Oxford Cleaners saved my life! I kept forgetting to take a look at an old bridesmaid dress to see…read moreif I needed it cleaned or not. When I finally got around to taking it out, i tried to get some of the stains out myself, especially since they were only at the very bottom. I was unsuccessful and started to panic because I felt like the stains were a bit visible, and I needed to leave for the wedding in 48 hours! I went to one dry cleaning place, but their turnaround time was not going to cut it, so I called Oxford Cleaners and they said they could have it ready in my timeframe. I felt like the pricing was very fair - it was several dollars more than the first place I checked with, but also, their turnaround time is better. When I got my dress back it looked brand new! It looked brighter and was like-new clean. So happy with their service and will be happy to come back if needed!

I use this as my local cleaners. They're cheaper than the places I used to go to in Houston, are…read moreclose by, and they're capable of same day turnaround. In general, they're top notch and reasonablh priced. If you work a 9-5 you basically have to drop and pick things up before work because they aren't open past 5pm. I'd give them a fourth star except for a couple of issues. With my last load of laundry, they accidentally gave some of my items to someone else. It happens. The other person returned them and I got them back a few days late. I wouldn't have even docked them a star on this alone. On my other visit, I got in the door right at 9:01am. Their guideline is "in by 9am for same day service." They wanted to charge me $3 per item for same day service. For 16 items, that would be a $48 charge for being one minute late. I declined and their review drops one star accordingly.

If you live in Sienna and you are looking for a GREAT dry cleaners, look no more!! In July I moved…read moreto Sienna and began looking for a new dry cleaners; I previously used two very expensive dry cleaners near my employment on Upper Kirby and had become very dissatisfied with the cleaning of my clothes. One day I saw McFrugals and decided to give it a try. Not only was the staff very professional and polite, they were very welcoming. After receiving my first complete order I was a little skeptical because my clothes were clean and pressed properly and the price was reasonable. I thought, maybe this is a new customer special. After six months of using McFrugals nothing has changed! The pricing is still reasonable and I have had no issues, well just two and I'll get to those in a minute--with the cleaning of my clothes or the excellent service I receive! As for the two issues--once I received an shirt that was not apart of my order. McFrugals informed me of the mishap and insured me MY shirt would be delivered the next day. My second issue was a small rip on one of my shirts. I sent a text about the shirt and the response was I'm sorry we must have missed it in the final check, we will definitely take care of it! The other two more expensive chain cleaners often ruined shirts or ripped the clothing and every time, even though they acknowledged the error, took months to resolve the issue. I am recommending McFrugal's to everyone! And let me add I dry clean just about all of my clothes and my clothes are not inexpensive--McFrugals treated my Burberry shirts the same as my Polo shirts, with loving care!! If you are looking for a great cleaners and you wan a reasonable price McFrugals on Sienna Parkway is the place to go!!!
