So oh-boy-do-I-have-a-heaping-problem that I *really* can't just put off for later. My schedule is already pretty set, and the last thing I'm desiring is a day trip to the laundromat on my day off(??!?). Perhaps this is ridiculous, but I'm really pleased with the service. When I showed up this morning at 7ish for my pickup of wash,dry and folded clothes order, it reminded me of being a child again. Do you remember just HAVING clean clothes as a kid, but dealing with NONE of how they got clean and folded? As I left the shop with my bag of neatly folded and organized packaged clothes... I tell ya... I felt like royalty. Maybe this isn't your need right NOW, but suppose you had some extra money (like $60) soon and wanted your clothes to live elsewhere than the laundry basket In a wrinkled mess. It's an option. A really...super... luxurious...feeling option. Honestly I expected it to cost more probably because of how taxing I personally find laundry to be. But these awesome workers at tide... it's like laundry is their job or something-- they're so nice and happy and helpful. I've never enjoyed doing my laundry before this... ;) thanks tide.

Don't go then it's not worth paying to have your expensive clothes ruined!!! Terrible- Nightmare!!!

I had to be literally sewn into the dress moments before the wedding--a nightmare scenario for any special occasion. When I brought the issue to their attention, they agreed to replace the zipper. I explained that the original zipper was small and discreet, and it needed to match. The woman working there dismissed my concern, telling me, "I know, shes a professional." When I picked it up again, the new zipper was huge, completely wrong for the dress, and looked ridiculous. They again promised to fix it. Two more weeks go by, and when I returned to finally pick it up, it still wasn't fixed. This has been a frustrating, time-consuming, and incredibly disappointing experience. So I'll say I was surprised when I went to Sapphire Cleaners and received a $16.50 bill. Was told that two shirts HAD to be dry cleaned and the other three washed and pressed. But also there was an up charge because my shirts were size 3XL. I could have had my clothes cleaned three time at Texan Cleaners for what I paid at this place. Sorry to say I will NEVER use this company again.
