I took my suit for dry clean, they put the suit in a washing machine, the suit was damaged and there were holes in the collar of the jacket, the suit was new used for one time only. They tried to evade responsibility then after three weeks they decided to give me a store credit $795 in a store which I refused. As a customer, I was disrespected, lied to, & patronized by Alex. He appears to know it all & doesn't accept when he is wrong. He confused me with another customer today when I asked about the "environmental charge" that was not on ANY of my previous receipts. Alex tried to gaslight me, but didn't know who he was communicating with. Alex, an ideologue, was rude & condescending. After he attempted to prove me wrong, he then tried to show me another's customers receipt to attempt to prove his point. The phone number listed on the receipt is incorrect. When my sister moved here from New Orleans, she found this great place with friendly staff and so cheap dry cleaning. Either when I'm in town or when she goes to visit me in New Orleans, I would get my clothes dry clean there because it's so much cheaper then back home. Three dress here is under $10, over in NOLA would have cost me so much more. I dropped early around 8:30am so I can pick it up today after 5pm. The cleaner is located in the corner and is surrounded by many restaurants and cafe so that a win win for me. They have a wash, dry and fold service for people who does not have time. read more

My usual cleaner closed down and it was very difficult to find a new cleaner that's still open for business during the pandemic. I found cinco cleaners on Groupon. Buy $25 get $50 so I gave them a try. I was impressed by their low prices. On top of that you get a discount if you prepay! Uh yes please!!! Any kind of saving helps these day. Lol. The quality is just as good as my last cleaner. Maybe better because they were able to get stains out of my blouses without damaging the material. Their racks are full of clothes so I have no doubt they do excellent work. There's wall to wall full of comforters on shelves. I will be bringing my king comforter in next visit. My washer won't fit my comforter and it cost me the same to get it cleaned here as it would if I took it to a washateria and clean myself plus the wait. Very friendly and helpful staff. read more

My favorite dress had a huge wine stain on it . Went to 4 different cleaners around Richmond / Katy area and none managed to remove it completely. All have said that's the best the my could do and the stain has been deeply set in. My heart is broken ! On my way to work passed by cinco cleaners and decide to give it one last try or else this beautiful dress of mine will have to be tossed out. When I came in and told the staff there that I went to 4 different cleaners already and all 4 was unable to save my dress. He told me it's his mission to make this dress like how I first bought it. I very rarely post any kind of reviews, I am so angry with the way I was treated so here goes....I had time today and they made me notice them!!!!! I'm very particular about my clothes and have been searching for quality dry cleaners. I started using this dry cleaner after a friend recommended them. I've tried so many dry cleaners here in Houston and either they charge way tooo much for subpar work or they suck. Except for one which I will talk about them later. So based on that my friend claimed they do really good work. I said I'll give them a try. Well, the first few times my clothes came back not wrinkled or damaged. Then I dropped off some clothes only to have them return wrinkled, half on hanger, and the photos below show the jacket before/after dry cleaning. I didn't receive an apology for the damage or an offer to replace (which they couldn't because it's a one of kind hand made RL handmade blazer) or even an offer to reimburse me for the purchase. The blazer is ruined I love this blazer because it's very chic and made nicely. I guess lesson learned to not try a place that refuse to take responsibility for damaging your garments. My next recourse is to sue them for damages. The only quality dry cleaners I've found since moving here is River Oaks Cleaners, I guess I will be going back to them. Been a patron of this cleaner for over 12 years and not one who complains very easily but last couple of months the employees have been very NOT NICE AND QUITE DISRESPECTFUL. Yesterday was the pinnacle - drive up to pick up the clothes and I had a guest sitting in the back behind the drivers seat and instead of hanging on the opposite site which was vacant he shoves the clothes and hangs it up right in her face and closes the car door. Last two times I asked the collar to be red tapped so that more attention is put on the collar at wash time. I was told yes I will do it but rudely he bags the shirts right in front of me and toss it out. I will definitely be looking for another cleaner service to go take my clothing to. read more

The type of embarrassment I received today I have ever received over my items that I paid your company already to clean.. I dropped off my clothes on 06/14/19 and the receipt it states to pickup after 5pm on sat 06/15/19. Today is June 20th of 2019, I went to pick up my items, when I got there the first young lady I saw she was reading a book but when she noticed me she jumped up and said sorry... I did not think anything of it. She scanned my receipt and started looking but she couldn't find it then she took it to this other person.. I will call the other person green shirt cuz lord help I have too many unclean words that green shirt needs to be called.. Came here 3 times. First time was fine. The last two times that I picked up my clothes, they had really bad smell. I don't think they change their filters or water when dry cleaning my clothes. I've been coming to a different cleaner for years and they're so much higher. With cinco I'm able to drop off more clothes and don't worry my clothes for the week. When I'm here they are busy. Which is NOT a bad thing. They get you in and out with your clothes and you leave happy. They are consistent with their work. I never had any problems. If there was something I wasn't too happy about like I still had stain between the leg of my dress pants. Maybe it was my fault not pointing it out. But they took it back no hassle and cleaned it with no extra charge. Another reason why I keep coming back is I had accidently left an expensive pen in my jacket pocket (& some cash and other items I forgot was in my pocket) when I came to pick up my jacket. This location has no understanding of press lines in your pants legs. I now have 2?lines on all of my pants legs. Really. I took them back and they repressed them but now I have 2 distinct lines. The one from the factory and theirs. Should name them 2 line cleaners. I would highly recommend you use another cleaner because there are a lot of them on SMason Rd. Please know that this is difficult when you work in an office setting and you have a 4 lane highway going down your legs. Language and Eye-site is different in every way. Cinco Cleaners does not use good business sense. They have coupons on the back of grocer receipts but when I presented the coupon I was told a different price than the advertisement. They said that they made the decision to charge more months ago. When I asked why they didn't specify on the coupon the attendant simply said she didn't know. She then went into her "I don't understand" mode. I asked for the manager (Anna was her name) and she also said that they changed the price but not the coupon months ago; and even though it's their neglect, she couldn't honor their advertisement. I wouldn't be as upset normally but they told me this AFTER they'd already cleaned my clothes!!! What??? Back against the wall, I had to get my clothes! This is one of the worst cleaners ever. You try to call to tell them about an issue and they never pick up the phone or return a message. Your clothes are wrinkled and some are even dirty (white shirts with make up). And you cannot dispute the credit card transaction because your credit company will ask for a second opinion from another dry cleaners and who has time for that?! Please dont waste your money here. Customers be aware!! Don't take your clothes to this cleaners! They ruined a brand new skirt. I took it for them to treat a tiny food spot. The first time I went to pick it up, there were more stains, a yellow line stain all over my white skirt. They retreated it only to add black stains in addition to the stains from the previous time. They treated it again and this time the black stains were gone but there were some blue stains all over my skirt! They offered to treat it once again. This time some of the blue stains were gone but not all and the first yellow stain that was there the first time they treated it was still there. This was a $98 White House black market skirt. I won't be able to ever wear it again thanks to this cleaners. The manager, Tommy Tran, offered me $20 for my $98 skirt! He's crazy!! I just bought my skirt. Plus I took it with one tiny brown spot. All the other stains they did it!! And now they don't want to take responsibility for it. I shouldn't never switched from MW cleaners on S Mason. I have never had any issues with MW.
