1. Service - staff here is nice and friendly. They also do alterations besides dry cleaning. I've had a few pants tailored here. Pretty good work! 2. Price - Pretty reasonably. I believe it's $1.25 to $2.00 per items. Could be a little more if you bring a suit. 3. Timing - fast turn around. They provide same day service, but I usually come back in a week's time. This place seems to receives quite a bit of clothes. 4. Cleanliness - I'm not rating them on their place, but the cleanliness of my clothes. And everything is always returned pressed and fresh. 5. Mishaps - sure there has been instances where they have missed a stain or a button came off. I would bring it back and they always fix it at no cost. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Ruined my clothes and still made me pay for it. Told me I was shoplifting if I didn't pay for the $1000 Escada silk top they laundered instead of dry cleaned. Silk is crunchy and all the colors are faded. The manager was horrible and cussing at me. Laughing and mocking. This is also the quality of the way they steam shirts. they do t get out stains either. My husband and family have been coming in for years with no problems. I have since started dropping off our clothes there as well and have not had any issues. They do a great job and it is even drive thru. How convenient is that! Just make sure you keep your dry cleaner stub receipts so it's easier for them to locate your things later. read more

Wow! I cannot believe I finally found a cleaners with this level of service and quality. The employees are always so personable and professional with the way he handles the transactions. But most of all, the QUALITY IS AMAZING. My parents have been going here for decades. I personally had long given up on finding a cleaners that could get out stains on my cherished and expensive. My parents recommended this place and now I save all my clothes and bring it here. Took my dress to this dry cleaners only for them to mess up in inner zipper on the dress. Only wore the dress once for a set of graduation pictures. When I took it in and showed them what they did they blamed it on me and said "well you gain weight" so that's why the dress is rubbing against your skin making it uncomfortable when it had never done so the one time I wore it before. Unprofessional!Especially the fact they blamed it on the customer and have the decency to say I gained weight. I hope they continue to lose customers for being a terrible business! read more

Worst dry cleaners ever! Please be warned, they will mess up your clothes and then pin it on you. We got a call from the owner, she accused us of washing our clothes at the laundry mat first then bringing it to them to wash thats why our clothes got messed up. Who would waste their time washing their clothes, then going to get it dry cleaned? Obsured, worse part she was accusing us and yelled at us for no reason and would not allow us to speak. DO NOT USE!! We have been taking out military uniforms there for over 2 years each week we drop off 4-5sets. No problems usually - however this week we dropped them off - got them back and a pair of pants , & 2 shirts have grease on them - took them back for them to fix the problem which they could not get it out and they blamed us. However they still had tags from the cleaners along with plastic wrap and they were pressed with starch, if they were worn you would have been able to tell. They would not fix the problem for free but wanted to charge us again and said it was us that put the grease on the items. Are you serious ?? Will never take anything to them again nor will I recommend them, except to recommend to stay away from there. The only reason why they have one star is because you have to. Had a terrible experience at this business that I'd been patronizing for quite some time. I left two fairly expensive dress shirts to be dry cleaned. When I arrived to pick up my shirts, both had brown spots which looked like rust stains on them. I alerted the counter person and she marked the shirts and promised to re-do them. The next day when I came to claim my garments, the stains were still there. The cleaners re-cleaned my shirts several times and the stains never came out. It took me more than two weeks to make contact with owner/operator Tim Duong (832-761-5536). Mr. Duong advised me that there was nothing that he could do about the issue, told me to do whatever I wanted and advised me that he would not replace my clothing. This business has lost a regular customer and I would suggest that anyone who doesn't want some of the same terrible service to go elsewhere. read more

No stars actually!!! I have used this cleaners for several years... I would rate them a 2 or a 3 - broke buttons - never fixed them until it was pointed out .... I brought in a Lavender button down Polo with no stains - picked it with stains all over it - they kept the shirt - kept saying they would call to pick up but never did - I checked in once a week for 3 weeks and they were still working on it - they ordered a special cleaner for it, etc. I came in yesterday to pick it up and it was ready. Ummmm, no. It was still stained as it was when I dropped it off for the redo. After much discussion with the manager - it was clear that you leave your clothes at your own risk. He called me a liar when I said that there were no stains prior to me dropping it off for the redo. At that point I took my shirt because he was not going to do the right thing. My partner and I have been coming to this place for almost 10 years. I'll agree that they have not always been friendly or welcoming, but we never had any major issues. Recently, however, they accidentally gave a pair of my slacks to another customer. Although I was not too worried about the situation, I was completely appalled by the customer service when the issue was identified. Jessica, the lady with the curly hair who doesn't seem capable of smiling, is by far the worst customer service representative I have ever encountered. When I asked if she could call the customer and alert him/her to the situation, she huffed and puffed as if I had asked her to go pick them up herself. She repeatedly said it was not her fault and there was nothing she could do. In not so many words, I told her that as a representative of the company, she could provide better customer service by offering to contact the other customer instead of treating me as if I was at fault and a mere inconvenience. Finally, after dropping in for 3 days straight, the other customer finally brought my pants back. I was assisted by Stephanie, who was much more civilized than Jessica. Much to their dismay and no thanks to Jessica's behavior, they just lost 2 very loyal customers. read more

