This business is dishonest and disorganized. First, one of the workers told us the wrong price for each shirt. When we picked it up it was twice as much, and even four times as much for other shirts, after they had mentioned each shirt would be around $1.50. Second, we were promised a 20% discount that was not honored when we picked up our shirts. Third, we took our own hangers to save some waste since the ones they provide only end up in the trash. When we picked up the shirts they were not returned with our hangers until we pestered them for our own hangers. Even then, they only returned half of the hangers that we had provided. Asked them if they clean Indian Sarees and they confirmed they do. This is what I got back. They didn't even touch the saree ... gave it back to me as is. Called them but the person who picked up the saree said he himself cleaned it and pressed it. Not going back. read more

Got there gave her my ticket comes back 10mins later and says hey sorry they aren't ready I said well you said Monday at 530pm she said they were busy so I told her I needed them today so she goes backs cleans them does a very bad job then when she Handed me my clothes she said you total will be $44 for 5 T-Shirts doesn't offer me a discount for not fulfilling my time or anything!!! Not happy! I brought 3 piece of garments in on Sunday and they were not ready until Tues after 5pm. The front person told me 2 of my 3 pieces will be treated as 2 piece Indian garment at $10.80 but when I picked up, they charged me $17.50. The long blouse is treated as a long dress at 11.80 and pants 5.70!!! I told the front person about the inconsistencies in pricing but she just couldn't do anything about it. Further, the blouse has to be sent back because there is a spot that was yet be removed!! Too much problem for trying out a new dry cleaning place!!! Hope they can remove the spot and not ruin it! If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has HORRIFIC customer service. My now husband took his brand new, never worn, custom suit to have dry cleaned to wear for our wedding day. The suit jacket and vest were badly stained. My husband immediately took the suit back to show them, and the lady at the counter called the owner, and said "you know the blue suit" making it obvious they were aware they messed it up and blatantly decided to not say anything upon pick up. They then offered to try to fix it, however they weren't able to get it back to its original condition. And then the miserable woman had the audacity to ask my husband which thrift store he bought his suit from. Again the suit was custom, brand new, and even has his last name stitched on the inside. They did not take accountability for their mistake, they did not even attempt to offer to pay for the suit or even refund us for their "service", in fact they tried to make him pay for their sad attempt to fix it. Dropped off 16 pieces and went to pick them up 2 days later and was given almost 30 pieces, after sorting through all the mess I found my clothes. I was charge 3 times the amount of the service and was told i was getting a refund only to be charged again. I had to go through bank to dispute my charges. This Place is absolutely a ridiculous scam! I just tried this Cleaners out for the first time, I dropped off 21 pieces of clothes and requested that I had to pick it up in two days by 12pm because I was going out of town for work. I actually showed up late in the afternoon on my pick up date, and only 4 pieces of my clothes were completed. The lady stated that the rest of my dry cleaning all had stains on it.... which was total crap.... so not only did I have to go out of town with no clothes, the lady charged over $120 for dry cleaning even though I can only pick up 4 pieces today and the rest can not be picked up for two days!!! Due to stains! All I asked for was dry cleaning not laundered or anything else. These were all just Wonens dress slacks and blouses, and there was not one stain on my clothes. As the lady is running my card, she says I am just going to charge u for the four pieces and then she charges me over $120 total for dry cleaning!!!! This was for 6 pairs of slacks, 10 women's blouses, 5 sweaters, and two suit jackets. The normally going rate in Katy, usually cost me around $55-$60 total. I getting my clothes dry cleaned quit often.... this place is a Rip off and scam people!!! Don't waste your time! This place is awful. They have been reported to BBB and Texas Attorney Generals Office Consumer fraud department!! read more
