Don't use this place if you want your items back in 24 hours. All you'll get is excuses. I dropped off a men's white shirt and a pair of wrangler jeans for laundry and heavy starch. Was told they would be ready next day after 4:00 pm. Went to pickup and was told it wasn't ready because the jeans weren't dry yet and told to come back the next day. Went the next day and was told it wasn't ready yesterday because they didn't have enough whites for heavy starch. So which is it? The jeans weren't dry or the shirt wasn't done. Didn't offer anything for me having to waste my time either. And the lady was rude when confronted with the two stories. Never use this place. read more

First and last time! First, the store is filthy!' Counter tops is dirty and dusty! Disorganized and utter trash environment. If I didn't have a business event the next day no way would I drop off my possessions. I took pictures of my items, they were return EXACTLY as I dropped them off, dirty. I spend the last 3 months with claim of 5 pieces of cloth they ruin. Every time they gave me the run around saying they will fix it and every time came the same or worst. And one of the pants I never saw them. Definitely not coming back. This ask for how many stars. I have no choice but to put one, but my rating for this place is -10. Worst customer service, no follow up with client, their policy pretend to pay you $20 for a $100+ piece of clothing. Again I spend 3 months for this to be resolved. On yelp I see their hours are posted 7-7, but on the front door and online other places it says 6:30-7 on weekdays. Today I went at 6:30 to pickup a garment needed by 7 and they were not open. I called, but it rang and went to a full voicemail box. I went back by at about 6:45 after taking my son (who needed the item for school) to school and they were open. I asked the lady working what time they open, and she said "between 6:30 and 7." There were also garments piled up in every visible surface. For a cleaner, the time you open seems like one thing that should really be reliable. read more

This is the worst dry cleaners I have ever been to. As soon as I walked into the shop there was a line because they lost a gentleman's shirt. I should have walked right then! After picking up my items I brought it to their attention that my faux fur blanket had been melted in various areas. They denied it was their fault but offered to clean it again. At this point I know the blanket is ruined but let them try to "clean" it again. When I pick it up the second time there are melted spots everywhere and new stains. They repeatedly accuse my dog of chewing these huge spots and tell me there's nothing they can do because "in 20 years [they've] never had an issue." A+? Try F-. I travel 300 days out of the year. So I've seen many cleaners. A+ is one of the worst. First time I dropped off cleaning, pants came back uncleaned. A mayo stain was still there. And the shirt collars were mis-pressed. (Bottom of collar 1/2" above collar seam.) The staff was friendly, and reprocessed these. I picked these up, and the stain was gone. But the collars were mis-pressed. Took them anyway. Dropped off another set (anyone can goof). When I returned to pick up the shirts, the manager (owner?) was arguing with a customer who was complaining his jacket wasn't cleaned. The customer was quite reasonable. The manager refused to admit they goofed and didn't offer to re-clean the jacket. My shirts came out with collars seriously mis-pressed. I asked about having them redone. The manager came over and said it was the shirt manufacturer's problem. I asked why, then, do other cleaners get it right? She refused to consider redoing the shirts. Strike three. Very unprofessional and unreliable! Numerous buttons were missing after getting the shirts home and when I went back to get them repaired the girls told me that It would be ready at 5p but I had to wait an extra 40 mins while they did the buttons. When she was done she just gave me the shirt without putting it in a bag and basically threw it at me. Never again will I recommend or visit this shop read more

A+Cleaners on Mason Rd sucks big donkey rear end. I bought a beautiful white dress that came with a matching belt. I took said dress to cleaners w belt. Picked up dress and belt was missing. They didn't mention it when I picked it up. I came back looking for my belt and they found it (surprise) and it's freaking STAINED with a blue dye. The lady who I've known for YEARS says to me "oh it was like that when you dropped it off". Really? That's what I get for being a loyal customer for over a freaking decade? When I picked up my clothes today there was a bag stapled onto the plastuc coverring my shirts and the lady said "here this is yours." It was my wedding band. I had apparently left it in my pocket. Hadn't used this cleaner in a few years as they broke a number of buttons on shirts. Came in today to try and save some time instead of running to another cleaner further away. Waited in the shop for a few minutes for assistance only to have someone come in and tell me that I would have to wait for the manager as the employees were helping jump a car. Rather than take two minutes to receive my laundry and head back out to the car, he went back out and got back to work. It appears that their customer service and quality hasn't improved since the last time we used them. read more

This cleaners is wonderful. They are honest and make every attempt to get your clothes back to you asap. Alterations can take time if there are many in front of yours, but overall all alterations have been timely and done well. read more
