After I tried my own glue for 10 years I finally gave up and found Ordonez! He talked me out of wasting money on a Goodyear welt on such a cheap boot. I had my eye on these beautiful black leather boots for 2 years before I finally bought them. Extremely disappointing experience. I was told to pay $633.26 upfront on December 30, 2025 to have…read morethe handles repaired on my vintage Louis Vuitton bag. They kept my bag for nine months. During that time, I received zero proactive communication. I had to call and visit the store more than five times for updates, and I was repeatedly told the bag was simply "waiting on rivets." I was given multiple timelines that were never followed through on. I was later told by another employee that the store had essentially been unsure what to do with my bag and that it had been sitting there. The initial repair also had to be redone, and after finally receiving my bag back, I noticed fraying on the newly repaired handles. Westin's lack of professional communication and follow-through throughout this process were particularly unprofessional. Calls were not returned, information was inconsistent, and I never felt that my concerns were being taken seriously. I have since emailed twice and submitted the company's contact form requesting a partial refund and still have not received a response. For $633.26, I expected significantly better workmanship, communication, and customer service.
