I come in today looking for my missing pieces and the clerk was extremely rude and uninterested in providing the customer service that's a part of her job description. When I spend my money supporting local businesses, I expect good service! Your prices are high, and your staff is rude! It took me requesting them to run the cameras for someone to go to the back to look for my missing clothes. Lo and behold. They found it. No apology, nothing! DO NOT COME HERE! Go somewhere you're appreciated for choosing the establishment. The worst dry cleaning experience! They're reviewed a 3.9 for many apparent reasons. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH COMET.

The Manager took special attention and even cut the delicate buttons off for safety. I was quoted a price upfront and a time to pick up. Not only was it ready, on time and priced, but the packaging was amazing with a sponge padded hanger and a protective covering over the top plus the plastic protection. This is service I had not experienced for 20 years. Other cleaners have either "lost" or "stolen" my clothes without compensation. And their customer service was non-existent. Have therefore NOT used a cleaners in years for anything that I definitely wanted returned to me. This apparently is family owned.....and the service is 100% top notch. Obviously highly recommended.
