WOW, great experience using Laundry Loop. So, this was a fabulous experience! Long story short, I got behind with the laundry and couldn't do it myself in my washer and dryer. I got the brilliant idea that there ought to be some laundry service that would pick up and deliver, and I found Laundry Loop. I actually went in to talk to the nice young lady behind the counter and she was enormously helpful, got the owner on the phone and I can say that from beginning to end the owner helped make a difficult situation so much easier! I met two of the young ladies who were working behind the counter, and both of them were really very nice. The facility itself was organized and clean, the people were really great, and I just can't say enough good things about this. I think I'll send some blankets over there as well next week because they can be a bit much to handle oneself ... My guess is that you'll have a wonderful experience as well so if you're looking for laundry that will wash and fold, an even pick up and deliver if you need that, this is your go-to place.

I had $15 cash and that wasn't enough for 1 large washer, 1 medium and 1 small washer. Plus the extra fees for the card activation. This past Saturday, I dropped off my blazer at the end of the day and accidentally left $100 in one of the pockets. Today that I went to pick up my blazer and told them about my situation they simply said there was nothing they could do. What made it even worse was the manager's response. Instead of showing any concern or trying to help, he said: "I'm not going to do anything because next time you'll say you left $300 and expect me to pay for it." Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. After being a consistent, paying customer for years, I expected at least some level of accountability or basic customer service. I'm not someone trying to take advantage, I've supported this business regularly, and this is the first time anything like this has happened. Very disappointing. They clearly do not value loyal customers, and their customer service is unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I strongly recommend others think twice before trusting them with their belongings.
