So, personally this dry cleaner i have supported for almost 5 years, understanding alteration is needed if my clothing is damaged PRIOR the service from my, or other actions. Even so, alteration is not needed but a want. The value is efficient and you're getting what you're paying for. I respect this business and they respect the customers.

I called the next one on the list, Fiesta Wash, Dry and Fold, and spoke to the owner Dale. With their service not only would it be done in 2 hours or it's free, they have pickup and delivery options as well. They can weigh the clothes right there on the spot and accept payment. It's looking like I may be coming back to Houston more often. I will definitely use this laundry service and will be recommending it to my entire team.

The place was really clean. He was actually cleaning when I was there. There is no trash on the floor anywhere all the areas that you would fold. Your clothes are clean all the pressing machine was clean. I didn't know that they had that that was cool. There was clean seating, clean vending machines and also I didn't know that you needed one of those cards to pay for that either I was trying to use my debit card. I'm like why is it not working? The staff is very nice. The area where he sits with the soap and everything behind him which I wish I knew that they had that there because I had to go into the dollar tree to get some soap, but that is very convenient. I love that there is nothing wrong with the place at all. Also paying 2.50 to use the washing machine then paying 2.50 to use the dryer is not a lot since you're literally going there to use. It is a clean place. It's convenient.

She leads to tell me that my gray wool/ cashmere sweater was damaged in the cleaning process that there were hole in it already there and invisible to the naked to eye to where you can't see it until it goes through the cleaning process and they get bigger. What in the world of excuse is that. No maam I tell her this sweater was just ordered! Very unprofessional be careful with your items definitely the worst of the worst!
