After a drizzly day of walking around an island and buildings made of stone centuries ago, my dress was stained beyond anything I expected. My photographer was kind of enough to bring the dress back to the states while my husband and I honeymooned in Europe. When I returned, 2 weeks later, I grabbed the suitcase from him and went directly to Lynda to get it cleaned before our U.S. reception. When we opened the case, the smell of mold came wafting out. The dress was actually still wet after two weeks. I asked her to just do whatever she could do and was preparing myself for my dress never being the same. Then I went to pick it up and was greeted with a dress that looked the exact same as when I picked it up from the designer. I was ecstatic. Lynda worked a miracle with this.

I had to be literally sewn into the dress moments before the wedding--a nightmare scenario for any special occasion. When I brought the issue to their attention, they agreed to replace the zipper. I explained that the original zipper was small and discreet, and it needed to match. The woman working there dismissed my concern, telling me, "I know, shes a professional." When I picked it up again, the new zipper was huge, completely wrong for the dress, and looked ridiculous. They again promised to fix it. Two more weeks go by, and when I returned to finally pick it up, it still wasn't fixed. This has been a frustrating, time-consuming, and incredibly disappointing experience. I trusted them with a $400 dress and they repeatedly failed to deliver on their promises. Avoid this place at all costs

We went back for it when my husband dropped some other items for dry cleaning the other day and they told him they couldn't find it and to come back with the tag/receipt. We happened to still have it because it was still attached to the bag from our previous dry cleaning pick up. I went back yesterday to pick everything up and this woman working there was the most rude, obnoxious and irritating person. I gave her the tag and she proceeded to tell me there is no jacket. They didn't break my jacket. There never was a jacket. Then she started laughing in my face and when another woman walked in to drop off her things started rolling her eyes. I asked her multiple times if she could look for my expensive Calvin Klein jacket that THEY broke and had to fix and she told me they had no idea what I was talking about that this never happened. So I was asked what they planned to do since they clearly lost my jacket at which point she yelled at me that they never lost it. I even asked her to take my number and call me after they've had a chance to look for it again and she just rolled her eyes and stared at me like I was crazy for wanting my $400 Calvin Klein coat back. I paid for the other items we dropped off and left and will never go back. It's bad enough the first damaged my coat, then they lost it and couldn't even be apologetic. I understand mistakes happen but to act like she did and completely deny it? And what an obnoxious woman. Find another dry cleaner.
