The quality here has completely fallen apart compared to how it used to be. It's obvious there's no consistency, no attention to detail, and no real care put into the work anymore. And $12 PER pair of jeans for "heavy starch"? That's outrageous. There are other cleaners nearby charging a fraction of that and actually delivering better results. The only reason I even came back was because of the drop-off bag convenience--but even that isn't worth it when the quality is this bad and the pricing is this ridiculous.
