    Friendly staff! The tailor Norma is there most of the time and has done some great work on my suit jackets and jeans.

    ***Update: My issue was addressed promptly by a call from management letting me know the items had…read morebeen found after a few questions and texted photo. Thank you Tracy for your caring approach. She was kind with explanation and resolution.*** A few days ago, I dropped off a pair of slacks and couple of dress shirts for dry cleaning. When I stopped to drop off those clothes, I was the only customer in line right after another one was just leaving. But right after the worker was about to take my clothes, another customer pulled up behind my car. She went straight to that customer to provide her with her pick up. I figured since it was an elderly individual, that would be understandable. After that hand off, she began looking up my information in the system to take my drop off. But she was taking a while finding my information. Soon, another customer came. She took care of that next customer before getting back to me. Finally, she found my information - entered incorrectly with wrong spelling. She gave me my ticket with a bar code. So, I jetted off assuming my dry cleaning would be ready for pick up within a few days. Today, my son picking up the dry cleaning was told that only one garment was in the order. It's the pair of slacks. The shirts cannot be traced. Nothing. Brand new shirts for work are gone in their system. I don't know if the person who was juggling multiple pickups/drop-offs made a mix-up of mistake or whether those shirts were lost during another process. But it's a total loss.

When I brought in clothing with belts attached, I was later told -- to my face -- that I "didn't bring in a belt." My ticket had even been changed to say "NO BELTS." Really? Then they eventually found ONE of the belts... which confirmed I was telling the truth the entire time. I'm still missing another belt, but honestly, I'm just over it at this point. Mistakes happen. Losing items happens. But the dismissive attitude, refusal to take responsibility, and rude customer service from Tracey made the situation so much worse. They act like you're the guilty one, and nothing gets resolved unless you become relentless about it. I've officially decided I'm done using Tide Cleaners. Moving on... and still beltless.
