Unfortunately, my experience with management/owner after an incident changed my impression. While drying a large white duvet comforter, I added 10 minutes to Dryer #23 and sat nearby (but out of sight of the dryer). Within that short time, the comforter was removed and never recovered. My dryer balls were left behind. I immediately reported it to staff and provided a very specific timeframe so camera footage could be reviewed. (The laundromat has an abundance of cameras btw.) I fully understand and acknowledge the posted signage stating the business is not responsible for missing items, and I'm not disputing that. What matters is how situations are handled when a customer reports something taken within a narrow window and asks for help determining what happened. Over the course of nearly two weeks, I followed up multiple times. I was told footage was reviewed, but I was given no clear answer, no meaningful details, and no real follow up. The responses felt dismissive rather than professional or solution focused. This review isn't about the loss of the item. It's about how the situation was handled. Customer service and professionalism matter, especially when a customer raises a legitimate concern. For context, I spent over $60 that day using their machines, and I've also experienced washers there needing re-runs in prior visits. Because of this experience, I won't be returning. Mary is amazing! We had been on a long trip through many countries. We ended our trip with 3 days in the Greater Houston area. We had a bunch of dirty clothes from the trip. She took them in & explained the laundry service to me if I wanted to drop them off. They offer 2 hour, 24 hour, and 48 hour service. I opted for the 24 hour service. She helped me take the clothes out of my large suitcase, weigh them, and then quoted me a very reasonable price. Mary took the clothes order for the laundry service at 4:28 pm, so I expected to come back the next day at around the same time. Guess what? I haven't used a laundromat in 30 years, but out of town on business I need a small suitcase of laundry to extend my trip. The place is spacious and clean. I figured I didn't want to wait 2 hours for laundry so I went to the drop off counter and come back tomorrow. The attendant told me that with such a small load it wouldn't take long. He put the perfect amount of money from my credit card on the in-house card and set me up with a washer and detergent. Twenty minutes to wash and 15 minutes to dry and I was done. Customer service is awful. I've washed here 3 times now and have never had an issue. Today one of the employees was so rude for no reason. I put one item to dry by itself because it was delicate. I was packing up my other items and she opens my dyer to put items in it and noticed my one item in the dryer. She turns and says "can you get this out of here" there was literally 4 other dryers that were empty she could have used. I said sure and grabbed it and packed it up. I went to my car and put away what was ready. I went to get my other items out of the washer and walked over to the dryers. She literally stops and says "uh ma'am that's my table don't use my table" so I turned and said I'm not using the table I'm walking around to the dryers she says "well I'm just letting you know that's my side of the table". Beware, there are thieves working there. Two of my favorite gym pants disappeared. Also, they use cheap powdered wash soap and will add an awful 'scent ' unless you ask them not to. They streaked two sets of nice bed linen. I think maybe bleach or another chemical was leftover from​​ someone else's wash. They don't use enough water to really do a good wash and rinse, but they charge you plenty. I'm disappointed about the missing gym pants because I've used this service for awhile and this never happened before. read more

I drive about 25 minutes to go to this washateria because it's usually not that packed and I like the atmosphere here. It's not run down, however it can use a little better cleaning. They got super big washers for 9 dollars... overall, I think it's the best washateria in the woodlands/spring area. read more

Staff is nice and helpful, I had no idea what I was doing but Patrick quickly showed me how to get a laundry card and start the machines! Also large dryer dried clothes completely in just 30 min, washer takes 25, in total you're looking at about an hour- an hour and a half to do laundry which is definitely not bad! This laundry claims to offer drop off but because we tried to bring several weeks worth in when our dryer broke they wouldn't even weigh it. It was obvious they weren't interested in doing 'extra' work. They said they'd need at least a week! They're sign claimed 48 hrs but I'd accepted 72 (3 days) if offered. They likely cost themselves about $150 in work plus ALL my future business even though this is where I've gone for laundry needs for over 5 yrs. read more

Easy, clean, and convenient! This is the nicest laundry mat I've ever been to. They have Xfinity wifi while you wait. Washers run $0.99 on Tues-Thurs before 3pm, but only 2 rows! The usual is $3.39 to $8 for wash, and $0.49 per 10 min to dry. The washers take dry or liquid detergent and didn't leave my clothes smelling funky. Win!! I combined my towels and sheets with my normal clothes in a regular size dryer and they dried within 30 min. Express also does wash and fold same day laundry services. They use a laundry card system, which is free to get a card. Then you can use cash or credit card to load your laundry card. Simple and easy! read more

I'm having a bad week. To top it all off, my fricken washer broke. I have to wait till Tuesday to get it fixed :( Well, I do about two loads of laundry a day, because apparently I gave birth to the cleanest, neatest most adorable three kids in the world. lmao X-D Low and behold, after two full days without a washer, I somehow ended up with 6 loads of laundry. =@ So here I am, sitting at the laundromat, waiting for my clean clothes. On the upside, I found out that they have a laundering service. They wash your clothes for you by the weight, $.99 per lb., Good to know! Another upside is that they have a humongous washer that could probably fit 6 regular loads or more. On the downside, it's not the best kept place. I made the mistake of walking into the bathroom to wash my hands, ohhhh the stench! If there is one thing I hate it's nasty, smelly bathrooms. There is such a thing as airfreshners laundromat people! So here's to never having to use one of these places again! But if I do, then I'm glad I'm in the know! P.S. Stopped in to wash laundry between events on this side of town. The place is very clean, they have a few people on staff which is rare and nice. There are about 6 rows of washers with machines at end of each, all different load capacity. There are also plenty of dryers and folding tables available. No quarters here! They have a loadable card system for both washers and dryers. A great thing if this is your norm. However, it makes it a little more inconvenient for one time users. I had to figure out what I would spend before loadin my card. I would like to see more of these type machines and payment systems in downtown/Midtown Houston. read more

This is a really nice laundromat. First laundromat I've been to that uses digital cards and gives you rewards periodically and whenever you spend. When you load $20 they give you a bonus dollar. If you are patient you can go during the times when they have $1 washes, but it does require a lot of patience because it is busy then. I usually just go on Sunday evening. They are open until 10 (last load at 9) so that works well with my schedule. If you forget your detergent or dryer sheets or something, they have a machine you can use with your laundry card. The prices are a bit steep, a dollar for one load, so try to remember your stuff. I only have a few complaints. One of them they can't really do much about... All the seats have the sun directly on them so you will get really hot. The second one is that the vending machines don't take credit cards. I would have bought items several times, but I am totally cashless. Other than that, I love this place. :) read more
