When I returned, 2 weeks later, I grabbed the suitcase from him and went directly to Lynda to get it cleaned before our U.S. reception. When we opened the case, the smell of mold came wafting out. The dress was actually still wet after two weeks. I asked her to just do whatever she could do and was preparing myself for my dress never being the same.
