Dry Clean Super Center in PECAN GROVE !!!!!! I really don't like leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately this experience needs to be shared. I've been taking my clothes to Dry Clean Supercenter in Pecan Grove for a while. In the beginning, the service was okay. However, over the last month (maybe longer), the quality has seriously declined. I've picked up multiple items that clearly had not been properly cleaned. It honestly felt like the clothes were just placed in plastic and handed back to me. I returned one item because it wasn't cleaned at all, and when I got it back again, it was actually dirtier than when I originally dropped it off. Most recently, I dropped off a pair of pants. When I picked them up, they had a bad odor and stains that were not there before. That was extremely disappointing. Based on my recent experiences, I would not recommend this company. This place is awful. I recently took some shirts in for dry cleaning and they melted...YES MELTED the collar stays in them. After 4 weeks, countless trips to this dump and the owner NEVER calling me back to resolve the situation, the solution was to create "little pockets" for new collar stays to go into. AND they never offered to refund my money for the cleaning. AVOID this place!!!! read more

This place is quite possibly the WORST drycleaner ever!!!! They ruined a few of my husband's shirts only to give us a credit for more drycleaning. When we brought more in we were given someone else's clothes upon pick-up. I promptly returned the clothes. Much later I realized we were missing some items. After stupidly returning yet again, they ruined another shirt! I have a neighbor whose clothes they couldn't find. She had to go back herself and look for them! They were found but under someone else's name. And yet another neighbor keeps going and repeatedly gets his shirts ruined and getting credit. He then goes and buys new shirts and doesn't take the new stuff. Save your clothes and take them somewhere else! Anywhere else! read more

The levels of incompetence were UNBELIEVABLE. I Dropped of one of my husband's shirts only to have a button hole added as well as a button. When I dropped it off there were 3 younger guys there. When I said what I needed, one of them had to call someone to make sure that they did the service. After the call I was told that they do the service and I was charged for it up front. I was also told that it wouldn't be back until Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. which I had no problem with. I went to pick up the shirt today and went through the drive-thru & gave them my claim ticket and they gave me the shirt. I guess I should have checked it but I didn't. When I got home I realized that they had not done ANYTHING. They did not put in a buttonhole and they did not add a button. I drove back up there & went in and explained that I noticed the work wasn't done. The guy told me he had to go talk to the manager and he went into a room. (I never saw the manager ). He comes back & tells me that my ticket was voided because a "younger employee" who didn't know anything didn't think they did the service so he voided the ticket. I asked why no one called me about this they didn't have an answer I asked why did they let me pick it up and not say anything about not doing the work they responded with we will go ahead and send it back out for you it will be done on Monday. I said no you can just give me my money back and I will take it somewhere else. The guy proceeds to tell me my refund is $4.50. I said no I was charged around $9.50. ( I didn't have the ticket so I wasn't sure of the exact amount). He then tells me to hang on and goes to the computer to look and then says hang on I have to add this up goes to his phone for his calculator and says it was 8 and change and hands me $9. I went to my car because that's where my phone was and I looked in my bank account and realized I was charge $9.47. I went back inside and asked for my 47 cents to which I was given 50 cents. I said I only need 47 cents and they said that's fine. JUST WOOOOWWWW....Needless to say, I DO NOT & most certainly WILL NOT RECOMMEND!! read more

I have used this place for about 3 years since i moved to waterside estates and i have never had any problems there. They even helped me one day i needed my shirts the same day. They always let me use coupons so the price is better. The owner is always around so i think if you ever have a problem he can just take care of it. read more

I'm very picky regarding how long sleeves are finished on starched shirts. DCSC does a very good job. I have used them to launder large comforters and have been satisfied with results as well. They prefer being paid when clothes are dropped, which initially gave me pause as not comfortable paying in advance, but now that I know their good quality of service, I have no qualms at all. I think this place is great. I have tried every single other cleaner in the neighborhood, as I haven't been extremely loyal to any of them, and this cleaners is hands down the best I have ever used. They still offer next day service, which no other cleaners do, because they do not clean the clothes in-house. They ship them to one of two major facilities in Houston which is why, no more next day service. These guys do it in the building. I have been moderately impressed by the alterations I have had done - a few buttons, hole in the pants, cuff fell etc - all have come back nicely done. Pricing is on par with all others. Staff are locals who speak my native language. I have used them dozens of times now, and I think they're great! read more

this company has a bad problem with loosing peoples clothes. they lost 5 pairs of my slacks, argued for a month, finally paid for them. asked me to return and continue using their services. we did give them a second chance recently, and, they lost another pair of pants. once again will not return phone calls . never ever take any clothing that you value to this dry cleaners. very dissapointed. never ever going there again ! read more
