PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!! TLDR: the manager is the most rude, condescending, disrespectful human I have ever encountered in my life. They have ruined an expensive suit (see photos) and have taken zero accountability. She gaslit me, laughed in my face, and said the damages are our own fault. We dropped off 15 pieces to be dry cleaned, including a suit for my husband that we needed for a wedding. Once we picked up the clothes and brought them home, my husband tried on his suit and noticed those large holes in the pants, which we can guarantee were not there when we dropped them off. After inspecting the suit further, we noticed multiple holes all around the pants and jacket, and also noticed another pair of his slacks were ruined as well. 3 out of the 15 pieces were noticeably ruined. I went back to talk to the lady at the front and she basically told me that they did not do this. After a few minutes of back and forth, she changed her tune and said it could've been them as it happens all the time to "old clothes". Mind you, the suit is less than a year old and has only been worn once. She told me she couldn't do anything and that I needed to talk to her manager - Hailey. Hailey looked at the clothes and immediately said "this didn't happen here. I can 100% guarantee this was not us". I continued to explain that these clothes were 100% not like this when we dropped it off, and if it were, wouldn't someone have noticed when we dropped it off, or at some point during the cleaning process? No one notified us about the holes when we picked them up. I'd assume if they came like that, they wouldn't want to take responsibility for it and they would let us know at pick up about the damages they found. But no - she had the audacity to tell me that my clothes are old, the holes are from natural "wear", and that we also have a pest issue in our house and that we need to call pest control! I was literally at a loss for words. How ironic that only the clothes I brought into their facility are the ones with holes in it, and I am the one with a pest control problem?! Are you kidding?! She continued to laugh in my face when I asked her to take some accountability or responsibility for this. Needles to say, she did nothing for us and we are out several hundred dollar. I really don't know how she gets away with treating people like this and how they are still in business. The smirk she had on her face the entire conversation will be etched in my brain. Even if she didn't want to offer any compensation for the damages, the least she could've done was taken some accountability. read more

I'm giving a 1 star rating only because I can't give a 0 rating. I do not go to this cleaner any more because I have heard too many complaints about customers recently having holes in their clothes when they picked them up. The customers provided pictures of the holes. The manager was very rude and condescending, She claimed the clothes were old which was not the case. read more

I left my brand new dress (One time wear) for the dry clean. When I pick it up , the dress was damaged. I spoke with the owner and she said that it was not their fault, that I brought a damaged dress. This is not true. She didn't want to admit that the damage was done in her store. She didn't want to take any responsibility. My dress cost me 300 dollars and she only gave me 30 dollars for the damage. I asked her for a new garment and she refused it. Bad dry clean store. I used to go to the cleaners down the road but they were so rude and unappreciative that I decided to try this place. Crystal Cleaners not only did a better job time and time again but they were also super nice! They greet you by name when you walk in the door and they appreciate your business. They will also try to accommodate your needs if you are in a rush to get your clothes back quickly. Great value as well. Try them out; you will be very pleased. read more

I have been coming this cleaners for years and my experiences have differed from great work to being very dissatisfied. The business was sold several months back and it the new owners have greatly improved their model. No issues with getting same day delivery and no issues with damaged garments. I used to go to 2 other cleaners but was unsatisfied with their cleaning and customer service. I decided to try this place and they are great. My husband loves it and he is very picky about his cleaners. They even got a stain out of my skirt that I've had for awhile and the other cleaners could not get out! The workers are very sweet too. I never write bad reviews about any business but I had an awful experience here. I have lost $400 on a pair of curtains I took to the lady at Crystal Cleaners for alterations. Each curtain panel was $200 and she cut them 30 inches shorter instead of the measurements we gave her. Just awful!!!!! DO NOT use their alterations lady!!!! read more

I will NOT use them again! When I dropped my clothes off one morning I was told they would be ready the next day after 5pm. I arrived at 5:15 the follow day to pick up and they weren't ready. I was told to wait 15 minutes and they would be finished. I waited. During that time, another lady came in and they had lost - like never found her blouse. Then, they brought me out half of my clothes and half of someone else's clothes. I was asked to wait another 15 minutes, for them to finish the rest of mine, and I did. By this time their lobby was full of customers waiting "15 minutes" to get their clothes. Finally at 6:55, right before they closed, I got the rest of my garments. I will not go back here. I understand getting behind but I felt they were very unprofessional about it. The staff was rude and unapologetic and I will NOT use them again! read more

We used to bring our clothes here weeklu but no longer can we stand the dismissive and Very rude lady owner. There was a small rip in the pants after they were drycleaned and she refused to do the right thing and said it was our fault and we would need to pay for them to be repaired. Do not take your clothes here unless you want to pick up damaged goods. Not only do buttons always fall off here, but last time they damaged my new shirt beyond repair with a large rip in sleeve. Clerk left to inform manager/owner & came back to tell me "sorry, but since tag was removed no replacement." Manager wouldn't even come out to talk with me. Shirt was picked up previous day, but no mention by clerk of damage at pick up. Lack of integrity. So many cleaners in the area, thankfully, to choose from. Also, if you drop off on Tuesday after 9am, cleaning won't be ready until after 5pm on Thursday. read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I had taken a brand new white Thomas Pink dress shirt (retail $198) to be serviced before my wedding. I took it in on a Wed afternoon and was told it would be ready the next day after 5p. I went in around 630p the following day and I was told it was not ready because they found stains and wanted to redo it. I was shocked to hear there were "stains" considering the shirt was new and I asked how they appeared. They argued it happens often and they just need another day to fix the problem. I picked up the shirt on Friday and it still had visible dirt stains/marks and a crushed button. They had no remorse for what they had done and offered nothing but the cost of service I paid. I used this place frequently and sacrificed convenience for quality but their customer service has driven me else where. Clients beware. Very disappointed with the owner at Crystal Cleaners. She will not reimburse appropriately for lost items. The slacks to an expensive suit were lost and they have given me the run-around for 2 months, insisting that they were still trying to find them. After many visits and phone calls, and providing receipts to verify cost ($350), they offered only $50 for reimbursement. Laughable!! I have been going to this place for many years! They have there ups and downs but foe the most part they satisfy my needs and even replace broken buttons on my dress shirts for free! I really enjoy dealing with the young man Tim he is very consistent polite fast and hard working and overall makes you want to come back and will do all he can to make you happy. It seems to be family owned and they do everything on site which I personally really like. I can see why this place has some bad reviews but thosr type of people just need to do there own clean and ironing. This place does the job and saves me a lot of time! read more

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went in a few weeks ago to get a bridesmaids dress altered. I picked it up and thought everything was fine, I went home to try the dress on and realized, to my dismay, they had sewn the straps of the dress back together wrong...so the back of my dress was now on the side. I immediately went back into the store (10 minutes later) and asked what had happened to my dress, and the lady at the front told me that my dress had never been in that cleaner and that I must be mistaken with the cleaner next door. She proceeds to laugh at me and said that there's no way they could have made that alternation. I then asked to speak with the woman who does the alterations and she said she did not touch that dress. I then asked to speak with a manger (because I had literally just been in the store to pick it up and they were acting like they had never seen me or my dress before) and explained to him the situation. He went back to speak with the woman doing the alterations and then came back out to tell me that she admitted to him that yes, it was her mistake but that she would fix it. Needless to say, never going back to this establishment again. read more
