My mother in law dropped off 2 brand new pair of pants 2 months ago to get altered and when she went to pick them up, they had been given to a male customer that was offshore working. They refused to refund her the cost of the pants ($120) and said they would contact the customer to return them. It's been almost 3 months, the manager Han now dodges her calls and refuses to refund her money, won't give her the owners information BUT GAVE HER THE CUSTOMERS NAME AND PHONE NUMBER so she could contact him herself. This is the only dry cleaning place I will use and have for 10 + years! They all know me by my first and last name. I've used other places and purposely put money in pant pockets and never would seee that money again. Here the owner found $100 in my husbands pants and personally handed it to me. We have had a very poor experience with this establishment and the owner. 12 items of clothing were damaged and the owner refused to compensate for the value of the clothing, not even half. Needless to say, we will be taking our business elsewhere. I hope no one else has to deal with what we dealt with. read more

Have used them for more than 10 years. They have always been very nice, never ruined clothes, and always have everything ready. They have even helped us returning clothes early for an out of town trip. When we drive up they see us and pull our account up as we walk in the door! Very disappointed in Tomball Cleaners in the last couple of months. 1) About 2 months ago they ruined a brand new ladies shirt, that I hadn't even worn yet, that was a chambray blue with beautiful white lace detail on the bodice and sleeves. When I picked the shirt up the white lace was dingy gray. It was obvious they laundered it with dark colors. They tried to fix it but to no avail. They paid $75 so I could replace the shirt but it was no longer available to purchase. 2) About 2 weeks again they ruined a man's red Cinch shirt. Something black was all over the shirt when we picked it up and they weren't able to fix it. They paid $50 to replace the shirt. 3) STRIKE THREE!! They lost a man's shirt that was a gift and a favorite shirt. We've used this dry cleaners for quite some time and never had a problem. But this was the last straw. When we asked the owner about the lost shirt all he would say was "everything has been picked up", kind of took an attitude. Even though they monetarily made it right on the damaged items we have decided to not do business with this cleaners again. read more

The challenge this week was white linen dress slacks that had met with an unfortunate accident with a cup of coffee. Unable to machine wash I took them to Han and his crew. They came out spotless! I have been to these guys a few times and I know others that have same issue with them. They consistently over charge by identify the article as something else in their system. The counter people act rushed and annoyed with any questions. I have been ripped off 4 of the 6 times I have left to be cleaned. I will never go there again, they over charge and don't care!! read more

The owner is very rude and unhelpful. Acts like his mistakes are your fault. Check my clothes before I left and told them that the clothes were not mine. He said he'll call the customer and get my pants. Never called me back. Went to address the issue in personal and I got the response "I've been busy and not sure when the person will bring back your clothes.....my bad." No offer of next service free, apology or refund for the service that was prepaid. USE AT OWN RISK; MY ADVICE FIND A RESPONSIBLE CLEANER THAT ACTUALLY OWN UP TO THEIR MISTAKE. read more

This use to be Canyon Cleaners and they relocated here under a new name. As Canyon Cleaners, they lost something in their rebranding as T&R Dry Cleaners... Evidently a family member took over the business and had to rename it in the process. What did they (you) lose? Customer Service by far is gone because the employees now want to sit on their (I will be nice here) phones and play. The employees went so far as to give us the ticket for us to complete rather than them doing it. Hello, we are Paying you to provide a service not just clean the clothes. Be careful what you take in because they lost Organization! Clothes are everywhere, no rhyme or reason as to what is what and who owns the garments. After 10 years we are changing Cleaners. Poor customer service, ruined my husband's expensive work slacks and poor "fixed" them, and items were wrinkly and dirty after being supposedly dry cleaned. I'd rather over pay at Tide Dry Cleaners then under pay at this hole in the wall crappy cleaners. Don't bring nice clothes here. read more