I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt despite the ugly exterior look of the building. However just like many of the reviews here I received a terrible experience whenever I brought a brand new pair of pants still had the tags on to them to be cleaned and pressed. When I received the pants back not only did they have incorrect creases, but they also damaged the pants by burning them. They claim to not be able to burn clothes but plain as day you can see where the pants were pressed and burned. I asked her to speak to the manager and the lady gave me attitude and told me that the manager wouldn't be there anytime soon and that pants are supposed to come out that way. Very disappointed because these are the pants I am using for graduation from the fire department and now I have damaged clothing to wear for my ceremony. I wouldn't recommend using this place if you care about your clothing and are concerned that you won't be able to replace them easily. read more

I have been coming here for 6 years and was mostly satisfied. You get what you pay for. Lesson learned. The last few times I have come here the clothes have come back broken buttons-pressed creases going down the back of shirts so we had to repress-grease marks from the machines and wrinkled from being hung wrong in the store. Well today I went to pick up items after warning any more issues and I won't return. I was checking my items and noted they had burned 3 pairs of pants. The girl who was helping me went and got the owner who came out and looked at the items. He said they only use steam and not irons so the pants weren't burned and I retorted with the fact that steam still burns fabric. I pointed out the spots I was speaking of and showed him that they in fact had burnt the pants since there was fabric missing and you could see the burn marks right where they pressed the pants. He offered to clean them again but was still going to charge me full price, even tho he has a sign stating payment for damaged goods. Then after I told him what his policy was he refused to pay for the damage and then proceeded to tell me that my husband sat down on concrete and ruined the pants!!! Not sure how many men roll around on concrete in their business suits so I pointed the burns out again and said you can clearly see it was from pressing. I asked if I had cleaned his clothes and damaged them would he not want his money back. He was very rude and unapologetic and refused my refund, NOT the way a return customer should be treated. We have been coming here for over 3 years and have had no major issues. I always count my pieces before dropping them off, confirm the count there once they check in the items, and then count again when I pick up. I usually only drop off once a month, so my orders are very large. Recently, we discovered that we had received 2 pairs of pants that did not belong to us. How do we know? Because they are in a size my husband has never worn in his life. Since I only count pieces in, pieces out, I could have only caught this if I had checked every label when picking up (grey pants, black pants, nothing unusual looking). Now, we weren't angry when we discovered it b/c we figured it would be an easy fix---surely the person who got my husband's smaller pants would notice and would also contact the store and we could exchange them. When we brought this to the owners attention, he asked for more info--like dates of drop off since they hand write records and might be able to track down what happened---the owner's wife was very defensive, saying it couldn't have happened b.c they keep records---perhaps, but the proof was in my hands. We provided 3 months of dates and waited. and waited. and waited. I phoned after two weeks and the only answer I was given by Jessica was that they found nothing. Hello? the pants didn't magically appear in our closet. The dry cleaner's is the only source of clothes going in and out of the house. No apology. No acceptance of responsibility. No recourse for reimbursement (they have a sign posted they will pay you 10X the value of the service for lost items). Do NOT use this dry cleaner unless you do not want to wear your clothing again. They complete ruined 2 shirts that I purchased 2 weeks ago for $198 + tax and $98 + tax. They were only worn once and can never be worn again. 1.25 Dry Clean Super Center owner Tim Duong was argumentative and did not even apologize for destroying these. I had read reviews of other customers who had bad experiences here, but didn't imagine that I would be adding to them. After Hurricane Harvey happened we had to bring in all of our clothes and we regret it so much. After losing our home we now have to lose our clothes too due to this establishment. It was very suspicious when the worker told us, there was a wet smell to our clothes we needed to go home and open the bag so the smell would go away. When I went back to our hotel and did what she said, I realized all of our clothes was soaking wet and had not been dried or ironed. Upset I called in and they said it was their mistake and to bring it back. After we brought it back, we got a phone call from the owner saying that our clothes was ruined because we left it in the car so it made the clothes sweat so she would not be assuming responsibilites. She also shrank 2 shirts and blamed it on us saying we washed the clothes at a laundry mat before we gave it to her which was impossible because the clothes were with her the past week, all tags and everything still intacted. She said she wanted to yell at us in person so we came to mediate the situation but she told her workers to say she went to Canada so she wouldn't have to pay for the clothes she ruined but she was really just hiding in the back. People work too hard for their belongings, if you value your money I suggest strongly not to go here. read more

I did not see much as far as any negative reviews for this cleaners and frankly who would think you should look at reviews for a dry cleaner but I decided to use them recently, first mistake. I took my wife's $60.00 shirt there which she wore only once for dry cleaning, when I got it back the next day I did not look at it, second mistake. When my wife went to put it on she notices that almost all the embroidery was gone and there was thread everywhere. I told her not to worry because dry cleaners have insurance for this purpose and we will get her a new one, third mistake. I went back to the cleaners and explained to the man that the shirt either needed replacement or the seamstress could try to fix it. At this point all the employees got up and left the front area except one man (strange right). This gave me a feeling like this is not going to work out. I figured this has happened a time or two or one hundred for them to act so strange. The man told me that there is nothing he can do and I can try to return the shirt to the store I bought it from. After he said this, he forgot how to speak English and just mumbled anytime I said anything.
