This is such a convenient, 24/7 dry cleaning place. I love that I can show up at any time. I received a text the next day when they were ready, and was easily able to pick up the clothes. The entire thing is automated as you can see from the photos, really impressive! I will definitely return. read more

I took several pieces here to be cleaned and pressed and I must say that I was impressed with the service, price and convenience of my experience. I drove up and was greeted immediately and the process was thoroughly explained. I was quoted that my items would be done by 3pm the next day. This was impressive considering that I dropped them off at 1pm. I was pleasantly surprise to receive a message that my items were done by 1pm the following day. A 24 hour turn around is very convenient and speaks to the efficiency of their operations. I've found my new go to for dry cleaning in Spring! read more

Andy's Dry Cleaners & Alterations - Business sign - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Conroe, Texas

I brought a handful of pants that needed to be tailored and they were able to do them so quick and fast that it didn't even seem like I dropped them off. The tailoring was perfect and not to mention. They have a ATM pick up system for off hours so you just enter your name and the little conveyor belt pulls out your order and open the little door and you're good to go. I feel like they are reasonably priced compared to other tailors that I've been to. read more

Great dry cleaning experience when traveling for a wedding. Drop off for item to be cleaned had great customer service, and they have a 24/7 pickup that is fully automated! Item was ready a couple hours early, text communication was accurate and smooth pickup at a time that worked for me! Reasonable cost, decent value, convenient for The Woodlands, recommended. read more

We started using Andy's for alteration. We now use them for all of our cleaning also. They are heads and shoulders above any dry cleaners in our area. read more

I've never left a review for a business before. I have never received service worth leaving one before. This place is legit. Quick turnaround time, strong attention to detail, attentiveness to the customer, and high quality work for a fair price. I'm being so serious when I say this place will make you excited to go to the dry cleaners. I know what I like and am quite particular on clothes. Every time I have gotten tailoring or dry cleaning over the last ~8 months coming here, it's always been top notch. Liz, Shi, and Michelle will make sure you're taken care of. read more

It's a little frustrating when it costs $25 to get a pair of pant altered (pockets on the side are flapped outwards) and can't even dry clean it. Won't be coming back. read more

Very nice people! Very simple process to get my pants hemmed. No complaints whatsoever!

Absolutely love their customer service and their work. Facility is clean. They offer alterations. They also offer convenience of drive thru and 24/7 kiosk for pickup after hours. Highly recommend. read more

I came here to get a bridesmaid dress altered and the staff (sewing staff) did an amazing job. My dress felt comfortable to wear in my sister's wedding day. Fairly reasonable prices. impeccable service! And such honest people. Recently, my husband left a large amount of cash in his pocket and unknowingly dropped his pants off there. Within minutes, they had called us to tell us they had the cash at the front for us to pick up. read more

We go here all the time for dry cleaning and the service is great! My husband has gone here for a few jackets he needed slightly altered after loosing weight, and it was great. But the best thing is when I recently went here for alterations. They altered my wedding dress, and did an amazing job! It was a multiple layered dress that needed to be shortened a bit (all layers) and a bustle added as well as tightening the whole dress and adjusting the inner corset bust area to better fit me. They were awesome. Michelle reviewed it with me, had a few fittings, and were able to get everything done in my short time frame as well! I will definitely be going back to them again for any other alterations! I already took my dress in to be cleaned by then and promised them I'd show them pictures of the day since they did such a great job and are so personable!! read more

Ms. Michelle is the BEST when it comes to alterations ! My fiancé uses this place for alterations and dry cleaning , so I thought I would use them too! I started with a jumpsuit for my bridal shower and was so impressed I came back with my wedding dress to redo the bustle. Michelle and her team are fabulous and so sweet! Their turn around time is quick, but the quality of their work is not compromised. If I feel confident enough to bring them my wedding dress, this should tell you how much I trust them and how satisfied I am with their work. You won't be sorry! read more

I use the Andy's Cleaners located at 2111 Rayford Rd. The 24hr drop off/pick up kiosks is a game changer with my busy work schedule. I used to have to fight traffic or miss out on other errands in order to get my clothes during the hours of operation at other facilities. Now I am able to get more done by dropping off at 6am and picking up at 8pm! Thank you!! read more

