Today that I went to pick up my blazer and told them about my situation they simply said there was nothing they could do. What made it even worse was the manager's response. Instead of showing any concern or trying to help, he said: "I'm not going to do anything because next time you'll say you left $300 and expect me to pay for it." Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. After being a consistent, paying customer for years, I expected at least some level of accountability or basic customer service. I'm not someone trying to take advantage, I've supported this business regularly, and this is the first time anything like this has happened. Very disappointing. They clearly do not value loyal customers, and their customer service is unacceptable. The bigger washers start at $8.75 for a regular wash and go to $9.55 if you want to add an extra wash. The regular size washers are $6.75, the bigger dryers are $2.10, and the regular dryers are $1.60. You need to load up a laundry card to get the machines to work, but it's super convenient that you don't need quarters. You can pay with Apple Pay/card, EBT, or cash. Note that it's $1 for the card (I think). They also have a bill breaker. I would definitely recommend it here!
