Brought my laundry to have them wash with instructions to wash and dry only for 10 minutes the black blazers, and my black slacks, but place on a hanger to allow air dry. All other items were normal routine wash and fold. I payed $49 for 24 hours turn around. When I return the next day, I found my black blazers and black slacks (Uniforms) were missing and not with my other belonging. Then I look at the hanging one and I saw my belongings(Black Blazers and slacks hanging in a different pile with someone else name. I grab the entire pile my belongings and left. The young black guy was saying to me - Thanks for using out services and hope you will return I did not say a word to him and just left. I will not use this facility again, and will never get my business again. So if reading this message and think about using this location - do yourself a favor - DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. read more

This place is great! One of the cleanest laundromats I've been to, and it's great in size. I came by to have some clothes laundered - the attendant was ok. There's a menu up front and the prices are pretty straight forward. We were asked whether we wanted the clothes back in 24 or 48 hours, and was told a pick up time after payment. We were a bit surprised at pick-up; when the girl originally asked if we wanted them folded or hung, we said hung and got them back folded. No biggie, we'll be back! read more

This is the 3rd laundromat I have been to near my apartment and there are things I love about it, and a few nit-picky things I don't. I'll start with what I like: They have a drop off service that is convenient if you don't have time. They are a large facility so they have plenty of washers and dryers of various sizes and prices even when they are busy you can find a washer to use. They have vending machines and an eating/waiting area that has tables and chairs. They use a card that you can refill with cash or with a credit/debit card. It even has a reward system so if you use the card more than once you save money on future washes. Plus it is easier to use than carrying around a bag of quarters (and the machines don't eat your money) The machines are in good working order and look to be well maintained. At least 3 different size washers and 2 sizes of dryers. The employees are really helpful with getting you a card and answering questions plus give you a good estimate of how much your laundry will cost. They keep the place clean as well . There are folding tables by the dryers, and sinks for hand washing items. There is also a vending system for detergent, fabric softener, etc. They also have those laundry carts that help me move my clothes from the car to the washer to the dryer. The bad: If you get a card from one of these places you can't use it at another one. For example my first time going to one of these was on Sawdust Road, but the card I got there can't be used at the FM 1960 location. They always have the music on just a little too loud. Some of the food vending machines are broken. The washers don't have a pause button (just an emergency stop with a label that says no restart) so make sure everything is perfect before starting the machine. Weekends are very crowded. Go during the week if you can. Dryers are really close to the folding tables making a bit of a traffic jam if you are trying to unload/load clothes or fold. Feels like everything is in the way. Overall I like coming here to wash my clothes. read more

CLEAN!!!!! The only place I go to wash my clothes. Every time I'm there I see someone cleaning, sweeping or picking up trash. One of my favorite attendees is an older bright Red haired lady, I can't remember her name, but I call her D. She's always moving, but in between will stop to say hello, share a story, or a smile, and make the time pass a little faster. You can tell how much importance this business places on good employees, working machines and a clean atmosphere. Keep it up guys!!!! read more

This place is awesome. My washer switch broke so I had to bring my clothes here. They accepted my 50% off coupon from yelp, which was very generous. When I picked them up they were very clean and neatly folded and bagged nicely. The down side is that it is .99 cent/ lb. and I can get them washed for less near my home. We run a commercial guest ranch and they provide pickup / delivery service on our linens and towels....they are always prompt...call ahead to see if we have a pickup ... and even made a special trip (we are in a rural area)...to pick up even though I had cancelled the pickup in error. I used to live in the neighborhood right behind his laundromat I would bring 2 full trash bags full of dirty cloths in once a month and all my plastic hangers. Every time my clothes were done with in 48 hours or less all hung up on hangers socks perfectly matched an stains removed from everything. I loved this place!! Then I moved to cypress... recently my husband and I have put laundry so far on the back burner we don't even bother to remove them from the dryer... I recently started to bring my cloths back here instead of 2 full bags I now have 4 full bags... same great service as I was getting over a year ago, my husband loves getting fresh clean cloths in less then 48 hours and I'm happy I don't have to match up socks on my day off work. I want to set up their pickup and delivery service so I don't have to drive out that way. But all in all you should know this place is great. No problems EVER and it's totally worth 99 cents per pound to never have to fold hang or go crazy matching socks. read more

The business itself was great. Very clean overall, clean bathrooms, nice washers, decent pricing. However, the staff was incredibly pushy, rude, and kept rushing us. "Move your stuff. I need to mop here. Times almost up." (No excuse me,please, thank you, ma'am, etc.)Was repeated for over two hours. They started shutting the lights off on us 15 minutes BEFORE 10 pm. My husband and I, with our two young boys in-tow, were rushing in a half dark building, while they spoke ONLY in Spanish to us over the INTERCOM to hurry up. We were the only people in there at this point. A shred of common courtesy would have been nice. We managed to make it out five minutes before ten, 3 out of 4 doors were locked, and the lights were off. They refused to look at, or speak to us. Left with LOTS of clean clothes and a pissy demeanor. After reading the other reviews, the low ratings based on terrible staff were absolutely correct. Won't be coming back here. read more
