It was my first time ever using a laundromat, and the woman working there, along with who I believe was the store manager, were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They took the time to explain how to use the machines, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was taken care of. My clothes came out clean, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff. Unfortunately, the surrounding area completely changed the experience for me. I only drove out of my way to come here because of the great reviews, but I did not feel safe at all. There was police activity in the parking lot while I was there, several homeless individuals were approaching people, and the overall environment felt very uncomfortable. As someone who wasn't familiar with the area, I was constantly looking over my shoulder and couldn't relax while waiting for my laundry. The employees deserve 5 stars because they were wonderful, but the location itself made this a 2-star experience for me. If you decide to come here, I'd recommend going during the daytime, being aware of your surroundings, and not leaving your belongings unattended.

I had actually put money on my card back in December when our washing machine broke down, and the remaining balance was still there waiting for me. The owner was there and very cordial, which made the experience even nicer. I washed three blankets (including a comforter and a king size blanket) along with three house rugs, and I spent less than $13 total. Very reasonably priced for commercial size machines. This is definitely a great place for washing those extra large items you don't want to put in your regular household washer and dryer. Highly recommend.

The place was really clean. He was actually cleaning when I was there. There is no trash on the floor anywhere all the areas that you would fold. Your clothes are clean all the pressing machine was clean. I didn't know that they had that that was cool. There was clean seating, clean vending machines and also I didn't know that you needed one of those cards to pay for that either I was trying to use my debit card. I'm like why is it not working? The staff is very nice. The area where he sits with the soap and everything behind him which I wish I knew that they had that there because I had to go into the dollar tree to get some soap, but that is very convenient. I love that there is nothing wrong with the place at all. Also paying 2.50 to use the washing machine then paying 2.50 to use the dryer is not a lot since you're literally going there to use. It is a clean place. It's convenient.
