I took my nice white comforter to this cleaners, and they totally messed it up. It looks like they washed it dried it on very high heat and balled it up and put it in a bag. It was in near perfect condition when I took it and it was the first time being washed. I had it for a little over a year. I asked to see a manager when I picked it up but was told no one was there. I also called several times and left my callback number. No one ever returned my call. The customer service is terrible. Do not use this Cleaners. Try Comet Cleaners instead. read more

Customer service needs to improve. They lost one of my clothing article twice and each time questioned me like I was wrong. The first time they tried to give me someone else's item. I told them it was not mines, but I was missing a dress. They keep asking was I sure the item was not mine, as if I don't know my own clothing. The item was not even a dress and my receipt showed I had a dress. I was told allow 2 weeks for the to "look" for my dress. I followed up multiple times and each time I'm told "we have not found it" initially I was told If not found in 2 weeks, they would compensate me. It has now been over 2mths and nothing. I never heard back from anyone. I could go on about the lack of customer service. Check reviews and you will see I'm not the only one. They need to do better! read more

Don't use this place they are really un professional the messed 2 of my dress shirt and kept going to find a solution all they kept doing so rewashing it and they tell me the manager will call you and she never did one of the shirts have burn stains from ironing and the other have a big ass yellow stain . My regular cleaners had closed down, since my barber is in the same strip center and they came recommended by a few of my friends, I tried them out. Their prices are reasonable, I got a few dress shirts and slacks cleaned and they were done correctly. You have the options of paying when you drop off or on pickup. I then had a new tuxedo shirt that i purchased for an event that I had them clean and starch but they failed to press the wing collar in place. No a huge problem but one I think should not have been over looked. In the future if I send it in, I will make sure I specify to do so. As of now I will continue to patronize them for all of my cleaning needs. read more

My favorite neighborhood cleaners. This place always gets my clothes on point and I haven't had a bad experience with them in the three years you've lived out here in Katy. What I like about this place is that they always have $.99 dry cleaning on business shirts and that's very important to me because I work a corporate gig Monday through Friday and am usually at the cleaners once a month to deposit over 40+ business shirts that I go through in a month. I don't come here on a weekly basis I usually wait till I piled up enough and make a trip. They always have a ultrafast turn around and are highly professional. There is no quality of service here. I can't even count how many times pieces have been ruined or "lost". This establishment does not care about your belongings. They are the only cleaners in the area and I believe they don't care about quality or service for that reason. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I brought in some dirty white short sleeve and long sleeve shirts and they came out great. They took great care of it, no buttons missing and no tears. Pressed and wrapped in a bag. The only problem I had is that the stains from work did not come off. Of course this has nothing to do with the employee's hard work. My job has some icky and gross chemicals/mud that stain clothes really badly. I really appreciate the service. They do not take undergarments or socks; just go to a washeteria and they usually do that plus laundry for cheaper. read more

I was a regular customer for years. I used this location weekly. I always dropped off about 15 pieces and paid upfront! Occasionally they'll get behind and I need to return but this time I came back 4x and clothes not ready and now my clothes are missing and can not be found. Young lady at the front told me I never dropped anything off and I never been there!!! I'm looking at bank statements showing I have utilized this location for years!!! Christina accused me of not paying for my dry cleaning in front of other customer. I told her, "we always pay when we drop off." She said, "I could not have my clothes until I showed receipt." I took the clothes and told her, "I'll back with it." I bought it to her and she said, " she had to keep it." I told her "sorry but it's mine proof of payment." I will never use this company again!!! I have been using this cleaners for over 8 years now. I have had minor issues, other than ruining a pair of jeans, but continued to use them. On Monday, the 15th, I dropped of clothes' and a comforter @ 7:10 AM, was told I could pick up the clothes that evening an the comforter on Wednesday, the 17th, after 5:00 PM. I arrived on the 18th, had to wait until 7:10 for someone to arrive and open the store. My comforter was not there. I was told it would be delivered that afternoon. I had to wait until 7:08 the next morning, Friday, and it still was not there. I waited an additional 12 minutes while a clerk texted some one about the comforter and I was told it would be there that afternoon. I waited until 7:15 AM today, Monday, the 21st, and no one arrived to open the store. This location does not open @ 7:00 it seems and once I can get my comforter it will be my last trip. read more

I have had the worst customer service from the manager named Franny, who is rude, interrupts, dismisses me, and talks over me. I have had to repeatedly bring back my clothes due to new stains from them, or not fixing my clothes correctly with alterations, or not taking out any stains. Also, I am missing a pair of pants they dry cleaned. No one returned my call about it, so now I am out of a pair of pants. They did not clean my comforter properly and also have torn it, so now they will not fix ot nor clean it again for no charge. I will NEVER return to this dry cleaners again! read more

I patronized this establishment once because it was close to my place of employment. I usually take my dry cleaning close to my house in Cinco Ranch. I was very disappointed in the results, to say the least. My clothes looked like they had been pressed in a large press very haphazardly. There were set-in creases in all the wrong places, causing me to have to re-iron every single piece of clothing (7 in total) before wearing, defeating the purpose of having them professionally cleaned. Terrible Service!!!! If I could I wouldn't give not one star. My first time there because it's close to my job. I dropped my son's clothes off and his white clothes were damaged. BLUE STAINS on them upon pickup. So I guess no one checked the clothes prior to sensing them to the line for pickup. They said they could fix it and upon return, the shorts still had the stain and the pants were dirty as if someone threw them on the floor and stepped on them and bagged them. Warning. Please stay away from this place. I been taking my business casual clothes for over 5 months despite all the bad reviews. At first it was ok. Then one day 3 of my shirts appeared cute close to the neck area. I talk to the owner he apologize and offered me to fix the shirts for free. I went in to get alterations done to jumpsuits I had and ended up having to go back on 3 different occasions because it wasn't done correctly. My problem was that when it was finally done correctly, I was told that I owed an additional $20 because THEY charged me the wrong price. My question to them was how are you going to charge me an additional price when I already paid for a service that you accepted. I've already written a review and somehow it's been removed. CONSUMERS BEWARE! This cleaners ruined my son's lettermen jacket, then refused to pay the 60.00 to replace the back patch. I was told it's not in their policy to correct their mistakes by the manager. The manager and staff refused to give me the owners name when I requested it. It took 2 weeks before I was given the name Mr. Lee...of course Mr. Lee is never there when I call or go by. I've reported them to the BBB. After 10 years of going to this cleaner they have lost my business. They do not care! My previous order looked like they dumped a vacuum bag over it before they put it in plastic and it all had to be done over. I have certain shirts that are very expensive and I request be Dry Cleaned and they throw them in with laundry shirts time and again. I specifically told they person sorting my laundry last time to make sure they were not laundered and of course they laundered them. They even charged me the dry the cleaning price on my ticket and offered to refund me the $.50 cent difference. When I asked if they would reimburse me the $200 the shirt cost the girl responded "I wouldn't spend...never mind I don't want to say anything more to upset you." Wow, great customer service huh. I told her to tell the owner I will not be back after 10 years of using them and she responded, "ok, sorry." Don't waste your time or money with this establishment.
