilts to wash. Laundromat also has 3 BULLET HOLES in the front of it which NOW lets me know this establishment IS NOT SAFE!!!! However, I chose this laundromat from the list of washateria near me, while very pricey for the location I decided to wash a bulk of throw covers, bedsheets and ONE MATTRESS PROTECTOR. All the covers washed were fine with no problems UNTIL I went to the $3.75 dollar load which contained one queen size mattress protector, 2 bedsheets and 2 towels and to my surprise it was fully drenched with water. Therefore, I went to the 2 ladies that ONLY wanted to speak Spanish to me (thankfully I'm bilingual) and explained the situation so they started THE SAME WASHER to spin and to our surprise it was even more drenched the second go around, I asked them to put it in another washer to which they refused!!!!! I took the load out and it was fully WET meanwhile an entire area of dripping water everywhere and YET they STILL REFUSED to make it RIGHTTT!!!! I proceeded to let them know that I was not going to take it like that as it was drenched!!!! All the while they're mopping and drying the floors with more than 5 towels and mop in front of customers and they are still refusing! I asked them to call the owner to make it right .... All of a sudden they spoke "BROKEN ENGLISH" to him (the owner) telling him I had something with plastic in there, which I replied it's a mattress protector and it does not have plastic!!! FINALLY 35-45 minutes later the owner agreed to place them in another washer BUT not UNTIL I refused to take drenched loads into the dryer!!! Please PUBLIC!!!! NEVERRRR lose your voice and shy away from PEOPLE making things right!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRICEY WASHATERIA!!!! 1st and LAST TIME COMING!!!! read more

I only need to use a laundromat for washing comforters and small area rugs and I won't go anywhere else. The card system is always working, the floors and areas are kept clean all day, and someone rotates to make sure the washers are all wiped down in between as many uses as possible. Everyone is quiet and keeps to themselves while washing and there's plenty of seating and bathrooms are super clean. I'm glad I found a place to clean my larger items! read more

It's really clean & quiet the owner I believe he is the Asian guy so sweet! he turned on the television for my 2year old daughter & he taught us how to purchase a card & put money in it & how it works. As a displaced native from New Orleans during Hurricane Ida my family and I were in need of fresh laundry because we only brought a few items while evacuating...after a quick google search I came upon this washateria, saw the pics and I was in disbelief on how clean and modern this laundromat looked so I had to see for myself! This place is very clean and it was a great experience. I did not know how to operate the machines And the owner was super friendly and helpful. There are lots of different sizes of washers and dryers. I got all of my laundry done in a short amount of time. The dryers are great. I rarely use public laundry areas, but I definitely don't regret stopping here. This was the cleanest laundry area that I've ever seen. The parking was in the front & back of the building (talk about options). They also uphold the mask mandate, so you can patronize in masked peace. All of the machines were top quality. The machines came in different sizes and prices, so you can pick one based on the amount of laundry. The machines don't use coins, but there's a digital machine on the wall that dispenses coins. The machine is able to accept cash & card. The fact it's able to accept card is so convenient due to the fact that I hardly ever have cash. There's an area for the attendant that is fully stocked with all of your laundry needs. If you forgot any laundry material, it available. The laundry also has 2 vending machines to feed your appetite, during your laundry visit. The furniture in the laundry room is so comfortable and well kept. There's even a play area with furniture, so you can relax and the kids play. The restrooms were exceptionally clean, for a public establishment. The restrooms were also fully stocked with any bathroom needs. The attendant on duty was very attentive and was constantly maintaining the cleanliness. My washer broke so I've been trying different washateria's and this one is by far the worst not because of appliance issues but it cost an insane amount to just wash one load of clothes usually I spend about $10 washing two loads of clothes but here I spend $20 on just 1 load at other places I can use 6 quarters and dry my clothes but here its $2.10 like what even is the 10 cents for and I'm just confused on why I can get a whole meal for two from Walmart with the same about it cost to wash one load of clothes here. Then I had to get tide pods and got charged but didn't get it then asked for help and I had to pay for it twice. read more

I found this washeteria online yesterday, and I must say I was taken by how nice it is. It is so clean and has plenty of washers and dryers. I like how i had to use a card instead of having to use quarters. The card cost $1.00, which I thought well that sucks but I loaded $10 dollars, and it loaded $11 onto the card, so the card ended up being free. I met the owner, and he's very nice, and I had to tell him how impressed I was with his establishment. I highly recommend it. Try it. You won't be disappointed. I've haven't needed public laundry services since moving to Houston. We sold our old washer and dryer set and then due to covid, got hit with a delay in delivery of our new set. This place is super clean. Everyone was wearing masks. There is an employee who is constantly following people around to clean and sanitize. They have a nice amount of seating so that you can space out if you want to wait on the laundry. I was able to load a laundry card for the couple of weeks that we needed to use this location. I love their large laundry options and will continue to bring heavy linens and comforters here. Would highly recommend this place. read more
