SAFE SAFE Laundromat was what I was looking for. My goal was to find a laundromat that was not gross nor surrounded by anything too scary. Daytime is when I experienced this with my children. To use this place, you will need to purchase a Laundromat card for $1.00 and deposit your desired amount into the card. This can be done with cash or credit at their machine. Meanwhile, there is also an Attendant working there to assist you. I went to dry my comforters there and it was $3.00 for 30 minutes on high. However, I suggest if you plan to dry comforter bedding, only put them individually in each dryer because it takes about 30 minutes for $3.00 and if you put 2 comforters in 1 large dryer, each will not fully be dry. Parking is plentiful. Alongside this facility, there is a Gamestop, Haircuts place for $9.99, a Dollar Tree type store, etc. read more

Wow. This place is like the laundromat if all laundromats. It's open 24-7, there's an open WiFi, seating area, iPads, TVs... And it's surrounded by some delicious looking eateries (ice cream, Mexican snack store, torta shop). They also do wash n fold. Under 15lbs is ~$18. I dropped off 6 catering linens -- which my washer can handle but the linens are difficult to dry. They offer same day pickup (if time permits) at no additional charge. read more

This place was pretty packed on a Monday night but I still managed to get in and out in under one hour. Wifi is fast and reliable, the attendants were really kind and assisted me in getting my laundry car. Will definitely come back. Although it's not in the best area I felt safe. I drive all the way from montrose to do laundry here. This place is always clean and the staff are always nice and helpful. The machines are always clean inside and out and are well taken care of. I've never had issues with any of the machines not working and my things not being washed. They do have you use a reloadable card which can be reloaded by cash/debit card. read more

I'm always quick to pick laundry when dividing up chores ever since I discovered this place. It's my secret. Great clean place! Affordable, many laundry size options. I feel safer here too. Doing laundry here seems to pass by quicker than when I'm at other places. Lots of entertainment too for kids! TV, vending machine, iPad of games, and a mini library apparently but I haven't seem to find it yet. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They give out your cars if you leave them unattended for 15-20 mins. I had my hamper inside of it and they still gave it out. When I asked why, a lady named Monica, who wasn't even on uniform meaning she wasn't on the clock, said it was policy when I asked to point it out she couldn't because it only applied to washers/dryers, NOT CARTS! She kept arguing with me after she couldn't prove herself right. I've been coming here for 3+ years, but they have lost a customer due to their employees' attitude. read more

My large Queen comforter needed a wash, so I picked this place based on the reviews. There was a very nice lady running/cleaning the place who walked me through everything from getting a free laundry card, putting money on it, to the wash and dry cycles. The place was impeccably clean and they provided rolling baskets and adequate space to fold. This nice lady was constantly cleaning and prepping the machines. I have been to at least 15 different laundromats and I mean it when I say, Huebsch is a different breed. They charge based on what kind of wash you choose and have four different sizes of washers you can choose from. I washed two FULL large baskets in their second largest washer for less than $6. Their dryers are ONE DRY GUARANTEED. I have never had to re-dry my loads. They don't have a normal monetary system, you load money onto a card (DEBIT CARD FRIENDLY) and pay that way. The card also accumulates points and when you reach 500 points, they GIVE you $5 credit. They have TVs, iPads with games for the kids, clean bathrooms, decent seating setup and decently priced vending machines. But as if they couldn't get any better, they are environmentally aware and I admire that. Your load price varies on temperature of your water and if you want an extra wash or rinse. Besides all of those awesome perks, they're open 24/7 and there is always an attendant to assist if need be. I can't say enough positive things about Huebsch but I'll conclude with saying that if you are in the area and go anywhere else, come here. read more

Recently found this laundromat close to me and decided to try it. I was really lost when I went in because the machines do not take quarters they take a card. It's a card you purchase for a dollar and you can reload with cash or debit/credit. It's much more convenient than carrying coins. I did notice it's a little pricier than other laundromats but I don't mind it because it's so close to me and I don't struggle to find a working washing machine like at other places. read more

On Monday March 29 I washed and dried 3 blankets I recently purchased at the location on Oak Street in Atlanta. After using the dryer I noticed black stuff all over all 3 blankets. I made the person that was working the shift award of my issue he took my name and number and said the manager will call me when she come in the next day. The next day once I realized it was getting too late in the day and I still haven't received a call from her I decided to call her. She told me she hadn't called me because she was waiting on an email from corporate or whomever to see what she needed to do but they haven't responded yet. It's March 31st I went back up to the location the manager wasn't there and still has yet to call me. I need for someone to call or email me or reach out to me with an answer on how this issue is going to be resolved. I just purchased these blankets this year and as of now me and my kids don't have a blanket to keep us warm. This was 2 weeks ago. April 9th and I still haven't heard from nobody. The last time I spoke with the manager she told me someone told her to offer me $50 and a $25 wash credit and that she was about to wash it with something to see if it come out. I have a washer and dryer at home. Giving the fact that my blanket is a Cal. King it don't fit in my washer so $50 and $25 wash credit isn't going to work for me. Since then I haven't heard from no one. I've been out of town on vacation for the pass week and a half. While on vacation I called and spoke with a regular employee who told me that the manager wasn't there and there wasn't anything she could do for me. However, that's cool but they way she said it was very rude and when I stated she was rude her responds was that I was rude and she hung up in my face (which I may have been because at this point I'm very frustrated). This place is super quick super easy gets all the stains out of my clothes I love it. They are super cautious now since the whole COVID. They have rules for social distancing they deep clean everything anybody touches. The staff works very hard. Especially daphney, she is the hardest working woman I've ever met.
