Now i will admit i don't go to wash since i can do that at home for free but lacking a dryer currently makes this laundry mat pretty helpful for having clean clothes. Can't speak for the washers but the dryers only take about 10-15min to fully dry a large single load. Since we broke our washer and dryer during our last move, this spot has become our Go To Washateria. It can be busy early in the morning and late in the afternoon/early evening, but that's to be expected. We go in the middle of the day and are in and out in under an hour. Nice clean facility, I see the staff sweeping and emptying trash multIple times. The washers, dryers and change machines have all been operational when I have gone. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Just moved into the neighborhood, I was looking to wash a few loads and I came across this laundromat. I only had a $20 bill I seen the change machine but who wants to walk around with $20 worth of quarters. So I automatically see the person working today, short black hair with glasses and ask her for change, 2 tens because I didn't want $20 in quarters. I myself have worked in a washateria years ago and I know how hard of work it is to keep it presentable for the customers. I not only think this is an excellent place to come to wash your clothes but the attendant Evelyn was very nice to talk to and have dealings with. Not only was she a good cleaner and was always on the move doing something, she was always smiling and seemed to enjoy her job. Attitude is very important in getting repeat customers at your place of business. For a Washateria I think this one is super clean. I've been using this Washateria for a year and have yet to have a super bad experience. The only thing I can say is if they cleaned out where you put the soap and softener so it doesn't build up. It's always clean. read more

I just moved to the area in April and this is my go to place when I have MANY loads of laundry, especially bedding. It's clean and they seem to keep it that way. The people that go in there are friendly. The staff is also very nice. I had some questions and they were very informative. Was able to get a snack and a drink and wait and had wonderful conversations with some great people. read more

Needed to wash a weeks worth of clothes when our washer broke. This place was not busy, offered multiple different sized washers and dryers. Plenty of carts and tables for sorting and folding. Well lit. Felt safe. As washaterias go this one was fine. read more

This use to be my go to washateria since it was in the neighborhood but recently the dryers have not been hot enough to dry my clothes even after using multiple quarters and with few items in in the dryer. SMH...I have been leaving with damp clothes. Now I'm looking for another washateria one that has dryers that will do what it was design to do without spending a million bucks. read more

I took my comforter here to be cleaned on a 4/24 a Thursday. She told me it would $30 and to be safe come back Monday 4/29 after 6pm. Even though I felt like that was long I was fine with it because I didn't need it immediately. I got busy and ended up not coming back until Wednesday 5/1. My comforter was still not ready. The attendant basically told me to come back with out an apology or discount nothing. I finally got my comforter back, it doesn't even smell clean. I smells like it was left in a warehouse the entire time. I will never go back to this place! Horrible, if I could rate them 0 stars I would! read more

The lady that runs this place is extremely rude and will turn down business if you ask her for change for a dollar. I literally took $50 worth of dry cleaning to another place just to spite of her she lost about $50 a month in reoccurring dry cleaning business after she lied to me about not having change when I watched her open the drawer in front of me. I've heard other stories about her attitude and poor customer service. read more
