I am new to this area, so I chose 2 near by cleaners for my first try. I brought 9 clothes total and the lady in front counted with me. My receipt printed 9 items and when I went to pick it up, I only got 7 pieces. I paid it and thought the other 2 shirts might not be ready yet. When I went back the next day, the lady told me that she can't find it and the system didn't show it too. We paid for 7 pieces and got 7. She said she'll talk to the owner about the two missing shirts, but they never reached out to us after days. The other cleaner I went to had the same price maybe no 25% off but gave a much better experience. I think the yelp rate is accountable and I should read those reviews before go there. read more

You give them shirts to be laundered - not dry cleaned, they will dry clean them anyway and charge you the incredibly expensive extra cost for it - a difference of $4.40. When I dropped of a mix of laundry and dry cleaning, the lady at the counter was argumentative about wanting to dry clean two of my shirts. I told her no, just launder them. When I went to pick them up, they went ahead and dry cleaned one of them at the inflated cost. When I demanded a refund, they didn't even have $4.40 in the store. They refunded me $3.60 because that's all the money they had on hand. Horrible service. What they did has a very simple term - SCAM. Avoid this place. Update: read owner's response. Pretty funny that she says they are following the instructions on the tag. THERE'S NO TAG. I cut the tag out a long time ago. But here's a tag from another shirt that is the exact same brand and style. These are $40 dollar Carhartt shirts from Academy. Nice try at making up a stupid excuse lady. If you think you need to dry clean Carhartt, you don't know your business. If you weren't there to deal with me and don't know what happened, you shouldn't be making things up. Zero stars. This place is ludicrous. Wayyyy overpriced for such poor customer service. Each time I come here there's nobody at the counter and then shows up as if I'm bothering her. No courtesy given on what the pricing would be when I asked, aside from the patronizing tone of, "Here's your ticket for pick up, and I gave you a discount as a new customer." Paying over $70 for a few trousers and shirts was ridiculous. No transparency whatsoever on pricing. I will gladly drive to Houston to use my previous dry cleaners than spend my hard earned money on this overpriced nonsense. If you're going to charge that high you better have a stellar value proposition but you don't. No wonder the place is empty. And you can save your lame rehearsed response, I'm good. This place is joke. The prices have always been high but it's the closet to the house so we use it but now they are arbitrarily dry cleaning or claiming they dry cleaned dress shirt just based on the brand of the shirt. I dropped off 4 100% cotton dress shirts and they decided to charge me regular for two and decided to charge me $7.95 each for the other two. I asked the lady and she just said it was from Neiman Marcus that was why. I told her all the shirts were from neiman, Nordstrom or Saks and are 100% cotton and have always been laundered here and everywhere else? She dismissed my comments and said next time I will launder them. This has also happened to my wife after she dropped off a couple of dresses, she was charged double for some because of the brand when in reality the ones she charged the regular price for were actually way more expensive. read more

I have used this cleaners for 7 years. Was a loyal customer. They have ruined several items over the years. The final straw was my expensive bedding. The owner would not even return a call. I stopped by several times and called left messages. After 2 months he finally returned my damaged bedding and gave me $100 check. The replacement cost is $750 and this is half of a complete set. I had asked him to split the replacement cost . The fact that he would not even call to discuss tell me it doesn't value his customers. I'm in outside sales and I know my success depends on my service and customers. I will not be doing business with them again. read more

A DISAPPOINTED US MARINE VETERAN ! I trusted Comet to take care of my Marine Corps Dress Blues for a Ball I had for Veterans Day in San Marcos . The day of the event , when I went to pick up my uniform , after the fact they have lost my Belt ... they couldn't find it anywhere! I had to drive all the way in town to find the last belt from an army surplus store,,.. not only I had to spend money to replace it , tolls to get there , etc .. but because of that , Myself and spouse were late to the Ball, missed our dinner !
