Really good service, the alteration work was done well and everything fit perfectly. I am not giving it a three start rating cause the work was bad, but more for the experience. The female owner was extremely friendly, kind and respectful. The male owner on the other hand was completely disrespectful and impatient. My mother and I had already gotten a piece altered from them and we're picking it up and we brought 3 more items to be altered. As my mother and I discussed among ourselves in our native language to decide if we wanted to move ahead with the alteration and which items of clothing, we turned to the male owner and asked him for clarification on why 2 of the items that needed to be taken in were priced differently and my mom asked if he would charge us the same for both. Again, we are not experts in this department and some guidance or clarity by the expert would help us make our decisions. Instead of being helpful or providing us with the details of his prices and the work needed to achieve what was needed, the owner rudely told my mother to "not waste his time". This truly upset me and soured my entire existence at the store. We were already paying customers at this time and that statement made loudly in front of other costumers in the store was extremely disappointing and rude. I was truly shocked that someone would treat another human like that, let alone a returning customer. I really did love the alteration and the work they did but because of the poor attitude and maybe even a little pride, it would hard for me to return. I would rather find somewhere that does a decent job but has owner who can speak respectfully to their customers. read more
