I added a photo of the most recent leather repair that Romy did for me. While it might not work for everyone I LOVE LOVE LOVE how it came out. My favorite spiked soft as butter leather jacket. I accidently ripped a HUGE 3 inch, L -shaped tear. You can faintly see one of the tears Romy was still able to repair the leather and added a badas* extra lightening/ arrow design to hide the tear. The added extra character works for the crazy style of the jacket and I am able to once again wear my favorite jacket for many more years.

It was in near perfect condition when I took it and it was the first time being washed. I had it for a little over a year. I asked to see a manager when I picked it up but was told no one was there. I followed up multiple times and each time I'm told "we have not found it" initially I was told If not found in 2 weeks, they would compensate me. It has now been over 2mths and nothing. I never heard back from anyone. I could go on about the lack of customer service. Check reviews and you will see I'm not the only one. They need to do better!

I've had pants expanded, prom dresses shortened, you name it. All excellent (no show) work. The lady at the front desk is wonderful too. Very organized & always friendly. If the clothes for dry cleaning are dropped off by 9, they are ready by 4 that day. Otherwise they are ready by 3 the next day. They are reasonably priced, professional & so polite. I just assumed all places were like this. But recently heard horror stories from friends about their experiences at other places. I highly recommend this one.
