I went here by accident, thinking this is where my friend recommended. When I told her about my…read morehorrible experience after the fact, she told me she only goes to Liz Tailor down the street and I would have never been treated the way Kent treated me. I went in March to have my one shouldered dress altered. It was too gappy in the chest area. I assumed it would just need a dart or two. He said he would take in the strap on the one shoulder and pinched it up to show me. That took care of the gaping in the chest, so I said okay. When I went to pick it up 5 days later, they seemed shocked I wanted to try it on first. It was so painful and tight only wearing it in the store for a few minutes, it left red indentions on my neck for hours. The waistline was now skewed because they changed the strap so much. Kent wasn't there then. The lady said the extra was tucked inside the part of the strap where they took it in and could let it out. Leaving it there meant I missed out on taking this dress on the trip I was getting it altered for. When I went back to pick it up after that trip, Kent was there. At first they couldn't find the dress and tried to give me someone else's dress. I then tried on my dress. I don't know what they did, but now the arm hole was too small and I couldn't even raise my arm up. I told him I couldn't even wear the dress. He scolded me in front of other customers and said it was because my chest was too big (obviously it's not since that was the area I originally needed to have taken in). He just wanted me to pay the $30 and leave. I refused to pay since the dress was unwearable. He finally said he could cut the armhole bigger but that wasn't what the original quote was for. The armhole was never an issue before he hacked my dress up. When I went the 3rd time to pick it up, it still didn't fit right but it was better that his previous 2 attempts. So I paid the $30, took the dress, and never wanted to see him again. It would have been better had I just continued using saftey pins in the chest area instead of taking it to him.

Dry Clean Super Center in PECAN GROVE !!!!!! I really don't like…read moreleaving negative reviews, but unfortunately this experience needs to be shared. I've been taking my clothes to Dry Clean Supercenter in Pecan Grove for a while. In the beginning, the service was okay. However, over the last month (maybe longer), the quality has seriously declined. I've picked up multiple items that clearly had not been properly cleaned. It honestly felt like the clothes were just placed in plastic and handed back to me. I returned one item because it wasn't cleaned at all, and when I got it back again, it was actually dirtier than when I originally dropped it off. Most recently, I dropped off a pair of pants. When I picked them up, they had a bad odor and stains that were not there before. That was extremely disappointing. Based on my recent experiences, I would not recommend this company. I truly hope they address their quality control issues so other customers don't experience the same frustration

She also added a fabric to the back of a formal gown that did not quite zip, and had it ready in less than a week and a half, so I could wear to my brother's wedding, and it fit like a glove. I told her I definitely needed it Th because I'm headed out of town Friday & she said she would tag it as priority for Th. ( I forgot to see how priority was identified) She indicated I would get a text when it's ready on Th & likely it would be ready by 3pm although they state 5pm. I'm pleased to say I received a text a little before 2pm indicating my clothes were ready for pick up with a reminder they close at 6p. Two dry clean tops were $8 and some change which I feel is a fair price. I was pleased with the cleaning & ironing of my tops. That with the great customer service, I would definitely return with other dry clean items.
