Today that I went to pick up my blazer and told them about my situation they simply said there was nothing they could do. What made it even worse was the manager's response. Instead of showing any concern or trying to help, he said: "I'm not going to do anything because next time you'll say you left $300 and expect me to pay for it." Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. After being a consistent, paying customer for years, I expected at least some level of accountability or basic customer service. I'm not someone trying to take advantage, I've supported this business regularly, and this is the first time anything like this has happened. Very disappointing.
