Waiting to get my washer and dryer shipped to me so I had to find a laundromat to wash my stuff at in the meantime. There is a reason this laundromat is rated so highly. Despite only having one person working the entire facility at the time, I was given very helpful advice and assistance from the employee (I think her name is Ciara) who spent the rest of her time cleaning the rest of the machines and facility. Very professional and friendly. Cost $3.39 for a decent load in the washer, and $1.50 for 30 min. in the dryer. They also have various sizes for each machine if you have smaller/larger loads. They ALSO let you drop off and pick up your items for pretty cheap if you're too busy/don't want to do it yourself. Clean, professional, friendly, quick, and cheap. I've been here a few times and always use the drop off service to have my comforters washed and the first time I was pleased with it, which is why I went back. the last few times I went back I got my comforter back and there were still spots and marks on it. it just seemed like they steamed it and folded it in a bag. I think recently they became under staffed as well because it took 3 days for me to get my blankets back. maybe I will give them a try again, but the last few times didn't win me over. if you are just needing a place to wash your clothes, this is probably best for you. the machines seem newer and it is never too packed read more

My family just moved to The Woodlands & have to wait a week before our new washer & dryer can be delivered, but after being on the road for almost three weeks, we needed to get a couple loads of laundry done in the mean time. I believe the employee who helped me said his name is PJ. He was great explaining how the card system worked & helping me find the right size washer & dryers to use. I was skeptical about how quickly they would be done, and was amazed when it really did take less than an hour to both wash & dry my things. If I need a laundromat again, I would definitely go back. While they do have detergent, etc. there, I brought my own Tide pods & they were fine with that. The facility was clean & business was steady, but not too busy on a week day afternoon. This location is awesome! I've been at laundries centers before and nothing like this one! They provide every single facilities, they even have a laundry products dispenser! The attendant was very courteous, kind and respectful. Very polite to answer my questions! All the machines are in great conditions and the place is super clean, I only wish it was closer to my place, I would love to go every week! read more

This place is pretty legit. I came in today to wash my comforter and 4 pillows. I had no clue as to what I was doing, what with everything digitized and credit card only, but all of the attendants were very helpful and walked me through it. I had to use the industrial size washers. It's clean and all the machines work. I will be returning! read more

Very impressed! I am a washateria novice, having only used one other before (it being abysmal), and coming here was a very pleasant experience - even doing laundry! I wish I knew the attendant's name, because she went above-and-beyond with her customer service to help the clueless me with a gentle manner and a smile. She helped me to navigate the entire process and even checked on me once or twice. The washateria itself was absolutely spotless! There were plenty of machines to use and they smelled very clean. The folding tables were pristine. Plenty of well-stocked vending machines and even a seated table where one could work while waiting. I had to visit Express Laundry Center to wash a comforter and seeing that I have zero idea on how to use a laundromat, I had to ask the employee for assistance. He was so kind and patient - I felt like a complete fool and he walked me through the process and was so helpful and warm. I will definitely be coming back here to wash my comforter - the facilities were clean, air conditioned, offers free wi-fi and the entire process took about an hour. All in all a pretty clean place to wash your clothes. There are very busy times though when you have to wait for a washer. My main complaints are: some machines don't work which makes it a pain in the butt to switch machines once yours is fully loaded and ready to go. Also, twice now my washer door got stuck closed. It means finding someone who works there, having them find the breaker for the machine, turning it off for 10 minutes , switching it back on, waiting another 5 minutes for it to reset. It's just a hassle, I already feel I spend too much time at the laundromat, I don't need the extra problems. read more

Funky smell in Washateria. Smelt like wet dog. Listened to the blonde hair attendant yelling and crying on the phone. Numerous times customers approached the counter, however, she was confronting her boyfriend over the phone about leaving her so she wasn't available. This place initially was great. But when you mix odor with dirty floors, makes you feel plain bad you can't afford a washer or drier. read more

I just moved to town, and we have been staying in a hotel while waiting for our house. One night, after I had already washed a bunch of laundry, the hotel dryer broke. It was like 8:30pm already and most of the places near us were closed. I happened to run across this place and I was so happy I did! Laundry mats are normally dirty, cramped, and have too many loitering people. Express laundry is the opposite of that. It is very clean, well-lit, spacious, great hours, and decent prices. Another perk is they have all different washer sizes. So far throughout the times here none of the machines have ruined my clothing or have I had any articles of clothing stolen. I visited this location while accompanying my husband on a business trip. I choose this location based on the previous reviews and the proximity to my hotel. The facility is very clean. There is an employee working here full time. I love how the facility is 100% automated. You put money on a laundry card and that allows you to pay for detergent and your machines. read more

I paid 35.00 to have my comforter washed at the dry cleaners. I just washed 5 in the giant washer for 9.00. Can't beat that!! I loved this place. Just moved into the area. When I walked in I wasn't sure what washers could handle my load. A worker there greeted me and asked if I needed help. She looked at my load size and recommended the correct washing machine. After that she helped me load my wash card and explained how it worked. Very helpful and highly recommend. read more

Over all I have to say that it's definitely the place where you want to get your clothes washed... It's clean, there's plenty of machines, and the fact that you don't have to have all these quarters in your pocket every time you go to get your clothes washed. The only thing I didn't like about this place is that the dryers don't dry your clothes properly. I used a dryer 7 times $2.52 cents just on one load in order to get the clothes dry. I didn't over load the dryer knowing that I had 2 towels in the dryer. I might give them another chance. read more
