The machines here are very old and it is sometimes difficult to choose the least moldy/nasty. Customer service does not exist here.

The lady's that work there are veryhelpful. No air conditioning was on when i was there. We just moved into area and wanted to get laundry caught up. Instead of giving our washer and dryer a workout. My so went back 2 days later and witnessed someone smoking weed right in front of the business and arguing with someone. read more

The lady in the front is rude. Doesn't care about helping you when the machine doesn't return your money. And she walked away when I asked her for help. Take your time and money elsewhere. read more

This place is great! My washing machine broke so I had to come out to a laundromat, I went to another one before I came into this one, I didn't have change so I had to leave, but I can tell a total difference, the staff here is super nice! And they told me how to use the machines and get change, I'm so glad I found this place! read more

I normally don't like to give negative reviews. But, this place needs to get remodeled badly. The machines are old, dirty and rusted. Not one of my clothes smelled like the fabric softener or even detergent. Very VERY disappointed. And, I will still have to take my laundry to wash again. Sorry for the bad review. But, you need to take pride in your business. And, clean it up a LOT. read more

I came in here to do a small load of laundry (duh) as I was staying in town for two weeks for work. My hotel didn't have a wash facility so I needed to get it done myself. I never carry cash on me and didn't think about it when I came here, but I should have. The guy working does not speak English and does not understand the question 'is there an ATM around here?' so it was an uphill battle. After leaving and coming back he was super polite and helped me get quarters and detergent. He then took me to the washer and showed me how to work it and was pretty willing to help explain the process. I tossed in my clothes, sat on the couch and read while I waited. The single TV in here is loud which sucks, but I get it. There's not much to do and the machines, when all running, make a lot of noise. I tossed my clothes in the dryer and waited again. The single bathroom was actually quite clean and nice. My whole time here took about 90 minutes and I was in and out. So it served it's purpose and truth be told now that I know where it is, how to get here, and that I need to bring cash there is no reason that I would not come back here again. It was obvious that this place can be quite busy, loud, and while it's not in the best shopping center it was okay when I was there. The language barrier was a real hinderance and impacted my experience as it caused some unnecessary frustration. Bring cash. read more

Great washateria. It's my first time here and wanted to wash my big comforters because my washer at home is too small to fit my king size comforters. The place is very clean and well kept. I got to talk to the owner's mom. She's very helpful and showed me the best way to wash and dry the comforters. Good experience and will come here again to wash my big comforters. They also wash the comforters for you and other laundry which is a big plus and the price is reasonable. read more

The attendant was so pleasant! They have a lot of huge machines. Pretty much it's about $1/load. I did about 16 loads in 3 hours, from wash to dry to hang. read more

I got here early on Sunday and was able to get my laundry done quickly. I was the only one doing laundry at the time. Washer about to get laundry done in one load instead of 3 or 4. It's not the fanciest laundromat, but it served it's purpose. read more

I got a lot of laundry done today. It's 4$ or 5$ for the best commercial front load washers, very good and fast. But no hot water at all. Didn't matter. My clothes came out clean. The place is kept nice. read more

I had a very nice experience at the Mason Washateria. The machines worked efficiently, and the little problem I had was really due to my inexperience with the machines. The manager was very friendly, and helpful. I had five loads of wash, and completed all five loads in less than one hour. Lots of different machines to choose from, so you can do heavy loads in the commercial machines, and smaller loads in the (less expensive) machines. My super expensive washer is broken (again - ugh) and so probably will be here more than a few times! read more

Been here for less then 30 minutes my two loads almost done the lady at the front entrance has been very helpful helping people find dryers and washers she even gave a lady her money back from the soda machine and gave her the free soda she's a sweetheart. I'm for sure coming back not bad at all for a Monday afternoon! I read all the review also before coming her but I like this place it's not hot they do have a ac and fans running! read more

My main complaint about this place is there is NO hot or warm water available for washing

its ok. If you get there in the morning, the place and machines are pretty clean. They get a little crusty by the end of the day
