When the pamphlet was shown she started behaving rudely and talking nonsense, asked the clothes back to that she said why do you want it back when you didnt wanted to give and threw the clothes down. The topic didnt close there , since im 8 months preggie i did yell back at her saying how can she misbehave like that to that she said i just hate Desi's.. what a racist comment. They have ruined an expensive suit (see photos) and have taken zero accountability. She gaslit me, laughed in my face, and said the damages are our own fault. We dropped off 15 pieces to be dry cleaned, including a suit for my husband that we needed for a wedding. Once we picked up the clothes and brought them home, my husband tried on his suit and noticed those large holes in the pants, which we can guarantee were not there when we dropped them off. After inspecting the suit further, we noticed multiple holes all around the pants and jacket, and also noticed another pair of his slacks were ruined as well. 3 out of the 15 pieces were noticeably ruined. I went back to talk to the lady at the front and she basically told me that they did not do this. After a few minutes of back and forth, she changed her tune and said it could've been them as it happens all the time to "old clothes". Mind you, the suit is less than a year old and has only been worn once. She told me she couldn't do anything and that I needed to talk to her manager - Hailey. Hailey looked at the clothes and immediately said "this didn't happen here. I can 100% guarantee this was not us". I continued to explain that these clothes were 100% not like this when we dropped it off, and if it were, wouldn't someone have noticed when we dropped it off, or at some point during the cleaning process? No one notified us about the holes when we picked them up. I'd assume if they came like that, they wouldn't want to take responsibility for it and they would let us know at pick up about the damages they found. But no - she had the audacity to tell me that my clothes are old, the holes are from natural "wear", and that we also have a pest issue in our house and that we need to call pest control! I was literally at a loss for words. How ironic that only the clothes I brought into their facility are the ones with holes in it, and I am the one with a pest control problem?! Are you kidding?! She continued to laugh in my face when I asked her to take some accountability or responsibility for this. Needles to say, she did nothing for us and we are out several hundred dollar. I really don't know how she gets away with treating people like this and how they are still in business. The smirk she had on her face the entire conversation will be etched in my brain. Even if she didn't want to offer any compensation for the damages, the least she could've done was taken some accountability.

They charge 4 dollars to wash where as other places, like Tri-Mart, cost only 2.25 to wash clothes. The dryers did not dry my clothes well and I had to dry twice, which cost me more money to get my clothes dry. Do not recommend at all, go to Tri-Mart instead.

You can get a laundry card and load it with cash or use your debit/credit card. 4. Washers and Dryers are great quality. 5. You can use your laundry card at the vending machine. I'd definitely recommend coming here. The neighborhood over here isn't the greatest but people just come here to wash clothes and leave.

She replied $2.99. $2.99 x 9 does not add up to $36. She replied that one of the short sleved shirts was linen and had to be dry cleaned. The tag on the shirt say DO NOT DRY CLEAN! AND, they charged me $7.35 for that shirt! I told her that I did not ask for that shirt to be dry cleaned and that I should be refunded the difference of $7.35 and $2.99. She refused! And then she said that the shirt was NOT dry cleaned but that it was laundered and had to be hand ironed, that is why there was a diffierence in price. So hand ironing a mens short sleved shirt thay charged me $4.36! So which is it? Dry cleaned or laundered and hand ironed? I will NEVER return to this dry cleaners for any reason! Good luck to the owners. In this country we do things differently. I guarantee this location will be closed in 6 months with customer service like this.
