1/5 -- Very Disappointing First Experience…read more Unfortunately, my first experience with Elite Dry Cleaners on Kingsland Blvd was extremely disappointing. I dropped off several items on Friday and was told they would be ready for pickup Monday. When I picked them up, I immediately noticed that there were still stains on every item. Some of the clothes even still had visible food stains on them. For a professional dry-cleaning service, I expected much better results. Honestly, it looked like my clothes had simply been washed and hung to dry rather than professionally cleaned. To make matters worse, some of my clothes came back shrunk. The customer service made the experience even worse. The employee had a bad attitude when I brought up my concerns, and the owner's attitude was even worse. Instead of trying to make things right or showing concern about the condition of my clothes, I felt like my concerns were treated as an inconvenience. All in all, this was a terrible first experience. I brought my clothes here expecting professional cleaning and good customer service, and unfortunately I received neither. Based on my experience, I would recommend trying another dry cleaner in the area.

It came back very faded. I mentioned it to the receptionist and she said she would tell the owner to check the machine. No offer of compensation cleaning. (They have a sign that states they are not responsible for fading.) The main lady that waits on me never smiles and has poor customer service training. She often speak so low I have to ask her to repeat herself. She is very helpful at the drive thru and never seems to mind, which is a plus. Sometimes I think the prices are a little high on some things, but they do a good job on most things, if you don't mind the sour disposition of the receptionist, I would recommend giving them a try. My husband's shirts have never been pressed and hung so beautifully.

No I want to go above and beyond and mention the owner reached out to me​to apologize formally and even write a message under my review explaining to me that the individuals no longer work there not only did she reach out to me through the online owner review she personally contacted me to my cell phone and again apologize and saying this should have never happened that they would also honor me with a discount on my next dry cleaning services I was so pleasantly pleased that an owner would take this kind of personal initiative to reach out to me so therefore I would like to leave this five-star review in regards to this facility specifically the owner showing what customer service is really all about.