I commute from Dallas most weeks and I literally save all of my dry cleaning for Andy's. My casual business attire is Tommy Bahama (Silk and Linen) and I have never had my delicates (Weird for me to say) cleaned and pressed to the level and expertise that Andy's provides. For example; most cleaners (99.9%) will shrink linens and/or silks made by Tommy Bahama and it is infuriating because my "casual" shirts and pants" cost hundreds of dollars a piece. Andy's gets it right, every time! As my kids say, "Andy's should have a website: DaBomb.com!" Go Team Andy's! read more

Best dry cleaner in Houston. They are very professional and I know whatever I drop off will be returned to me in perfect condition. The facilities are top notch and I love the drive thru service! read more

I found Andy's Dry Cleaners & Alterations when I'd just moved to the greater Houston area and was house hunting. I selected this cleaners primarily due to its proximity to our Chateau Woods Air BnB at the time, and its reputation on Yelp, of course :) I'm glad I did. I became an avid fan, and I've never been a fan before of a dry cleaner and alterations spot. I kept raving about the place to my wife, and once she used their services for both dry cleaning and alterations, she came to love the place as much as me. Not only is their turnaround so very fast, the employees have fixed some of my shirts on the spot where cat claws have pulled out threads. Not the tailor or head of alterations, but the employees working the register have fixed this for me. They've also walked my garments out to our vehicle. Andy is a class act and as professional and attentive as can be, as are the rest of the staff, but the alterations and advice his great mom has given to my wife has made her so happy. Besides this and the reasonable prices, it's the little things. The hangers and zip-up bags on those hangers are both very high quality. We prefer to get service by walking into this attractive limestone building, but the drive-through service is excellent, and the automated kiosk accepting and distributing your clothing reminds me of something I saw in Singapore. I couldn't ask for more in a dry cleaners, nor in an alterations place! read more

Took my bridesmaid dress to get altered, great service! It was fast, service was great, and they did a good job. Price was excellent too.

This is the worst cleaners I have ever been to they ruined a $2,500.00 sweater and a $560.00 shirt then tried to say that it was probably like that they burned the Gucci logo to a crisp and my Louis Vuitton sweater came back 2 different colors if you have anything expensive do not take it to this place I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Then on top of it all they tried to give me credit in Compensation for ruining my stuff I will be taking them to small claims court because this is ridiculous. read more

This place is AWESOME! I came in they set me up and you can pick up your dry cleaning whenever you want once it's ready! Dropped them off the day Friday and they were ready the next day. First time but sure is not the last! Based on the reviews, I took my daughter's wool coat and my sherpa coat for cleaning. Absolutely amazing job! The coats look brand new! I love the personalized laundry bag to place your clothes in for next time. (Nice touch!) Andy sets the standard for dry cleaning services. They offer professional tailoring also and have a dressing room to use. Even if you have to go out of your way to come here, like I do, it's worth it! read more

Super service super quality super clean and super fast. Thumbs up all the way around! Done in less than 1 hour. Highly recommend!

Be careful with your delicate items to be dry cleaned!!!! They ruined 5 expensive silk shirts at one time. When I brought the issue to their attention, they threw all kinds of different scenarios at me of how damages were done on my end. Anywhere from wearing shirts outside (nope, these are office work shirts) to I had brought them in like that (nope, why would I spend good money to dry clean useless shirts). Thought that since I have been a loyal customer since they opened, that they would look into the matter...in hopes that they could research and evaluate where the issue was coming from so as not to have same problem with other customers. So, I gave them the benefit of doubt, but also to prove my point that the problem was on their end. I took pictures of another silk shirt, sent it in to be dry cleaned, and it also came back damaged. Brought the issue back to owner and I was told that I always had a problem. Be forewarned! read more

I've never reviewed a business twice. that being said, I would give them a million 5 star reviews if I could. I have been using this company since they opened and they continued their World Class customer Service. Paul has always been warm and welcoming like a friend you've known your whole life and Andy always greets with a smile and is extremely accommodating. If they ever move, I may have to sell my house and follow them. If you want quality work from even more quality people, I highly recommend Andy's! read more
